Service is good, depends who you get. There's one lady who seems distracted and doesn't quite give you her undivided service. That being said, I've always left with beautiful nails. They give a lot of extras with their services, some kind of oil/wax on your heal, and hot stone for pedicures as well as a shoulder rub with manicures. The chair massages are also very nice. Terrible Terrible service. I called to fix 1 of my nails and she said it’d be $5 then when I went to fix it she tried charging me $15! I told the lady, over the phone I was told $5 so she quickly said it’d be $10 to change the color. So how’d it go from $5-$15-$10 I don’t know. So I decided not to change the color and she did a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE job! She told the lady before me to change her nail color and fix it was free but I was charged $10?! Lady wasn't even friendly, didn't try to upsell me to a better pedicure, didn't offer a $5 flower at the end - she just wanted to be done! To top it off, 2 nails are cut crooked and she cut me while cutting them, enough to make my toe bleed.....won't be going here again Read Less

Don't waste your money. The worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I was completely frustrated during the whole process. I watched the Tech performing a very poor job, did not cut my cuticles, did not clean underneath my nails, did not soak my nails, did not ask me to wash my hands, polish was not applied correctly and they were totally distracted by other activities in the shop. The tech filing and cutting my cuticles keep turning his head to check on the other Techs and to greet other customers coming in the Salon. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I attempted to discuss these issues and they started speaking their foreign language. The worst part about this operation is that they pretend they are cutting your cuticles but not!!! Worst pedicure I've ever had. Didn't do much to get dead skin off, didn't even soak feet in water hardly at all. The polish was all on the sides of my toes. Gel polish on my hands barely lasted one week. Read Less

I can only tell you about my experience. I am not used to gel nails and paid no mind to them til they started chipping about 3 weeks later. LOL! Ms. Carrie helped me with my nail emergency. She didnt file away too much of my nails at all. She was gental and my nails look great. She repaired 3 nails and matched the color experttly til I can get home and have them all done. Don't go there. The staff have very poor time management. We had an appointment and we arrived on time and we were told to pick a color and sit at the spa chair. 20 minutes have gone by and it was mentioned to them that we had an appointment and if they were running behind asked why they didn't call us. Turns out that they were short 2 people. ..not our fault, then we were told that a girl walked in with no appointment for a Pedi/Mani 15 minutes before our appointment and she was taken and was in the process of getting her manicure. So now we are suppose to wait until she's finished. My friend asked if they could at least put water in the bowl so we could at least soak our feet....no response. The mani was finally finished and she told the girl that she would wait and to start my friends pedi. The whole time she complained about being a new mom and had a 6 week old infant at home and was asking my friend if she wanted to pay the sitter..another girl that was waiting said she would come back later but before she left she had to stick her nose into what was happening and give this new mom a comforting hug. I asked her the reason she was sticking her nose into the situation and she starts yelling profanity at me in front of her young child. She was asked to leave and the whole time was yelling profanity as she's walking out the door...what a HORRIBLE experience. I must also say I got the fastest pedi in my life a whole 20 minutes start to finish....we will never go back.
