I got there 2 hours before they closed. They said they only had time for a pedicure, but not a full set. At 5:52(close at 7) they took a young lady for a full set, and told another, she was next. My pedicure was finished 1 hour an 15 minutes before they close. I feel discrimination was a factor!!! I won't b back, way too many other choices in Springfield!! Read Less

Had to go home and touch up my own nails afterward. At least it was close and the price was cheap. Am I the only one who finds it kind of offensive when the staff converse extensively with each other in their own language in front of customers? It's one thing if they need to communicate something about business or convey information but when it's going on and on you've got to wonder what they're saying. What is it with the nail salons in Springfield. They all say one thing on the phone and then it's all different when you get there. My wife likes to get extra attention paid to her feet to keep them soft, so she called and asked them if they use callous remover. The lady on the phone told her absolutely. When she arrived they just used lotion and when she asked the lady tried to say that the lotion was callous remover but the color and texture was different and it just wasn't callous remover. Were still looking for a decent place for my wife to get a great pedicure, not a mediocre pedicure. Any suggestions? Read Less

They were referred to me by my coworker. She actually books her appointments by texting her nail tech what day and time she wants which is really convenient. The prices are good. The 2 people that have done my nails were friendly and nice and communicated well. I type all day and can't have them too long. The first time I had them done there the nail technician wanted to keep them long and she didn't want to trim them really. I was a little passive as it was my first time getting acrylics. She said if I want them shorter I can file them at home. I wore them for a day and I couldn't type a sentence without an error. But you can't just quickly file an acrylic nail down. I had to get out my dremel (not an e-file, but am actual dremel). The next time I went in I got a different nail tech and told him I can't have them too long because I type and he wasn't pushy and understood. So maybe that was my fault I didn't tell the first lady why I needed them short. I will let my next nail tech know I type all day. Read Less

Ok I went in it was busy so I got an appointment in an hour. I came in for a manipedi.I got into the chair sat down and told the tech what colors I wanted and that I wanted French tips with a pink polish they had.She told I should get gels cause it's way better with French tips. I told her the gels don't work on my nails it lets go and debree seeps underneath. Then when they remove it it tears up my nails.She tried to argue  with me about it. Finely she agreed to do French tips with the pink I had requested. She said it could be done with several coats. So after she sloppily  cleaned up my nail a little she sent me over to wash my hands. No instructions ( I am  not stupid but the facets were weird and I couldn't make them work, I  had never been in this shop before)  So I washed my hands and couldn't find a towel. She touched my hands said your hands are wet. Then tossed the towel at me.Then she said the towels are sitting on the counter. They were rolled up tight and the tray was almost empty.She treated me like I was stupid. Then she started polishing my nails. I told her I like the tips high so she brushed it on high up the nail as I asked but, she started putting it on so thick it was running to the sides. I said its pretty thick and she said its ok.Soon as she got it on the nails thick running and sopping wet she put another thick sopping wet coat on. Then she started putting on glitter polish that we had talked about. It looked like a little kid had done them.  I told her its to thick it will not dry. She said yes it will. 5 minutes. I told her no it would take at the very least 20 minutes. That I have to drive.She said no only 5. I said no reached over and wiped one off completely with one swipe. A co worker chimmed in and all of a sudden they were all taking about my nails. I told her just take it off and give me a couple coats of clear.She took most of it off but left just enough to have fuzzy tips on the ends of my nails from the cotton. Then she commenced to polishing my nails with a rather thick glompy coat of clear. She said you only one coat cause this is a special polish.  She then started to walk away. I said aren't you going to turn the fan on she said not this is special it will bubble.Finely they dried and she told me they were done.  I paid gave a tip and when I walked outside my nails had this strange glow to them. I thought I think she put get polish on them.The next day it started flaking off.So when I went to remove it sure enough it was gel polish. It took a half an hour to remove it.They have no respect for the customer.  The reason she was in such a hurry is she had another customer waiting.I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! Since moving to Springfield, I had one bad experience with a nail place (NOT this place) and this was the second place I tried. I absolutely LOVED it! Very friendly.. beautiful work.. reasonably priced. I'll definitely be returning! I think I found my new favorite spot for sure. :) Their massage chairs are awesome too. Haha. Read Less

I needed a new full set, the gal was pissed that she needed to remove my set and literally rippeded them off, taking off my natural nail as well...the new set I got is completely lopsided and there is hair and fuzz stuck in the acrylic. I will never go back Read Less

I wish I could give this place negative stars, I'm new to Oregon from San Diego, Ca and needed to find a new nail shop...it's in a convenient place since I shop at Winco...I walked right in and they got started, great.....the woman who I got seemed less than enthused to be doing my nails...I had a full set prior but had removed them so there was bits of acrylic left behind, which I've never had an issue with since previous technicians just take it off...this was not the case...she kept looking at my nails and huffing over them and then just kept drilling the bits of acrylic..which wasn't doing a whole lot...then she started to prep my nails to paint! With bits of acrylic left on it! As if the gel was gonna magically make it go away!! So I took the implement myself and chipped it off...and her words were "better you to hurt yourself than me"....I might add I'm a licensed cosmetologist in Ca, I know how to do nails, I just prefer to have someone else do them...then she started painting...I could've done a better job with my eyes closed than what she did....and her "fix all" or her excuse was put glitter on top..."hides the ridges" (I had ridges from previous acrylics) after painted you couldn't see the ridges...but glitter would've fixed her crappy paint job? I think NOT. It got busy during this fiasco, and being in the industry I usually just pay and leave and never return...but since moving here I have become a stay at home mom to my one year old and getting my nails done is a real treat now...i had to say something...I refused to pay...the manager was kind at first and then became rude when I denied her offer to have her re paint them and just get my money back...I have a one year old with me! No! He can only sit for so long! My professional advice is to not go here, I would never in my dreams treat a customer like they did for a less than mediocre job. Go somewhere else!! Read Less

Always great service with friendly staff, remembered me from when i came in over 2 months ago, good reasonable prices! 40ish for solar with white tips and glitter. I never return to a place if they cut up my cuticles, they are always so gentle and never make me bleed! Love it! Was recommended by a friend, will definitely be returning for a fill! Read Less

I've come here about 3 separate times and each time I've heard the technicians talking trash about other customers. It was a little shocking and had me worried personally about upsetting them in any way as it came off mean spirited - not to mention unprofessional. My gel manicure was good although my hands felt unclean afterwards from the uv light box. I know salons rarely clean those things but this salon's light boxes felt particularly greasy and unsanitary. The technician used another clients equipment on me during a mani/pedi - it was a mistake but I'm pregnant and can't afford to deal with any form of infections. I had a pedicure here today- it was my first visit to this salon. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail.
