I was so excited when I walked in, the place is very nice and looks professional. I got the basic manicure and pedicure and already felt like the polish didn’t come out great when I was in the salon but when I had a closer look at home I can’t even call it mediocre. The polish is on my skin everywhere and the second layer of polish doesn’t match the first layer, so it just looks terrible on the edges. I went to Cay nails today and my experience was just okay. I got a refill and my toenail polish changed. Simple enough, my toenail color change was decent. The lady who had serviced me was quiet yet did more than she had to. As far as my acrylic refill, my lady did a great job making my nails a coffin shape. They are better than the normal nail salon however she didn't pay enough attention to the filling of the nail. From afar my nails look great but close up, you can see how lumpy they are which bothers me. I had mentioned it to her, but she had yet to shave the top down but since I had already mentioned it I thought she would pay more attention but didn't. I will go and get them redone. Read Less

Went in on a Friday and it was a little busy but after seeing the “amazing” reviews I thought this was a great sign. She did my nails in record time but looked Like she took her time. I was happy Till I got home. Realized that under my nails looked like the Acrylic fell underneath and they didn’t get it looks goopy. And my nail polish wasn’t smooth which was weird but most of my polish is falling off . My nails are not the same size nor are they straight. Just not a good experience. Read Less

The BEST nail salon ina 15 mile radius! And I went to 6 in 5 months! You will not be disappointed. Everyone is wonderful you can't go wrong no matter who dies you nails, although I am extremely partial to Michael. He always does a fantastic job! Update: they have since changed owners and I can not rate them as I have found another shop I am totally PLEASED with. I LOVE Cay Nails! It's the best nail salon in the area and it's very affordable. I'm always impressed by the overall cleanliness of the salon and the customer service. Tonight I received a manicure and pedicure by Katie- she took her time, she was friendly, and my nails came out great! What really impressed me about my visit tonight was that the salon was closing as Katie was finishing up my pedicure. Hi to Facebook Peeps! I just want to let you know about this nail salon. I have tried to post in YELP, but since I don't post enough in YELP, my review falls into the non-recommend posts - crazy.... Let me tell you about CAY nails. I use to go to the old salon that was in this location and it was ok. One day around Christmas I was in the area and decided to get a mani-pedi; there's nothing like a pedi on a winter day when you can't keep your feet warm, I didn't realize the ol...d salon was gone and a new one was there. When I walked in the door, I thought, "oh well, I'll give it a try". It's owned and operated by brothers & sisters and their husbands & wives - a true family business. I LOVE this place!!! Its clean, very clean; not just because it's new, it's clean because the owners keep it clean! The pedi bowls are lined. Each time there is a new customer, the liner is changed, cleaned and a new liner is added. I've seen it happen. I have had several Pedi's over the last 6 months and couldn't be happier. The same for mani's. I've had manicures that range from the basic, pink and whites, acrylics and my latest addiction: dipping powder. I have never has a problem with my nails lifting or chipping as I had with other salons. While I would love to keep this place "my secret", I can't; others deserve to enjoy this family business too. The best nail salon in the area! I have high standards and they are rarely met at local nail salons. Cay Nails is beautiful and clean with a huge choice of polishes and gels! They took me last minute on a Monday night for a Deluxe pedicure and refill. The pedicure came with 20 minutes of leg massage which was heaven. At the same time, another manicurist started my refill, and they worked seamlessly together to complete my nails. Any requests were done and my nails were absolute perfection! Super clean salon, no strong "nail salon" smell, ultra friendly and professional staff. My gel manicure looked great and lasted a long while.
