Over all good service Kelly and Tran both always do amazing, so do an other few that I don’t know the names of. The woman doing my nails abosolutly butchered them today though, I am able to grow my nails to a fairly long length and the woman today it took off about two months worth of growth she also Filed my nails extremely unevenly and forgot to put a topcoat on my shellac manicure so now my nails are uneven and corse my nail tech even complained that my nails were too long and didn’t file them correctly because she didn’t want it to take too long, the polish application was also uneven and slightly clumpy I am extremely disappointed and would now have to say that the the owner has started highering sub par nail techs and I would now recommend making an appointment with Kelly or Tran for Shellac manicures and not walking in. The fact that there are very skilled and kind nail techs at this establishment keep it above a 1 star reveiw because either than that I have had nothing but good experiences there for the last 4 years I have been coming. But I cannot stress enough that a walk in could end up with your nails getting butchered by incompetent nail techs. Read Less

I have been going here for 7 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the owner and his wife. They are kind, professional, and talented. I get acrylics with shellac over top, and I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else when I’m in town. Unfortunately I’m living out of state for a year and a half and have had to find a new salon, but every time I am back I come in and get a full set. They are always gentle, and have never cut me open unlike many salons have. They take the time to get to know me, what is going on in my life, and always ask how I’m doing and follow up with things I talk about. I bring my friends and family here and I suggest this salon to everyone. Trang always has new ideas for designs, and will select my colors and design for me so I don’t have to, and she knows exactly what I would like and picks something amazing every time. I call to make an appointment because I don’t like to wait, but I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes on their busiest days. There is a Starbucks and target right there so waiting isn’t bad if you do wait. I really can’t speak highly enough of this salon and the owners. I’m so glad I found them after years of searching. I thought my nails were too thin to hold nails as every other set I’ve ever had have fallen off. I was gifted to come here by my daughter otherwise I would never have come. I’m now addicted! so i got my nails done yesterday and my nails were shaped good and done fast BUT the nail polish was gel and is already chipping off and the nails were sharp AF and i was literally cutting my face they were so sharp so i had to file them down myself:( also their card chip reaper is bullshit. When they have the time, they do fine job. Files and buffs aren't sterile, they are reused, and cleanliness isn't a strong point; however the manicures are good and they last. Be prepared to wait if you're going on a weekend Read Less

I walked in to get a shellac manicure and didn't even have to wait. The staff was super nice! Ended up getting a pedicure too and didn't have to wait for that either (even though they were pretty busy). The lovely lady who provided the pedicure was so sweet, she made me feel a lot better about not shaving my legs. Fair prices, awesome work, awesome staff! Read Less

I got my nails done here for a friend's wedding and was not pleased. The pedicure was rushed. I was told it would take 40 minutes but it was half the time and the French tips started chipping within hours of me walking out the door. I decided to go with shellac for my manicure as I can normally have it stay on my finger nails for up to three weeks, but it was also rushed and far to thick. The tech didn't bother with my cuticles. She seemed like she wanted to hurry up and rush me out the door as fast as possible even though our group had made a reservation. The manicure started chipping two days later. When I called to ask for them to fix it they told me I could stop by whenever. I didn't live in the area so scheduled to stop by around 3:00 on Sunday. They didn't write down my reservation, at this point everything was pealing and they told me I needed to come back in an hour to have it fixed. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Finally after sitting for 10 minutes pulling the remained of the manicure off my nails myself, one of the techs handed me 11 dollars, not even half of what I paid for the manicure, and told me to leave. I will never come back to this location and I wouldn't suggest giving them your business either. They were extremely rude, and unprofessional. If I'm going to pay over 70 dollars to have my nails done, I want it done right the first time, and I want to feel like I'm not a burden. Read Less

I'm very picky about my hands and nails and every salon I've been to has either rushed through, cut my cuticles or didn't finish or taper properly. Until now. This is the best nail salon I've been to. The ladies are friendly and professional, the salon is very clean and hygienic and they took great care to make sure my nails were done perfectly and I was happy. I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years... and I used to get kids pedicures here as well when my mom came in to get her nails done. Now, I have gone from basic polish, to short french tips, to my now long, painted coffin acrylics. I see one of the two owners, Tuan, and sometimes his wife, the other owner, Trang. They are both amazing and I loveeee the way Tuan does my nails. He puts up with me being stubborn and a perfectionist too. They always look great and I get so many complements on them. I would totally recommend anyone to come here and get a manicure or pedicure any day. I would recommend Tuan or Trang (they are the two front desks) but all of their employees are good. They are very friendly, have a wide range of colors, and their solar gel acrylic nails are amazing and last me weeks. Read Less

OK. Revised from my last yelp review for them. I have a shellac manicure and I tend to wash my hands a lot. My nail polish has only been on for a week and it's already peeling and cracking. Always great service and nails look and feel good, too! I've had my brows waxed here as well and they do a great job, quickly and economically! I've been coming here with my best friend for 5 years now and Tran runs a solid operation here. She is so busy most days that you need to call and make an appointment. The pedicure chairs here are very comfortable and they have enough to bring a bridal party in (the bff did that!) We have enjoyed many a spa day getting pedicures here and sipping on sodas they offer. It is truly a treat visiting this spot! Read Less

Kathy (Cathy?) is terrific! First time in and got the deluxe pedi. Well worth it because there definitely were "barnacles" to remove from my feet. Calf and shin massage felt wonderful. Mani is perfect - just basic polish because my nails were recovering from gels elsewhere. Kathy did a beautiful job filing - I like short, slightly rounded nails, and the results lasted almost two weeks. Standard quality service but not the most enjoyable experience. Every time I come in I feel like the person doing my nails is much more focused on rushing to get the next customer, than trying to do a good job on the service that I am paying for. I have been going here for a while because it is the closest nail salon to me, but sad to say I wouldn't recommend it and will probably drive a little further from now on. I hate it when I have to write a bad review...I've been a LOYAL customer here since they opened 10 years ago.  But lately, their service has slipped so low that I just can't go back and need to let others know.  I took my whole family in today; 3 girls & my hubby!  They were very busy, every chair was FULL. So we felt very rushed and when I got home I noticed my nails were not filed straight, my toes had NO top coat on them.  Also, the wax they use on you our feet was SO hot I had to ask her to remove it as I could not handle the temp!  Then I look at my hubby's hand and his nails still had dirt under them!   The salon needs a good cleaning too, looked dirty today.  Sadly, they are sacrificing their level of service for volume in numbers. Had the worst experience here. I went in to get my acrylics removed and it was incredibly painful, the women also started pulling off my actual nail.. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. She also spent half the time trying to talk me into keeping the acrylics when I'd already said I wanted a break from them. I asked for shellac and got the worst manicure. The paint is not even and looks almost worse than if I did it myself (and I suck at painting my nails). I will definitely never be back. Read Less

Terrible!!! I have tried them three times (don't ask me why).  They never get my shellac how I want it to look like, and they really don't care.  Not to mention the TERRIBLE pedicures my friend and I received.  They didn't even SCRUB our feet at all.  The massage chairs suck, and the polish chipped a day later.  We literally went home and scrubbed our own feet after paying $40 for a terrible job.  Not happy and never going back. Great service, great nails, free repairs, and great people. I have been going to four seasons nails for 5 years now. I have always gotten solar nails, with French tip, color tip, or shellac. They have always been welcoming and friendly, and the longer I go there the better they get. They know me by name, and remember what is going on in my life and even remember my family. I never make an appointment, I just walk in and I've never waited more than 20 minutes. I used to get cut open by other places all the time, and I rarely get cut by the rotating metal and files here. They are very careful. I think they may take preference to regulars over people who never come in, but become a regular and they will treat you very well! Read Less

Came in for a shellac manicure. I did not have wait, which was nice. I was offered some bottled water. My nail technician was friendly- but very distracted. She attempted to put my cuticles- but missed my nail completely and was scraping my knuckle. This happened a couple of times before i realized she wasn't even looking at my hand. Incompletely clipped my cuticles- I had to ask her twice to go over it again. She did two coats of shellac- but the color is still blotchy and uneven (may be the color I chose). Then - the massage. My favorite part. The first arm/hand was so short that I timed the second one. 22 seconds. 22 seconds! And half of that was the bizarre punching move. I was out of the chair in 13 minutes. Perfectly fine place for a mani/pedi. Nice staff, clean, good quality mani/ped, yadda yadda yadda. The $40 "deluxe" pedicure isn't worth it at all, in my opinion. I'll stick to my favorite local joint, but if you need a fast place to go, this is acceptable. Read Less

My lady was horrible, she ripped my arm, she cut my toe with the clippers, she wasn't welcoming, she picked how she wanted my nails rather than how I wanted my nails. Plus the other ladies were rude as well, overall horrible experience. Never going there again. Read Less

I got a French tip pedicure on my toes. MAN, this was the best 1 hour of my life. The chairs massaged my back, while my feet soaked and then were massaged. They did such a great job and spent a great deal of time making my toes look beautiful. I will certainly be coming back! Read Less

I've been here twice. Both times for a pedicure. The last time was okay. This time was horrible!! When I put my feet in the water, it was scorching hot, and the wax too! I know the wax is supposed to be hot, but it was literally burning my feet. Then it seemed she really rushed through the entire thing! She asked if I wanted a flower, I said sure..A white one...I did NOT get a flower...I am not sure what it is, but it is hideous! Then, she literally did not even let my toes dry for 5 minutes, and was rushing me out. $30 for a pedicure, and it is terrible!! I have been going for years.  The girls are great.  They work hard and at times without a break or lunch.But lately I have noticed that they aren't as clean.  I bring my own tools and they don't use or suggest people to bring their own tools.The last time I went, the lady used nothing that i brought.  That's not safe. My husband and I came here for a pedicure since we live on a farm and our feet are rough and need love. I called to make sure they had walk-ins and the man at the desk was very nice and said to come on in. We showed up and he had us pick out our colors- I wanted a French manicure and I joked my husband wanted yellow. He laughed, which means yet have a sense of humor! +1. We sat in the manicure seats which were very clean and prepared for us and the women doing our feet were very gentle and experienced. I got a beautiful French manicure and she sent me off with the disposable flip flops. About 20 min for everything! I would tell my friends to go there and I would go again. There are a lot of chairs for large groups of people (wedding party?) and 2 large flat screen TVs. They even have kid chairs for children! I have gone to this salon a few times and the service has been ok...but my last experience put me over the top and I will NEVER go back nor would I recommend them to anyone. One note to the girls that work there...being caddie in your own language and thinking that others don't understand is a poor decision to make, especially when they are talking about there clients.
