I came here with my daughter a few months ago during the summer as we are new to the area.   When our service began the tech that I had was wonderful, professional and thorough.  I would of given 5 stars for the tech as she is only working within the control of how this salon operates and she may not be aware of all the faults. My daughter had what I presumed is either the owner or manager and wasn't as thorough with the service as a whole. And I wound up fixing her pedicure later in the week. Mine lasted a month and the only reason that was that I bought my own polish, base and top coat and the tech was thorough. My only gripe and complaint as this rating is for the salon and this is a big one is that the tools weren't clean as the nail toenail clipper had residual clippings and skin debris from previous clients and the pedicure pumice stone was filthy. This only guarantees that you can get an infection if you have an open wound or a health condition that lowers your immune system.  You are guaranteed to either getting staph infections, fungus and spreading athletes foot and other infectious diseases.  The salon does Drill sanding for the heels and feet and not sure that is acceptable since I didn't see them changing the sanding pads between clients. Again this only spreads infections! This is blamed on not following state laws, poor salon management & policy, and neglect of clients health and simply not investing in proper training of proper sanitation and disinfection practices.  They seem to have great potential though as a salon but again without proper sanitation and disinfection practices I don't see them lasting as a salon for long. It's only a matter of time before a issue happens and the salon learns the hard way through fines and lawsuits.As we were waiting a particular customer came in, seemed very polite and was rudely yelled at by I'm guessing the owner about not being tipped enough from this clients last visit as she was with another customer etc. Client was acting cordial and simply stating that maybe she was mistaken for someone else.  It only got more heated on the owner/manager side and client left. I am a licensed nail tech in both PA and NY  and I work in a NYC salon so I'm very aware of what the proper tip protocol is, simply a tip is a gesture of thank you from clients and is not to be expected and what not receiving a tip or a low tip generally means service wasn't up to par. (Frankly you tip based on the quality, time and price of your service which 20% and higher is average for the spectrum of service price etc) I was put off by the attitude of the salon employee but I discounted what happened cause I'm not aware of what transpired prior with said client. Was it rude and unprofessional. Yes but again they run the business however they want until they are told otherwise!  To demand a higher tip from your clients regardless of quality of service etc is simply outrageously rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly being entitled to a tip and having that type of attitude is only going to sink a business. Be a little bit more humble and work on to improve your skills and build a successful team in your establishment. As I stated before I am a licensed nail tech myself in both NY and PA. First off  I hate to out myself as a tech which I respect other nail technicians regardless of establishment and I work in NYC in a highly rated dayspa so I'm aware of what tips mean to a technician as well as what are the rules and regulations of state laws of nail specialty in both states. Especially sanitation and disinfection practices! If they can clean up there act and become more professional to clients they can have a successful business. It's sad that in current situation I can't take a risk and catch a infection and try again. So the search is on to find another salon. Read Less

I just went here yesterday based on all the positive reviews. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure is great. However, the manicure is terrible. The gel was put on too thick and is already starting to lift. Because the gel was put on thick, it rippled under the uv light. Instead of taking the gel off and redoing, the manicurist just painted over the ripples with clear coat. There is also a very obvious hair in the color. Rather than pull it out, it was just painted over. I wish i could post photos as part of the review, but I can't. I could have done a better job myself. Read Less

I'm one of those customers they know by name. I love Tom and Lani. I've always gotten great service from them. I had acrylics for over a year and not even once did I ever break a nail or had any issues. They do their nails slightly thicker so they're more durable and they still look amazing. Today was the second time going there and both times have been great. The first time I got a French gel mani and it lasted me almost four weeks. Today I got a gorgeous dusty dark lilac gel mani and pedi. This will be my go to since it's so close and everyone there is so friendly. Read Less

I moved to the Lehigh valley 9 months ago I had yet to find a nail salon I really loved until now. I don't know why they don't have more reviews, this place is clean & affordable and the staff is very attentive and on point. I'm happy after many let downs I finally have a nail salon. Read Less
