Walked in they had what looked like family? Or friends? There with their feet up on the desk where your nails get done. And the ladies behind the desk were on their phones didn't even look up when a friend and I walked in. We just wanted a set and she had said they are full until next week Monday. Lol really? Poor customer service from the gal who did my nails. Acrylics we're done OK but I ended up with a cut on my finger where the nail was glued to the flesh and she pushed them apart. The paint is lumpy and uneven. She received several cell phone calls and text messages and would stop working on my nails to answer/respond. I will be looking for somewhere else to go. Read Less

I just experienced really horrible customer service here. Made an appointment before hand, showed up early. Waited about 15 min before anyone acknowledged I was even there! Only to be told I had to wait another 30 minutes. From the looks of it I dont even think they had my appointment written down. I know nail techs can run behind schedule and I would of waited had the customer service been there from the start. Left to another salon where I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in. Amy is the most creative nail artist. I come to her with an idea and she makes it happen. I have been to numerous nail salons in this crazy town and have always made my way back to her. Other salons in the salem area had gave me a fungus(in two nails) and with Amy's help and knowledge I don't have that anymore! Reasonably priced. Daisy is good too. I went to the same nail salon for 10 years.. When it came time for my wedding my current salon couldn't do what I had dreamed of so I set sail for a new nail tech in a time crunch. One of my friends told me about Amy. She got me in really quick, did an amazing job on my wedding nails. She listened to exactly what I wanted an took a huge stress away for me! I was referred to this salon years and years ago. I was told the staff was very friendly and talented. I called today to ask prices and check about setting up an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was so short and near rude, I have changed my mind. I won't be going there. She seemed annoyed that I called, she seemed very disengaged and would answer my questions with very snippy "yup" or "no" and I did not get a very professional vibe from her at all. I brought Danielle here to get her nails done twice now and this is a great place. The first visit rated a 4 star because the person who did her nails wasn't the best at paying attention to her customer but I'm glad I waited to do the review until after the 2nd visit. This time she got her nails done by Daisy and she was fantastic. Prices seem reasonable, quality is excellent, and service was top notch this time. She got the Solar nails the first time, the price was $40, and a Solar fill this time for $20. Read Less
