Manager who said he was owner was incredibly rude and lectured me on not making appointment for the service I needed - which I had done. He said he didn't have time to do the service I needed and so I left. Unfortunately I left my new Yeti cup there and returned an hour later and manager told me it wasn't there. I showed him where I left it and he tried to give me a plastic beat up one - not Yeti and not the same color I had. He said they didn't have more but then asked one of his workers to look for it again. She came up with 3 other dented, paint chipped old ones. I told him I left it here and it must be here. They are FANTASTIC. I came in with an idea and they had no problem executing my wishes:) I wanted a coffin style acrylic and I’ve never had a full set turn out so perfect. Tried this place out for the first time. They have just remodeled, and the place looks great. Lida was amazing! My nails were pretty gross, but she was patient and listened to what I wanted, and they came out great. Lida checked in with me regularly to see if the shape and length were what I wanted. When I selected a polish color, she recommended one that I might like better, which I did! I asked for a really difficult design on my toenails. Even though they consistently provide the best pedicures, I was not expecting them to be able to paint this particular design. Reasonable price and great service! I've never had a gel manicure done so carefully. Someone walked in 10 minutes after they closed and they took care of her after carefully finishing my manicure. They worked on my nails after close and didn't rush at all. Read Less
