I usually got to Nikki H & they are a great salon however they were super busy today so i saw this on my way home and decided to give it a try. Horrible, the guy would frequently stop and look back at the TV, he never said hi to me or even tell me i was finished he just walked away. A gel fill is $25 and he charged me $35 and i have no clue why? He was also so slow. Unfriendly and my nailsdon't even look that great. Won't go back. Read Less

He didn't use the same product I use for my nails and I told him 3 times. I had also to remind him to cut my nails twice because he forgot . Eyebrow : the Lady did my eyebrow and she seemed to be in a rush. She didn't do a good job at all. I understand she was busy because she took her little boy at work but at least do your job. I liked this salon because it's close by and usually they do a good job. however, I was in two days ago for a gel manicure. only a few hours later, the polish on one of my fingers lifted off and it was completely wet underneath. I went in the next day and they fixed it for me. the next day, the polish on a different finger started lifting off. I won't be going back to this salon. for some reason, the same person that has done my gels in the past suddenly doesn't know how to do it correctly anymore. I used to go here quite a few years ago. Clean, no problems. I just started getting nails done again and felt the shop was not as clean as before. I went back but I got a bacterial infection under the fake nails right before my wedding. Freaked me out! Never went back... Read Less

Horrible service. I had an appointment scheduled  for a pedicure and they ran the water for me and let me sit there for almost 45 min and nobody checked up or said they'll be right with me. When I asked if anybody will be with me she said that she was sorry and they were behind. If that was the case why schedule my appointment at a certain time and not be able to take me at that time. I always appreciate a friendly salon atmosphere. My nails look great and the techs were personable and polite. They completed my nails without making me feel at all rushed although they were quite busy.  Not to mention, great prices. I will be coming back when I am in town. Read Less

I'm sitting here drying my pedicure and i can't wait to leave. Will not be coming back here. My nails look good but the staff was so unfriendly. The guy finished my nails and didn't even tell me he was done. Just walked off and started working on someone else. I had to ask him to show me to the drying area. And he didn't say a word to in the whole time, made me feel unwanted. For the amount they charge, it's unacceptable. Read Less

Friendly and courteous, I like the way they painted the design on my toes. I'm very picky about designs and so far I'm liking it. I'd definitely come here again if I'm in the area. (I'm from AZ and passing through.) Also had my eyebrows waxed and I'm happy with the results. Read Less

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten! I get gel manicures every 2 weeks and decided to try somewhere new/closer to my house.  Big mistake!  For one thing, it was DIRTY.  They used an old nail file and buffer and there were no sanitizing jars in sight.   The manicure itself was rushed and certainly not worth the $30.  They didn't cut or push back my cuticles so the polish looks like it starts half way down.   I left with dry raw hands after they filed my nails down to nothing and then neglected to put any lotion on them.   Normally with gels, my nails feel hard and don't chip - which is why I'm OK with paying a little extra.  This time, my nails are flimsy, I can see my nail through the polish, and one of my nails chipped 2 days after this "manicure"!  I will be going back to my usual place a little further from home...
