I went to another salon in West Salem before this and was unhappy with how they turned out. I came here for a fill and the lady who did my nails was astounded at how uneven they were and their application. She fixed them and made them all the same length. The chairs were nice, the guy who did our pedicure was nice. He did, however, cut the corner of my toe next to the nail bed and it eventually became infected. Aside from that, he did a good job. I'm not a regular, and this was the second time I've ever had my nails done. There isn't a clear way to know how to navigate the store when walking in, and once you sit down, how to read the menu. I stopped in to get my nails polished with shellac, and nothing else. I have a normal place that I go to all the time, but tried this place out because I was in a different city. When I walked in they said it would be a 10 minute wait but I ended up waiting for 40. I understand however that sometimes it can get a little busy. I was very patient and friendly the whole time. As the lady was doing my nails, she kept telling me that I have horrible nails and I need to take better care of them. Even though my normal place tells me I have great nails. She was very rude and rushed through everything. I picked out a color and as she started to paint she told me it was not flattering on me and I needed to pick a different color.... so I did and she continued painting. My nails turned out streaky and have bumps in them as well as little bubbles and even one of her fingerprints... I asked her if she could fix them a little and she told me it's just how my nails were and there's nothing she could do. Even though my nails have always looked amazing. As I was leaving I paid with cash, as they asked and I asked for my change back. She gave me a terrible attitude and then asked me "are you going to tip me?." I will never go back. Read Less

I love going here, and wish I could go more often! Everything is decently priced and the staff know exactly what they are doing. I always get the SNS, which runs about 50 plus tip. Great customer service and lots to offer. This was my first time here after my local salon had to reschedule my appointment. Very nice pedicure with extra offerings if desired. I was talked into trying the powder nails due to my thinning nails. I am very happy with the results. Thick and beautiful colors but feels light as a feather. The ladies here didn't speak more than a few words of English but they were so sweet to my 4 year old daughter and I! We will totally go back. The only reason they lose a star is because I was really confused with the pricing and the communication over the phone when I made the appointment. They treated my daughter like a little princess. She was scared at first since she had never had a pedicure (because she's only four, you know!) but they worked hard to make her feel safe and comfortable. This place was your run of the mill nail place. My toes chipped after two days however. Note to out of town people: Oregon requires you bring your own nail file and scrubber. Something I didn't know when I arrived and had to purchase an over priced set. Bummer. Read Less

Called last minute, mid-day, on a very busy Saturday for a gel manicure. Got an appointment for 45 minutes later. Only waited 10 minutes to sit down in a chair after arrival. No biggie, I needed to pick out my color. Linda was my nail tech and she was wonderful & gentle. I was out the door 45 minutes after arrival with beautiful bubblegum pink nails. Nails lasted less than a week, had to go back in and get one reattached after 5 days. They fell off typing in a keyboard and picking up books. It was rather ridiculous. The nail technicians sit and instead of engaging with their customers talk to the other employees in an Asian dialect. Sorry nope one of the worse experiences I have ever had.
