I normally only leave positive good reviews. This place prompted my to go against all of that. Traveling through area and went by prior reviews. Extremely disappointed!Overly expensive. There were very friendly.  Pedi was not very good. Toe nails were all different lengths and not trimmed or cleaned. Finger nails turned out way too thick and masculine. Not given a choice of colors, my tech picked out something she thought I should like. Kept thinking as I baked that she wasn't done yet and she would correct the color as as she went along. Huge mistake on my part, my nails ended up looking like one of those plastic toilet seats with fake bubbles in it....had to pay someone else down the road to fix. Bad experience and I cannot recommend to any of my fellow travelers. Sorry but your money would be better spent at Walmart's Davi salon, or actually any other salon. Read Less

Hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to! I relocate for work fairly often and finding a new nail salon is always one of my least favorite parts of moving. I just relocated and moved away from Eugene, and I just got my nails done for the first time.  I was reminded how lucky I was to have found Couture Nails. I made an appointment on a whim because I've heard really good things about this salon and I am so glad I did. I've tried so many nail salons in Eugene/Springfield and almost always am disappointed. I got a manicure and pedicure with Sarah and she was sooo awesome. All the girls in the salon are super nice and friendly. I'm 8 months pregnant and I was looking for something to make me feel better. Now I have beautiful hands and feet thanks to Sarah. I will definitely be visiting again very soon! Read Less

Staff was pretty friendly. The only issue I have with the place is that they don't know how to take care of in grown nails. I got a pedicure about a week ago and specifically said my large toe nail grows until it's painfully cutting into my skin of the sides. It hurts to walk when this happens, so I told the lady to not be shy with trimming the sides. She was timid about it, and less than a week later my toe is starting to hurt from an inadequately cut nail. To be honest, probably won't go back for this reason. Read Less

Loved my experience here! The women are all very nice and the salon is very clean and pretty. I got a full set of acrylics for $50 (not including tip) and loved how they came out. My first trip here was last minute to remove a stubborn acrylic set I had gotten elsewhere. Everyone was so friendly and talkative and made me feel very welcome, so I decided to return for a full set of acrylics with gel polish and the almond shape that I'd never tried before (recommended to me by one of the owners). I have never been happier with a nail job! The shape of them are perfect and I have found no virtual flaws, which is a first! Although they are a bit pricey (total of $50), the experience, the attention to detail, and the thoroughness is worth every penny! Literally the best salon in town. Walking in the salon is clean and beautiful, every staff member is friendly and helpful. Deseree did a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish, PERFECTLY. This is a good 3, not a bad 3. The salon was clean and bright and the color selection for polish was amazing! The massage for both my manicure and pedicure were great and my nail tech was friendly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to spend more time on cuticle care - I only received a couple minutes of attention in that area. That being said, It would be worth another visit if I head back to the Eugene area anytime soon. Read Less

Loved this nail salon! Everyone was so friendly! And I lucked out by getting Hieu who knew exactly what I wanted when I told him I needed awesome nails for the UO Ducks game I was planning to go to!  I'm from Orange County, California and I know it seems like a long way to go to get your nails done.  But last time I came out here, I had gotten my nails done in OC and I tried to have the gal do Duck colors and maybe a cool design. Well, in OC, they don't get the 'Duck' thing, so the colors were not right and the design was just meh!Then I found Couture from a Google search I did and decided to wait until I got to Oregon to get my nails done - and I'm so glad I did!Here in Oregon they totally get the Duck thing! They have the colors, they have 'O' decals and they have the green sparkle. And then with Hieu's artistic talents, BAM - end result is the coolest Duck nails ever! I luv them!! And I luv the awesome neon yellow polish they had. Oh and I ended up getting a new set of acrylic nails and they turned out awesome! I'm really picky with acrylics - Hieu does a great nail, nicely shaped, and they were a great length for me!This is going to be a new stop each time I come out here. Read Less

My nail tech just moved here and I like it. It's family owned, and very friendly upbeat vibe. It is really clean, and they have very comfortable pedi chairs. They do hair here too. I have seen pictures on their FB page and if I wasn't already attached to my stylist I would probably go here. It looks like they really know their blondes. I would trust pretty much all of them to do my nails. I watch them do nails as I am getting my nails done. I am pretty picky because my Sister used to do nails and I won't except just anyone.
