The employees were very nice and friendly. But my pedicure is very messy...not impressed! I could of done a better polish job at home...

Really went down hill. I went here for 10 plus years. Went to get a new set and a couple were super thick. When I asked for a design I was left feeling as if I had inconvenienced them. All of a sudden...
Really went down hill. I went here for 10 plus years. Went to get a new set and a couple were super thick. When I asked for a design I was left feeling as if I had inconvenienced them. All of a sudden they were all speaking Vietnamese...hmmmmm?
Went back a few times for fills and got the same treatment. Again I was left feeling awkward.
I then took the artificial nails off on my own. I'm a former nail tech. Soak cotton balls in acetine (Sally beauty supply), put it on the nail and wrap with aluminum foil. Let sit 10 minutes. Artificial nails should dissolve in the acetine. Repeat until the artificial nail is dissolved.
Went back again after a year and had a different nail tech. One was crooked, two were slanted. A coworker asked "who does your nails"? I told her and she said " you should go get your money back" I took those off too. Perfect Nails and I are over

A 20 minute wait turned into an hour and I was the only one waiting. 2 nail techs were walking around and sitting on their phone. And the paint job was terrible. She missed the sides oo my nails and they were fille unevenly. Not a happy customer.

Just had a pedi yesterday, first thing you notice upon entering, strong odor of nail products.Lady in the chair next to me had a "technician" who knew (or spoke)no English and was havinga hard time communicating. My "technician" did a good job but was a little rough and whenshe got the warm towel for my legs it was soooo hot she literally threw it over my legs. Lastly, I added a tip to my charge clip but when I got home I noticed she added another dollar without my permission. Scratch this place from my list.

When I told them I would not pay until she fixed they forced me too pay! And didn't even fix my nails I will never go here again!!!

Pros: My nails look great.
Cons: Four of my fingers were bleeding a little afterward. My nail tech was not wearing gloves and was helping more than one customer at a time. This posed a health risk for everyone involved and was generally very unsanitary.
I won't be going back there.

Really went down hill. I went here for 10 plus years. Went to get a new set and a couple were super thick. When I asked for a design I was left feeling as if I had inconvenienced them. All of a sudden they were all speaking Vietnamese...hmmmmm?

Just had a pedi yesterday, first thing you notice upon entering, strong odor of nail products.Lady in the chair next to me had a "technician" who knew (or spoke)no English and was havinga hard time communicating. My "technician" did a good job but was a little rough and whenshe got the warm towel for my legs it was soooo hot she literally threw it over my legs. Lastly, I added a tip to my charge clip but when I got home I noticed she added another dollar without my permission. Scratch this place from my list.

Employees were rude! And they messed up my nail shape and when I asked if they could fix it, they said they would but by the time she was done the shape was still mis shaped. Cons: Four of my fingers were bleeding a little afterward. My nail tech was not wearing gloves and was helping more than one customer at a time. This posed a health risk for everyone involved and was generally very unsanitary.
I won't be going back there.
