I wish I could give absolutely NO STARS. Do not go here at all ever! Annie is the absolute worst nail technician i have ever been to. I didn't like the way she did my nails once before and when I was stuck in her chair again I was very disappointed to begin with but gave no grief. As I sat there discussing the price and what exactly it was I wanted, she tried telling me that the removal of my nails would be 10$ extra, and to get the length I wanted (the STANDARD tip length, no longer) that it would be yet another 10$ added to the overall price of 35$! She was trying to charge me double the price of what it was on the board. Then when I asked a question about it, she literally told me, "then go somewhere else" so that is exactly what I did. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and they were also able to squeeze me in for an unscheduled pedicure. I'll start of with the pedicure since it was the better of the two experiences. They have massage chairs you can use and the pedicure was decent and got the job done (not the best experience but you get what you pay for). She mostly just filed them, gave me a scrub and painted them. Nothing to really complain about. The manicure on the other hand...I have never had a worse experience. The lady who was giving me my manicure rushed the entire time, she was careless and it really showed. She didn't even bother to ask what shape I wanted them filed. I had to ask her to file them rounded. Not only that but my gel nails are already starting to peel on some fingers because she went over the edges and got my skin. My cuticles have somehow managed to look worse than when I first came in. The weirdest part about my gel nails is that the color CHANGED. I had picked a pale pink color with a chunky gold glitter to go over them. Now they are a tan/brown color. I called the place telling them what happened and she basically told me that happens with lighter colors and asked me if I dyed my hair. I told her I didn't use any lotions, dye or even chemicals. She just said that happens a lot and they get stained and told me I can get a color change for $10. I've gotten light colors before and I have never had an issue with them and you would think that if it happens a lot she would have warned me that it would change colors. If I had wanted brown nails, I would have picked a brown color to begin with. I wouldn't have minded the bad service if the job was well done but I got neither so sadly I just wasted $60. The only reason this gets two stars and not one is that my pedicure turned out ok. Read Less

I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars , very dirty, and dusty , rude employees who rush to get you out. They could even make my nails evem i had to re tell them like 4 times that they were not filed correctly.  One guy tried to over charge , and my nail polish -white- is all over my nails and skin. I wanted to enjoy a nice afternoon with my daughter and get pedicures together, so we decided to go to one of our regular places, Modern Nail. We called ahead and made an appointment, and when we showed up they were very busy but seated us at are scheduled time. Unfortunately instead of a relaxing caring pedicure we were rushed in and out of the chair,feet barely touched! 15 minutes! I love going to Modern Nails. I tell all of my friends about them! Their prices can't be beat anywhere, and the quality is always wonderful. I go in every few weeks for my nails, and monthly for my feet. The service is very family oriented, and everyone who works there is sweet. Annie is super personable, and super quick if you are ever in a hurry, but she never cuts corners. Tom is a magician at sculpting nails. I am proud to be a loyal customer. :) Read Less
