I got my lashes done here on the 20th within a week a lot of my lashes already fell off and not only that the application itself was uneven. My right side only has about 10 lashes left. And my left side looks pretty good. But the lashes itself was not how I wanted them to begin with. I’m really upset and I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Omg for my first pedicure I couldn't have picked a better place absolutely the best most relaxing experience and I also took my mom and she loved it as well service was the best they did everything as they said they would massage our legs, hot stones massage too we were in heaven we can't wait to go back again. Good service, staff has treated me very well. An important factor to me is I like how well sterilized the tools are in this place which is the main reason I choose to continue going here. I got a French gel manicure and then I decided to stay to get a Swedish massage since it was my birthday. The atmosphere of the room and massage was great. Front desk staff gave me a wine cooler while I waited my turn which I definitely didn’t expect but it was a very nice touch to the spa quality of Le’ Spa. Read Less

I’ll never go back (and I was a customer from way back when they were still in the mall). The lady rushed, made my toe bleed twice, and it got stranger from there. She asked if I had children and how old they were (okay fine, typical small talk), and then started asking if I went to church. And if I believed in Jesus Christ. Umm... what? I've been going here forever. Some of the workers are better then others. I found the best one about a yr ago. I got lucky. His name is ken and he is seriously the best nail artist I ever had. I work in a kitchen and have to wear gloves all the time so my nails usually break or chip easily but with Ken my nails can last 3 weeks. My nails barely chip or break but if they do ken usually won't charge me and just fix it. Read Less

Was there on Monday… Every single nail with gel nail polish has popped off since. It's only Saturday. This isn't the first time it's happened to me and when I go back and tell them they try and get me to pay for it. Never going back and I've been a customer since I was 12. I've been going to a certain nail place for years and I recently moved to a different area and le spa is right down the road so I figured I'd give them a shot. The nails looked great I got acrylic and after a week 2 broke and I went back thinking it was my fault and got them fixed and in another week 3 more broke and broke my own nail off with it. So I still gave them another shot since it's convenient for me and had a different girl do them and the same thing happened. Great place if you don't want to get acrylic because everyone sucks. They make them way too bulky. I agree with everyone saying it's over priced but I rather pay a little more to get it done in a timely manner. There's barely a wait and everyone does good pedicures. My mani gel nails always last a little over three weeks and if they ever ruin, they always let me go back and fix as many of them that got ruined for free. Read Less

My daughters treated me to Le' Spa as a birthday gift. I have been to many salons and I highly recommend this one! I had a massage from Mei and after my hour was up, I literally got off the table feeling like jello:) She listened to my requests, was pleasant and made my first massage experience a great one. After, I had a spa pedicure from Diana. I really didn't know how things would get any better, but Diana did it! I always have a great experience here! Always. Claire does my lashes, and I will never go to anyone else in the Lehigh Valley. They always look full, but soft and flirty. Plus, Claire is an absolute doll! I prefer either Lee or Nina do my nails, depending on the day if the week I go for my service. Today was Lee, and they are gorgeous as always. Both Lee and Nina always listen about and length and shape, and get it right.  I am one who switches up the shape/length if my nails frequently, so it's nice to have techs who can execute square, round, or almond beautifully. I get overlays over my natural nails... no tips, and they have never ever once tried to force or push tips during their services. The gel polish brands they carry are solid. I have never had them fade or discolor, and their topcoat stays glossy even if you are week late for a fill/polish. I am a very satisfied customer. Read Less
