Guy took like less then 30 mins to do my nails bcz he was in a hurry and left them mest up and the paint was thick ans messy!! He left wirhout finishing bcz he went to break and didint say anything!

Terrible decided to give it a 2nd chance (they did a bad job the 1st time) and not even 24hrs later my nail broke off, while i was typing at work. Called to see if i can schedule an appointment for after work and Tina (the lady who did it) said she didn't have time and couldn't fit me in for 1 nail to be repaired. The other lady is just plain rude NEVER going again! Had to waste my lunch break to get it repaired here in Salem.if you look close my nails aren't the same color & it was very difficult to get a close match of the color at another salon. Waste of time and $ if you ask me.

Tina does amazing! Love coming here my nails are always on point there's a reason why it's the only nail shop I go to out of so many thank you for doing a wonderful job!

I called them after seeing them on yelp, i got an appointment the same day!! All i have to say is TINA is amazing, If you are picky with your nails like i am, YOU WILL LOVE HER WORK

So I checked in, very attentive & listened to the customer. I really like them here. I let them know I'm picky about designs, so they made sure I left happy. If I could give this place zero stars I would! The very simple task of painting someone's toes seems beyond this place. They let me leave with a huge smudge and didn't fix it. I will never go back and would like to warn anyone who wants to try this place. Very minimal effort was made during my pedicure.

Got my nails done by an older guy here and he did a horrible job. I had to go to end yo going to another nail salon to get them fixed because of how bad of a job he did.
