It's ok the service is slowly going down. I have experienced good and bad service here. I had a French manicure and didn't stay on for a week then went back and had 3 ppl working on it and looked unkept. On top of that they charged me to get a regular fill and gel polish that same month. So I spent over a $100 which was ridiculous..

My daughter and I scheduled an appointment to have our nails done together. I scheduled our appointment at 10 a.m. that day for a 5:15 appointment. They sat us on opposite sides of the room about four rows away from each other. And my nail stylist kept huffing and puffing getting annoyed and rolling her eyes. I was not moving around that much. Terrible service and rude. The rating on my full set of gel nails, scale of 1 to 10, I would write them up as a 6, and I'm being nice. The price isn't bad, but you get what you pay for.

Good service but can become pricey. I can get a refill and gel paint for almost $20 cheaper in the city.

If you can avoid this place - you better do it, if you are a "cheap" customer, like you need manicure only, than every one who should be serving you will walk away .. It happen to me, I was waiting way to long and all of servicing stuff.. was on lunch! I need to wait till they will be done eating.. Absurd, discrimination and poor customer service! Shame to La Nails with service like that!!

Ok as a shopper I expect great service when i go places. Usually when i go somewhere and the service is not good i dont return. However, i returned to this establishment and to my surprise i actually had the opportunity to work with the same young lady. The experience was a good one and she did a fabulous job on my nails. I have found a nail salon that i can go to on a regular basis. Thank you for making my customer experience personalized.

I waited over an hour in the pedicure chair before my pedicure was even started. They started a woman who came after me, before me. When the woman finally started mine, she asked if I would mind if she switched with another woman, who took another 10 mins to come over to me. Th new woman rushed through the entire thing. My feet are not soft and the polish is bubbly. You can see she globbed on the topcoat. AND to top it off, they charge extra for the "massage" you get sitting in the massage chair. Never going back!! Worst pedicure I've ever gotten.

5 stars for LA Nails Village West!! Posting from my husbands account. I have been a customer of LA Nails village west for many years.. I checked things out after that article in the morning call and pleased to find out that they are all independently owned. This is NOT the salon that used bad chemicals. I personally made sure that the products used there are of top quality and hope this good review sends many happy customers there way!!

I haven't been here. However, just an FYI the owner was cited by the PA State license board for having MMA. Check out (Morning Call Watchdog) Google MMA if you're unsure. Most likely used in acrylic nails. I'm sure other artificial nail salons are using this. They fill their bottles with this solution because it's cheap but could be dangerous for your nails..beware.

It's ok the service is slowly going down. I have experienced good and bad service here. I had a French manicure and didn't stay on for a week then went back and had 3 ppl working on it and looked unkept. On top of that they charged me to get a regular fill and gel polish that same month. So I spent over a $100 which was ridiculous..

Ok as a shopper I expect great service when i go places. Usually when i go somewhere and the service is not good i dont return. However, i returned to this establishment and to my surprise i actually had the opportunity to work with the same young lady. The experience was a good one and she did a fabulous job on my nails.
