Poor cudtomer service ... my appoimment was at 5 pm . ... it is 6 and I am still waiting ... there is more people that just walk - In and there is not enouhg personal to help me and those customers ... they at least should be honest and said " Today we can't but we can set up an appoimment for you " That is better than be just sitting here ... first time here ... never coming back Read Less

Never going there again. Had to wait almost an hour to get my eyebrows done when I walked in the man was very rude and told me I was only supposed to wait 15 minutes and ignored me when I would ask him how much longer the wait would be. Rude people . Read Less

If I could rate this a negative start, I would! This place is horrible! Staff are rude. I've gone 3 times and the third time I went was when I had enough. First time I went was around 2:00pm. I walked in for an eye brow wax. I knew the wait was going to be awhile so I was okay with it. I told the lady how much I wanted her to wax off but it seem that she didn't listen or simply ignored me so she waxed more than she had to.Second time was to get my nails done. I called this time and got an appointment for an acrylic. When I got there I had to wait 20 min. By that time it was 630 and they closed at 7. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry that she missed a couple of spots and my nails didn't completely dry. The third time I went in with an appointment at noon to get a mani/ pedi done. I waited 20 min and was still not seen so I told one of the staff that I would be at Sallies looking around and to call me once they were ready. 25 min had gone by and still nothing! By that time I was frustrated and decided to buy my own kit and when I was about to check out one of there staff comes in to tell me that they are ready to see me!! Are you kidding me!!! The lady at sallies heard me and had mention that I wasn't the first customer who leaves that place happy. So ladies save your time and money  and go somewhere else! This place is horrible!! I was open minded about checking this place out and giving it a shot since it had an overall good rating. When I arrived the nail polish selection was quite small. When I sat down for my pedicure it took awhile for someone to service me. During my pedi I felt it was a bit rushed. Not to mention the massage was not even a massage. It was just lightly rubbing. Did not meet my expectations period. I sat there thinking to myself why I didn't just go to my usual salon in canby called nails 2000 when at least you pay the same price for a pedi and get a drink and wax included. The service was terrible at this place I just couldn't believe it! Next was my gel acrylic manicure. The woman who did my nails had a injured finger and kept putting a cut piece of plastic glove on her finger  to cover it. It kept getting ripped off by the nail file drill. On the third time it happened she cut my finger and a piece of the glove went flying at the customer next to me. We were both annoyed but my nail tech just laughed it off like nothing. She left in the middle of my session to wax someone's eyebrows. Just left me there sitting like I had all the time in the world! She came back and when it was time to paint the gel nail polish on. I picked a color and she said she didn't have it pick another, so I did, and that one was even chunky she had to put a chemical liquid to make it useable. she painted my nails blotchy and didn't clean it up to make it look fresh. She left some on my skin and didn't wipe up. She also filed my nails all crooked. I had to come home and file it evenly myself since she refused to do a good job. Overall I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only do I feel ripped off with a sh*tty manicure but I spent 2 and a half hours suffering in such a crap salon.Next time I get my nails done I will drive to canby to get it done. Everything about my visit was rushed. From the moment I arrived at 230 on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman who I guess was in charge was annoyed that I was a walk in and rudely told me to sit and wait not telling me how long... So after a thirty min wait I got into a pedi chair that had a massage feature but it didn't work. So rude customer service, crappy chair then a rushed pedicure (just an FYI a foot massage isn't slapping the legs). I am new to the Woodburn area and if I would of known of another place I would of left after the rude gentleman. Yall shouldn't advertise that you accept walk ins and then treat them like a disease. This was one of the worst manicures I've ever had.  Stopped in on my lunch break for a shellac manicure and had to wait while the nail tech finished pujmicing the dead skin off her heals.  Once she began my manicure (without washing her hands first) she acted as if she was in a race to finish in record time.  Extreamly rough and even made me bleed.  I also don't belive she was properly trained on the process of shellacing.  The polish is so thick and bumpy in spots it looks like my fingure is mutated.  Save your money and time.  Don't go here.Oh, and instead of nice relaxing salon music they had the 12'oclock news blaring.  Nothing like being bombarded with news about murders, hit and runs, poor economy, and puppy pills while youre trying to have a relaxing manicure. If I could give this place 0 stars...I would.I had about 15 minutes to kill and decided to ask for a simple manicure. Plus they had the MC/Visa logo on their door. The paint job I received was sloppy. Seriously, I could have done it better. I ask if they want me to pay before they paint...the nail tech says no. So I don't. Then after sitting in front of an itty-bitty fan, drying my nails, she comes over and tells me I'm done. Great, so I go to get my card (and yes, I was careful) and my nails get ruined...she sees this and offers nothing. At this point, I just don't even care. I can fix them better than she can. So I hand her my card, and she advises me there's a fee. What the heck? Why not tell me in advance? So this crap manicure job has shot up from $10 to $12.50. I just tell her it's fine and pay. I will NEVER return! EVER!  Ps - my nails starting chipping the next day. Maybe they're better with fake nails, I don't know. Read Less
