Not for your average person. I got my face waxed here a couple of times. They did a good job with that for $30 which is normal for the service. My problem with the place is that the environment feels very High End and not suited for someone who is your average lower middle class gal. The staff come off a bit snoody. Not to mention that they always kept me waiting long past my appointment time. They really need more staff. The last time I went I waited for almost twenty minutes past my appointment time before I said screw it and left. I will not be going back. Read Less

The customers were far more helpful then the staff in trying to figure out why 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I had not seen or heard from the person scheduled to cut my hair. Turns out she was 20 feet from me highlighting someone's hair and had not acknowledged me though her coworker informed her I was waiting. Finally she came to the empty front desk and, avoiding me I had to ask, 'how much longer?' She flippantly told me 15 more minutes and I left with frustration, hair that was too long and wasted time.
