I posted a review after my first pedicure here. Liked the nail tech, was a tad apprehensive about cleanliness but, gave a good review due to the nice tech and good job she did. I booked a new appointment three weeks later. The nail tech was a young man who I had seen there last time I was in. He and I had a nice conversation and he appeared to do a good job. When he was using the abrasive sponge to get callouses off my feet, at one point I noted he hit a tender spot on the side of my foot. I don't have heavily calloused feet so thought his attention a bit tough. When we got all done, I realized he had broken The skin on the side of my foot, it had bled slightly and he had to have seen it. I waited until I checked out to see if he'd apologize or say anything. He did not, and now I've spent a week with a Bandage on the side of my foot because every shoe I own wears on the spot. Don't even bother making an appointment before coming in. They take whoever walks in, regardless if they have the time. Mad an appointment for 130 and they didn't start on my nails until 2:15.... they act rushed because they constantly have too many clients and don't take the time on your nails you wish they would. Also charge you for anything they can. They wanted $5 extra dollars to scrub my heals with a "special" tool they had. Read Less

Horrible customer service. The owners pester you to buy stuff or get eye brow waxing done. It's very annoying and my solar nails are always crooked and I leave with bloody fingers from them scrubbing so hard. A "5 minute wait" means a half an hour to 45mins. I will no longer go here. Read Less

Careless. Injured my toe. The polish is uneven and poorly applied. Technician was very distracted and unfriendly. She did the manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair, forcing me to hold my one arm across my body while she worked, because she wouldn't move to the other side. Zero stars.  Worst mani I've ever received.The whole manicure lasted maybe 5 painful minutes, and there was only one other lady in the salon getting nails done, so it's not like they were hurrying for any reason.She was rude, insulting, careless, harsh, and very sloppy- I ended up with polish covered in bubbles, over cuticles, and even on the sides of my fingers!As soon as I was done I went to Safeway and got some polish remover to clean up my nails myself.Worst ever.  I will never go back. Walked in for a Friday early afternoon shellac manicure. It only took 30 minutes start to finish, since no one else was there. Nancy did a great job! She was quick and efficient! My nails look great. I'll definitely give them another try. Read Less

I was a little leery about coming here because of the reviews. But I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received. I asked for the deluxe. As a rule when it comes to getting your feet and legs massaged, it only last a minute or two on each leg. But the lady that was waiting on me massaged each leg and foot for over 5 minutes. It was wonderful! It's nice that their message chairs are in good shape and not warn out. I highly recommend this location. And I was also very pleased that my toes look great! Read Less

I went in and had an apt at 4pm didn't even get started till 5pm the lady that did mine and.my daughters nails rushed them the look awful plus my daughter thumb nail already broke and it hasn't even been a whole day and the lady was very rude and not very nice at all.......I will never go back to this place ever amd suggest anyone choosing somewhere else the work was not worth the wait plus the nails we're cheaply done for and expensive price I will stick to solar nails out in keizer there excellent Read Less

I have been getting acrylic nails off and on now for 5 years. They had the worst service and nails are awful. Crooked, the acrylic solution was all over my nails and the polish was streaky and never fully dried. I ended up driving to Salem to get them fixed. They rush you and over charge for everything. If I could leave zero stars out of five, I would. I'm not one to write reviews very often but I am so upset about my experience today, that I need to share it with others so that nobody else makes the mistake of coming here. I made a reservation for my two nieces to get their nails done for their eighth grade promotion and the entire Sky Nails staff had terrible customer service. We waited for way too long, trying to get the staff's attention so we could be seated and when my niece finally got seated (only one of them, the other still had to wait!) the staff went back and forth between other clients to treat her. And all he did was help clean her nails, not file, etc. Then two older ladies came in and they were seated and treated right away and before both my nieces (even the one sitting down) even though we had been there about an hour at that point. I would remind you that we had a reservation. I hate to think it, but I believe their behavior was racist because we are Latinas and the majority of the clients there were White. Anyway, take your service elsewhere, I promise it'll be much better than any experience you could have at Sky Nails. Read Less

Terrible. The guy Dug his tool into my toe and my toe has been bruised for 3 days now, Deluxe massage was quick and wasn't much more that the classic but was more expensive. Awful experience. Dirty facility, long wait time and terrible customer service. We had an appointment and they let my 11 year old niece sit in cooling water for 45 minutes. In her own words, "I turned into a prune while they helped people that came in after us." We made appointments for manis and pedis and never got the mani portion before they tried rushing us out. Since it was over an hour and a half for just the toes to be finished we were over it.  While we paid, we asked her if she cared how long it took and that we didn't get the services we requested. She shrugged and said "no." What? Bummed! At least the customer sitting next to us was fun and friendly! The ONLY upside to this disappointing trip. Read Less

The people that work here are fantastic.  They are friendly, helpful, caring and professional.  My most current visit was 5-24-12On my most recent visit I got a manicure (my first from here),  just a french, and so far it has lasted over a week.  I work with my hands, so I rarely do anything with my fingernails due to I am so hard on them.  This is a top-notch job.I also got a pedicure.  It was awesome.  Seriously, I could not be more pleased.  I have had pedis here before and have never once had a bad experience.  I cannot say enough good things about the staff here.  I will continue to do business with them.
