This is a tough one for me. They do a WONDERFUL job and the spa pedicure is a delight. And on a plus side, they run specials such as a 5.00 discount on the spa pedi if you come on a M, T or T. However, having just left my second visit, I am twice leaving discontented with their lack of transparency as it comes to their charges. On my first visit, I arrived with my “new client” coupon and came on a Monday excited to get my 34.00 spa pedicure for 29.00. I showed both coupon...s. Referenced both coupons. But upon paying my bill, it was the price without the new customer discount. It was at that time I was told that because I received 5.00 off for the pedi, that they would not honor the new customer discount. Really? So I realize later that I should have come on Friday to get my manicure and eyebrow wax with the new customer coupon and then returned on Monday for the pedicure but who knew? I was surprised they would treat a new customer this way. So I return today (Tuesday) for the “trifecta” of wax, pedi and mani and am expecting it to total 54.00. (29.00 discounted pedi, 15 mani, 10 eyebrow wax) and was thrilled that I saw on their FB account that I would also get a free paraffin dip as a Feb. perk (Note, this is not mentioned in the salon, only on FB). So next thing I am told is it will be 60.00. When I ask why they tell me the polish I picked is a weekly polish. I have no idea what that means. I usually pick OPI and only picked the two I selected because I liked the bottle (literally my reason). The polish name brand was Zoya. The sign was not near my polish (set on another display next to mine) but frankly, I still don’t know what “weekly” is and why they would charge me. Thankfully my fingers nails were not yet painted but my toes were. I even pointed out that there was no sign. When shown the “weekly” sign I make is clear that weekly has nothing to do with Zoya. Yet they still charge me the 3.00. The point is this is horrible customer service. I am seriously disappointed (and still tipped well because I do love the job they did), but this lack of transparency (which even though embarrassed to do so with a customer gawking at me while I am doing so), I expressed my thoughts on the matter to the owner and she simply shrugged and said “okay”. Now I don’t want to return because I have a salty (twice) taste over this because it isn’t the money, it is the principle. Truly disappointed over this lack of customer service. See More Read Less
