SCAM. THIEF. CHEAT. whatever you want to call it. Worst customer service, maybe? One month ago I went with my MIL for pedicures. They were great, i.e. one star. So I gave the manager my debit card and she said her machine wasnt working, the card wouldn't go through. (I had plenty of funds so I knew it was her end). She never gave me a receipt from this card decline - no signature, no pin request. So I went to the ATM real quick and pulled cash. All happy joy joy. Then a week and a half later I look at my account and the transaction DID post. I call my bank, they say I need to talk to the merchant first. After TWO WEEKS of speaking with this woman, she gives me the run around of why she can't refund me. "I have to verify it went into my account," "I can't refund you in cash, it doesn't work like that," "I have to call the card company," "My bank is closed on saturdays," (wtf? What bank? Most are open till 2)"we are too busy today." Blah blah blah. My favorite part - every time I came in she tried finding my card reciept. I told her there isn't one because my card "didn't go through!" Yet she couldn't comprehend this!I was sweet and cordial the first three times going into the store. I brought my bank statement to prove the over charge of $130 dollars. ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS. I paid for 6 pedicures but received 2!! By the last visit I had had it, I was done being nice, and so was she. She tried refunding me but it charged my account AGAIN. Only because of this dumb mistake of hers, could I prove to my bank that the charges were inexcusable. My nightmare is finally over, after a month. I am never stepping into this establishment ever again. No matter how great a pedicure is, customer service matters more. If she was a true, respectful business woman, she would have refunded the overdraw the first day I walked in. Mic drop. Read Less
