This place did an awful job they really should not be charging so much for the bad service they provide. I got my nails done and my skin around my nails felt like it was getting ripped off. Multiple fingers started bleeding and all the man that was doing my nails could say was “sorry” in a joking tone. My fingers hurt like hell but I continued to get my gel nail polish done. My nail polish turned out lumpy and some fingers are just completely different colors because of the way the polish was applied. Also he got nail polish on my fingers muliple times and did not clean it. When they were done there were lots of chunks near the bottom of my nail and when I asked him if he could fix it and clean up my nails a bit he started pulling at the skin by my fingers again. It hurt so bad I just told him to stop and paid. Worst $30 I have ever spent.

I've been here a handful of times and today's experience was quite disappointing. I made an appointment for a gel manicure. I had an older gentleman. He only ever soaked one had. He cut my dry cuticles quite deep. He started to file way my already very short nails. One crooked. After he applied my polish, I had gel polish on my cuticles and skin. I asked him to clean them up and while he made an attempt he drew blood with the cuticle cutters! The other 2 employees seemed to know what they were doing but I'm pretty sure the guy I had could of cared less.

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. Staff cut my nails too short, to the point where the other person who I was with, and also getting a pedicure, thought they actually got cut. The salon was dirty, and the towels they used during the pedicure were dirty and stained. I highly recommend no one to go here. Lots of other better options.

This place is a real bummer. This is the first time that I have left a nail salon with my nails looking much worse than when I came in. I got a gel "manicure" that lasted a total of 8 minutes, and consisted of a couple rough snips at my cuticles (one of which caused a cut that burned throughout the process), a quick file, a gel polish application that could have been done better by a 5 year old. There is polish all over the sides of my cuticles! No cleaning under the nails, no oil, no lotion. The woman had to tell me it was done multiple times before I got out of the chair because I was in disbelief that it could be over that fast, and that that was what they were calling a manicure. To be avoided.

Both Luke and Vicky are very talented and very nice people and they do an excellent job. I will be their devoted customer to the end of time =)

I've been going here for years. I have tried out lots of different nail places in the Eugene/Springfield area. I tried this place out about 10 years ago because it was close to work, and haven't tried another place since. I love going here, the owners are awesome and fun to deal with. The place is clean and they treat me not only with respect, but also as a friend.

Went in for an acrylic set today. I normally go to a local place near my house in California which charges me about 20$-25$ for a full set depending on what I get. LA nails charged me 40$ for a full set plus nail removal. Now I don't mind paying a little extra, but this was not worth the extra money. The woman who did my nails was nice, but didn't do an amazing job. My nails themselves look nice but she only did my nails. No cuticle removal, no little extra pampering things to make it worth the extra money. She didn't even lotion my hands at the end, and left a lot of glue and residue on my fingers which I had to peel off. I wouldn't recommend this place, sadly.

Just had a pedicure here and I thought I'd try this place since I hadn't for a few years. Not impressed and I don't think I'll be back. I had Christina and she never said one word to me or introduced herself. The original lady that greeted us was very sweet and welcoming as she knew we had appointments. The guy that did my moms nails was okay and he had a cold so would randomly blow his nose while doing her nails. I don't think that's a clean or smart idea when you are doing someone's nails. They also didn't even scrub my feet or give me a leg message. Super disappointing, because practically all they did was paint my nails, which I could have done myself. The price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. It is 25$ for a pedicure. Overall not impressed with this place just your typical nail salon.

What a great place. Went in and made an appt. for the following day for a man/ped for my husband and me. Vicky did my husbands nails and Bill did mine. What a wonderful experience. The place and utensils are clean, the foot massages were great, the polishing was done perfectly on my nails. They even gave us the name of a great restaurant to try for sushi. That was good too! Thank you and we will be back. I have been to about 8 nail salons in Eugene and none of them can come close or compare to the quality and service of LA nails.

I just took my wedding party into LA nails there where 7 of us and they did a fantastic job!! Our nails looked absolutely amazing!! There where only 4 people in the salon so a few of us had to wait a little longer but other then that it was perfect! They have very reasonable prices it's been about a week sense they where done and they still look amazing!! I definitely recommend them!!

Now I have my own little kit for my next visit here. Nice French manicure shellac and great pedicure to clean my sandy toes.

My experience was very good both times. The salon was busy late in the day. I had scheduled an appt. in advance while staying at the Hilton Garden and only waited a couple of minutes. The quality of the work was excellent. I was given the buffer pad she used on my pedi in a ziplock bag -- very thoughtful. The staff was very pleasant, even though I could tell they'd had a busy day. The price was reasonable and I went back last month with a similar experience. I would absolutely go back when I visit next month,

I have tried many nail salons in the Springfield/Eugene area only to be disappointed. I found this salon via Yelp and figured I would give it try. I am so glad I did. Vicky did a great job on my manicure/pedicure. She answered my questions about gel nails and I appreciated her honesty and not trying to sell me on the process.I will definitely go back.

I have been here a few times, mostly for Manicures but I went today and got a Pedicure. They are a Great Staff, always very Friendly and helpful. My Manicures have all been Fantastic and my Pedicure today was Awesome.I mentioned to the Woman helping me that I had Recently Sprained my ankle, and she was Nothing but Gentle and Very ginger in her massge on that foot.I've been to a few places here in town, and coming from the BayArea, have had Mostly Very Good service. No one here in town Compares to the Awesome service I've recieved at LA Nails.Thank you Ladies =)

This place did an awful job they really should not be charging so much for the bad service they provide. I got my nails done and my skin around my nails felt like it was getting ripped off. Multiple fingers started bleeding and all the man that was doing my nails could say was “sorry” in a joking tone. My fingers hurt like hell but I continued to get my gel nail polish done. My nail polish turned out lumpy and some fingers are just completely different colors because of the way the polish was applied. Also he got nail polish on my fingers muliple times and did not clean it. Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. Staff cut my nails too short, to the point where the other person who I was with, and also getting a pedicure, thought they actually got cut. The salon was dirty, and the towels they used during the pedicure were dirty and stained. I highly recommend no one to go here. Lots of other better options.

I tried this place out about 10 years ago because it was close to work, and haven't tried another place since. I love going here, the owners are awesome and fun to deal with. The place is clean and they treat me not only with respect, but also as a friend.

Went in for an acrylic set today. I normally go to a local place near my house in California which charges me about 20$-25$ for a full set depending on what I get. LA nails charged me 40$ for a full set plus nail removal. Now I don't mind paying a little extra, but this was not worth the extra money. So friendly and kind. They were great with my nails and very patient with my 6 yr old even tho she broke a bottle of polish. They were very sweet and explained the different types of nails (this was my first time) and I will return for sure!!!!!!! My nails are gorgeous!!!!!

I just took my wedding party into LA nails there where 7 of us and they did a fantastic job!! Our nails looked absolutely amazing!! There where only 4 people in the salon so a few of us had to wait a little longer but other then that it was perfect! They have very reasonable prices it's been about a week sense they where done and they still look amazing!! I definitely recommend them!!
