I wish I could give less than one star. I sat and waited for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there whatsoever. Not one person greeted me nor explained how long the wait would be or anything. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. I finally just left without any service whatsoever. Will never go there again! I went in for a mani with dark red polish on knowing that it's difficult to remove and a professional would do a better job. The lady I had probably soaked my nails for 1 minute and left all the dark red polish around my cuticle/nails and fingers. I wanted a soft beige color and you could see the red all around it. I asked her to either clean off the red or give me a dark red again and she was pissed. They have the worst attitude. They even had the nerve to say that if I wanted to switch color again it would be an extra charge. This isn't the first time this happens to me at this place (I should've learned my lesson), it happened to me before when I went in with black polish. If this is a professional nail place they should be able to soak my nails for long enough that they could scrub off any color dark or not and give me a clean mani which was all I wanted. If I could clean my nails perfectly at home how could they not be able to do this simple task that I'm paying for. The only nice lady I had a few times in the past was Anita. She's very polite and does good job otherwise this place simply sucks and that's an understatement. If you have all the time in the world and are just looking for basic service, this place is tolerable. I just went to this salon for an eyebrow wax. I waited 40 minutes. There was no one in line ahead of me. In fact, six people came in after me - the employees didn't even acknowledge their existence. Two of them had appointments and still waited at least 20 minutes (I left before they were taken back). The last time I went here and I waited almost an hour to get my eyebrows and nails done. I do not plan on coming back here. The customer service is deplorable. The wait time is unexcusable. And the work they do is mediocre at best. Read Less

I used to be a regular customer here but their service quality has definitely gone down. Their color variety in gel nailpaint has really gone down. They don't carry any of my usual colors and say they can't reorder the ones they uses to carry. Just went in there today. Only 2 other customers in there. 3 techs sitting in the breakroom and the main tech with a customer. All techs kept looking towards me and refused to come out and ask what I was there for. Not worth it for a manicure! Over priced for the mediocre job.  I called in at 5:30 on a Wednesday (they take appointments this day). I asked if anything was available for 6PM and she said "Yes, we are available, please come in". I said I was on my way and would be there at 6 for my manicure. Upon arriving, I didn't get seated until 6:30. The manicure as a whole was sub par from the beginning to the end. The paint job was what really left me wanting more though. They didn't paint the sides all the way down or the nail to the end of the cuticle. They also left lines on the sides from the 2nd layer that they never smoothed out. Every single nail on my left hand has a line from the 2nd layer. When I asked her to fix the most notable one at the time, she looked annoyed, painted over, and left a larger line. I will NOT be going back here. I don't get manicures often, but this is one of the worst I have had. Read Less

This place is alright. I've had better manicures. My cuticles were sore afterwards and a little red so I don't know what she did to my nails by I might have gotten a slight infection? I moved to the Allentown area in Sept. 2015 and after going to 14 nail salons I FINALLY found my place!!!!I typically try to find a salon near my home, but after trying several without success, I decided to expand my search.Although this place is abt 10 miles from where I live, my nail tech TINA certainly makes the experience worth the drive.Here is what I look for:1. Clean Salon- I visited the salon twice, once on a busy Saturday and yesterday, a rainy Wednesday. Both times the salon was clean and inviting.2. Color selection- I use Gel polish on both my mani & pedi. I love to be able to put on my shoes and immediately walk out the door without worrying abt ruining my polish. They have 4 - 5 color wheels to choose from, approx 18 polish colors per wheel.3. Communication- are we able to communicate and understand my needs, and yes the techs speak and understand English.4. Cost- by far the least expensive cost in several years. $88.00 for a fill, a pedi, and eyebrow and lip wax. I expected to pay $30 higher.5. Quality- Both times Tina has done a exceptional job. Nails are NOT thick and look natural. The polish is very clean and precise. I also notice a beautiful spring nail Art on her own nails. Left hand was done by her and her right hand by her co-worker. The hand she did was 100 times better, with the tiniest details, I was very impressed. 6. Speed without compromising Quality- I hate spending all day at a nail salon. I was there abt 1 hr 30 min for a fill, pedi, and waxing. The majority of the time spent on the pedi.So I give this place a 5 star and I'm ecstatic I found TINA!BTW- I learned yesterday there is a girl by the name of Christina, different lady than the one I use. I don't know why people give this place such bad reviews.. My mom and I have been going here for 6 months religiously for gel manis. Never once have we seen a poor job. The people are pleasant and the wait is never more than 30 minutes. Plus the place doesn't reek of acrylic. Doesn't matter who you get they'll do a good job. Highly recommended. Read Less

Decent spacious nail salon with relatively quick service and good selection of colors. Massage pedicure was thorough and well-done, including leg massage and scrub. Gel manicure had some mistakes and chipped the next day, but when I called the next day, the manicurist offered to redo it for free.I would definitely recommend this nail salon to friends. I've only gone for gel manicures and a regular pedicure, but for what I get, they're perfectly fine. I've gone there at least 4 times and I've had only pleasant experiences. The gel mani lasts as long as they often do (1-2 weeks, depending on how hard I rock out on the piano) and my pedicure lasts forever. I've never had a bad paint job as someone mentioned below. The place is clean and they're friendly enough. I'm from NYC where there are nail salons on every corner, and besides the PA price difference, this place is close enough to that standard. The only issues I've ever had with this place are the customers that come in.. they are really rude to the staff that works here. The other day, a lady asked about some kind of mani (I have no idea, I just heard her) and instead of just bringing in a dang picture of what she wanted, she tried to explain HORRIBLY what she was looking for. Make it easier sister.. bring in a picture so you don't take it out on someone who is going by your weird abstract description. This goes for everyone.. if you want something reallllllly detailed and special, go to a place that specializes in that. Instagram is GREAT for finding nail spots that do very special nail art. Apotheca in Bethlehem has a really amazing nail art tech. But for your basic mani/pedi, this place is great. Don't be rude to the staff because they don't understand you. I went to this salon because I needed a quick mani on my lunch break. I walked in and was greeted warmly and after waiting only 3 minutes was called back by a lady who proceeded to sit down, put her headphones in and 'do' my nails. It was certainly a quick manicure, she barely filed my nails, barely buffed them and was very rough. She didn't say one word to me, but for $10 i'm not expecting an amazing conversation over a wonderful manicure so I was ok with it. Until she started painting and I looked at my nails. There were globs of top coat on each nail , not even smoothed out and when I sat under the dryer i looked and 3 nails weren't painted completely (corners and top just left undone) and my thumb nail was completely slanted! So i asked her to fix it nicely and she laughed, said something in another language and pulled out a clipper and clipped the tiniest piece ever off, which did nothing. I said whatever and said down to finish drying. When I was almost dry she walked over with a file and filed the nail messing up the polish and it is still slanted. Then she walked away. I went to pay and she just said "$10" so i said, ok you can make it $15 and keep 5 for yourself (I always tip, i feel horrible if I don't). She said "we can't tip on card" so i said oh ok. But she charged me $15 anyway??????? Handed me the receipt to sign and my copy and didn't say thanks or anything. I rolled my eyes and left. The place is nice and clean but the work they do is awful. I got a fill and after five days my entire nail just fell off. Went back to get it fixed and they didn't even file it so it was crooked. Usually my nails last almost three weeks without chipping and I found that most of my nails had a fan-like coating on the top of it which I wasn't happy about. Will never return. Read Less

I use to go here, I found them rude and not very accommodating.  My last time there the snotty young girl that seems to be the only one to speak good English sat and did nothing while I waited an hour for a simple manicure, when I finally asked why I was told she wouldn't do my nails because I am not one of her regulars.  Yes they are right I am now a regular at another nail salon and love it . I was there 6 days ago for a mani pedi. The pedicure was fine and still is. I got a gel manicure. I showed the nail tech a picture of nail art (a simple heart) and asked if she could do it. She said of course. The heart is not well filled in, the "matching" one on the other hand was terrible. The manager told me the nail art would be no cost. It was so bad that I asked her to remove it. She removed the one but said she couldn't remove the other as it was dry. 4 days later all the gel began to peel off. Today I need to remove it as it is catching on my hair and sweater and looks terrible. I won't be going back.
