I've been a few times (enough for the owner to know me by name), but after my last visit I will never be coming back. I realize my review is long, but I recommend reading the whole thing.... the best part is in the last paragraph :)My mom and I went on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon so we didn't think it would be too busy for a mani pedi. There were a couple other customers that seemed to be finishing up so the owner sat us down in our chairs to wait for our pedicures, no big deal. After a short wait, an employee began my pedicure, and my mom still waited, still no big deal. But then a second employee freed up and started my moms pedicure. Then another customer walked in the door, and right then the employee stopped my moms pedicure to help the other customer, who, 'no' did not have an appointment. My pedicure continued, as my mom waited, again. Then the owner came up to me, grabbed, yes grabbed, my arm and pulled it towards her to start my manicure. I had two employees, one being the owner, working on my nails, while my mom continued to wait for service. After having water split all over my lap from sloppy service and my arms being yanked around so the owner, not the customer, could feel comfortable, my nails were "painted". The second coat on my fingernails was so bad you could see the paint lines where polish was missed on every single nail, and same with my toes. On one of my toes, there was too much paint on the brush which caused the paint to clump. I noticed it and politely asked for that nail to be fixed. The owners way of "fixing" it was to put more polish over the top of it, making it even worse. She did not want to take the time to repaint. If the OWNER of all people finds her work to be "quality" I highly question her business. It gets better... after my two employees finish my manicure and pedicure, they both switch to my mom.. finally. The owner squeezes herself between my chair and my moms chair, twisting and turn with her butt bend over in our faces. After her butt knocks over our waters and nail polish on our side tables she cluelessly turns back around not even acknowledging what she just did. The owner continues and tells my mom, "you need to come earlier if you and your daughter want to get your nails done together at the same time".... excuse me?... you just used TWO employees to work on ONE person, and then switched... what?..EVEN BETTER! As the owner was cutting my moms cuticles, she accidentally clipped the skin, again, no big deal, it happens all the time. BUT the owner did not clean the cut or stop the bleeding!! As my moms finger was bleeding, and owner used the community bottom coat polish, colored nail polish, AND the top coat polish on my moms BLOODY finger!!! Final Recommendation: DO NOT come here.. unless you want blood infested nail polish on your fingers Read Less
