I had to choose one star, because I didn't have the option to do without one. My mom (who is in a wheelchair) wanted to get a manicure after being in the hospital for six months. As I'm wheeling her in, one of the techs says to her, "Did you lose something?" As if she didn't belong there. After my mom responded with what do you mean, she turned us away and said they're too busy!!. What nail shop turns away customers!! Mind you, someone pulled up next to us and went into the shop and was getting serviced before I could wheel my mom in!! Also, the chairs were full, but there were NO customers waiting, and they did not give us the option to wait!! After I got my mom in the car, I made sure they knew how rude and disgusting they were and I promised that every place I could write a review about them, I would. Really nice spray tan by Katrina! The colour was lovely and didn't go orange. Really even finish and didn't get any patches like you get from the do-it-yourself tans from shops. Lasted well got loads of compliments from friends! Katrinawas really friendly and professional, she advised how to prepare for the tan and explained helpful aftercare.
