I love that all of their polishes are organized by color light to dark; this makes it so much easier to select a color as you can more clearly differentiate between shades of similar colors. I accidentally went there instead of a different business due to being new in the area. Please find a different nail salon cause this place doesn't deserve your hard earned money. My nails turned out fine, despite the most uncomfortable manicure I've ever had. Uncomfortable how? They do not soak your cuticles when doing a gel manicure, so basically they are cutting and pulling at dry skin. I survived with only 2 bleeders so we're good to go. Pedicure was also of a rip-off, when they said hot stone, they meant rubbing 2 warm stones up and down your legs twice. That part was so funny, I can't even be mad. Sadly, that was not the worst part of my visit there. The customer service is non-existent, especially with the receptionist. She was rude and talked to me like I was stupid, when I had trouble understanding her as she was mumbling fast and talking directly to the desk she couldn't even be bothered to look up from. Should've turned around and left when she asked for payment before services were rendered - Maybe they have experience with unhappy clients who don't want to pay?Cash tips only - I was promptly redirected to an ATM located inside the business. I had a wonderful pedicure done but my manicure done by one of the girls was not so wonderful. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails that I wanted - shape and French design - and she said it was fine. Little did I know that it would NOT be. She could not get the shape of them right, complained about the design, got irritated when I asked if she could fix the shape and French design, and even was angry at customers on the phone. I tipped what I thought was right - considering that the nails that I received were NOT what I wanted at all, and she even complained about the tip, when she was not personable with me the entire time. I have been to Bliss many times was always A plus, but today called to make appointment was told to come over, would not take my name, had to wait. They put me in a station that the Jets did not work, while I sat as the water got cold for another half hour. I stopped going before for the same reason and they did it again.Also before they were in such a hurry - they took a device to my nails that took it down to sores because they buzzed too much down.  When I came back - I never let them use a tool to remove my gel.  I called for an appointment and show up and they gave the spots away again.  Didn't care at all.There's no point for this place to answer calls and take a reservation if they can't honor your spot.Ridiculous. Been coming here for 4 months.  I get gel manicure and a pedicure.  The manicure is the BEST I've gotten in years!  It lasts more than 2 weeks (I get the OPI gel) and it looks great.  No cracks, discoloration, or peeling.  They do a massage of your neck and shoulders for at least 10 minutes.  The pedicures are also fantastic.  I went to another salon in the area that was much more expensive and had trouble with my toenails growing in.  Not the case here.  They are professional, pleasant and efficient.  And their massage chairs work.  Would recommend this salon. The building inside is very spacious and calming, it's a beautiful setting.  I received a gel manicure and spa pedicure.  The manicure was very good and the technician took her time.  The enjoyed the pedicure and massage also.  I also appreciated the microbial sealed instrument packs -- hygienic.  My biggest concern is Bliss Nails making customers pay before services are rendered.  That turns me off immediately.  It was troubling and inconvenient for me because I used my credit card to pay before services were performed.  There was no option to include a tip.  There is a cash machine (ATM) in their building which I find to be tacky.  The management basically wants the customer to give cash tips.  I find this so objectionable that I won't be back despite receiving a terrific manicure and pedicure. Gel mani was awful! Uneven filing, never soaked my hands or clipped my cuticles. Nails have hard edges and polished peeled on day 3!The reason for the 2 was the great pedicure. And only because I paid the extra $10 for the spa pedi. My girlfriend got the regular pedi and her nails looked awful. Awful place. I took my daughter for the first time to get her nails done and our nails look horrible. Look at the pictures ppl are posting!Spend $120, have a broke nail, and all are coming off after 6 days. I went in, showed the lady, she told me "it's normal"!! Not after 6 days, maybe 3 weeks. She only refunded $19, never apologized or offered to fix them. The only reason they have a star is because they won't let me proceed without a star. Was denied a spa pedicure because they close at 7 and it was 6:15 despite appointment. Staff then tried to offer a regular pedicure even though we were told a spa pedicure takes 45 mins. We explained that we has an appointment for a spa pedicure and didn't want a regular one. They refused to accommodate us and we left. Terrible business practice.  Will not be going back. Read Less

I've been to a few of the other salons that are also owned by this company and have always had good experiences so I decided to give Bliss a try since it's very close to my new house.  I went first thing on a rainy Saturday morning and was the only one in the salon.  The decor is beautiful.  They accept cards but they want you to tip in cash (like most nail salons I've been to)... but they did let me tip on my card this time.  I got a gel manicure which took about 45 minutes.  I wasn't in a rush and I'm glad the nail tech took her time.  The salon was very relaxing, I enjoyed the light music that was being played, the hot towel that was placed on my shoulders, as well as the amazing bonus neck/shoulder/back massage!Only 4 stars since I wish the hand/arm massage lasted longer, but I've definitely had shorter.  The staff was also still cleaning when I got there, although they were very quiet and it really didn't bother me.  I just think they should have that finished before they open, however I guess I can't be sad to know that everything was thoroughly cleaned.Overall a great experience.  My nails look fabulous and I will definitely be returning. My mother and I stopped in for a mani/pedi on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately.  I'm used to going to inexpensive nail salons in California where the equipment is blatantly old and the salon is cramped.  It was a pleasant surprise to see all of the new pedicure stations with a really relaxed atmosphere.  They have about ten chairs in the back, although it didn't seem they had enough people working to man each station.The price is right and the woman working on me was very thorough.  It cost about $10 extra to get a "spa" mani/pedi which includes a longer massage portion.  When my nails were drying under the fan, the receptionist came over and offered a massage.  It was a nice touch, especially since they don't charge for it (you just put money into a tip jar). I went with my daughter and we had a great experience , however, we were there longer than I expected.  The added massage was a real plus.  They used sterilized tools that were packaged and when one of the tools needed to be replaced, they opened another sterilized pack.  We did not have any bad experience with roughness at all as some others have mentioned.We both got gel nails and pedicures.  The gel nails were done expertly and the pedicures were polished well but could be improved upon.  Everyone is very nice there and the atmosphere relaxing.  The gentleman that gives the added massage while getting finger nails done was excellent. Really disappointed in this salon. After buying a Living Social I thought I would try this salon since its near my office. The ladies/"techicians" were friendly but had no idea how to paint nails or heck, how to do a simple mani/pedi. They really need some training. My toes nails were completely cut uneven. Another tech took over painting my nails but she was horrible too. Time for my manicure - another disappointment!! The color was so uneven when I asked for her to paint another coat, she said no and began yelling in another language!! The massages were nice but nothing amazing.I wanted a simple nail design, nothing complicated just a few gold lines on my toes and ring fingers and no one in the salon knew how to.Needless to say, I'm never coming back here.Ps - I saw ants crawling around the floors so I'm not sure how clean this facility is. I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I was visiting my family while home for Christmas and my sisters, mom, and I decided to treat ourselves to a mani/pedi. Here's how our day went:My sister made reservations for all of us over a week ago and upon walking in they had no record of our reservation. They said it would be just a few minutes so we said ok fine. My mom and 2 sisters got their pedicures started within 15 minutes. Me? I had to wait sitting in a chair with my feet soaking in Luke warm water for 45 minutes before they got started. I paid for the spa pedicure because I am 6 months pregnant and really wanted a good leg and foot massage. The girl working on me barely massaged me and then scalded me with hot water when she was rinsing the lotions off my legs. She dropped the stones she was massaging on my legs on the dirty floor and did not rinse them before continuing her "massage." She was jabbing at my poor toes so hard with the cuticle tool that I was visibly wincing in pain and pulling away from her. Then she dropped that tool on the floor and picked it back up and used it in me. She didn't get a new one or sterilize it. She then dug so hard into my cuticle bed that I started bleeding. She rectified this situation by putting a cotton ball of alcohol into my open cut. The end result is I now have an infected toe!I was supposed to get a manicure done as well but I wasn't having that woman touch my hands. I asked for a refund on the manicure. I have never not tipped someone who does my pedicures but I didn't even feel bad about it. That woman mutilated my poor pregnant aching feet.My sisters and mother all had shoddy paint jobs. They didn't have the horrific experience I did but they messed up their paint jobs pretty badly.Save your hard earned dollars and go somewhere else!!! Read Less

Now my review may not be the best because I unfortunately am comparing bliss to my nail salon in the city I live in. Well the color selection was OK however quality products. The interior is very chic and open. Now the young lady who performed my pedicure, a cute Latin lady was awesome. Wonderful job. The manicurist on the other hand not so much. I feel like it was done without any professional skills. The worse cuticle clean ever and the paint job felt like a young girl was doing it. Worst place ever.  My 6 YO niece does a better job painting my toe nails.  It was so bad that they have to completely re-do my pedicure and they were very ROUGH on my poor pigs.  They dug so deep to get my cuticles out that I bled.  Had to ask her twice to be gentle.  She was in such a hurry that she didn't even finish painting my nails and had someone else finish, which had to be re-done because it looked do bad.The color peeled off my nails after ONE day.  I also noticed they didn't even scrub out the soaking tub after I had been using it.  Disgusting. As soon as this place found out that I purchased a Groupon they treated me differently. I had a long wait, even though I made an appointment ahead of time. Also, when I got outside and saw how sloppily my nails were done, I wished I hadn't given as much of a tip as I did. I've never paid for a manicure that I could have literally done just as well at home. Not to mention, the gel manicure is typically $30 and I have had MUCH better service for less in the area. Cuticle Corner in King of Prussia is amazing, and the people at the mall do a nice job, too. Bliss Nails was a big disappointment. I won't be going back. Read Less

I am searching for a place to have a mani/pedi.I don't do this often so I want somewhere that I feel comfortable and like well enough to keep going back.This just wasn't it.There is a hierarchy at the nail places now.  The lowly workers sit on the stools and work on your feet while the more aggressive /snobby/etc  ones stand over you and shove your hands in and out of water giving you a manicure while you really could have been closing your eyes and enjoying the pedicure.So you have one person for the pedicure and one for the manicure.I really prefer to have one person do both, one right after the other.I know it takes longer, but this way my feet have time to dry.When  you go over to the drying table, there is someone there giving massages.I don't like the massages given at nail places, but while watching a woman getting one, I saw that the guy doing it was very gentle and calm.  It did look good, but not good enough for me to go back.
