Today is my first time to writ a review and we HAVE to let people know how is wost they are. I would love to give them non start if I could. I and my sister have been thier customer service for 3 years and Never come back even the good work they do on nails .But I think there are a lot of places can do as well or better. About a week ago we came in to do pedicure and the lady who is servicing me, she KEPT talking about others customers and I don't fu*ky care though ??? What is my business. Yes ! You're right, SHE WAS KEEPING !!!!! No matter what, she complained the customer today, she will complain about us tomorrow. That's so horrible customer service. And they always hurry to done for you, and take the other walking in customer. I have the experience for 3 years so TRUTH me. I was fine before I meet the lady a week ago ........... I have been in customer service for 7 years and despite the good work they do on nails, because even that I can’t complain. But they need training on how to speak to customers and customer service in general there is no need to be rude to customers or raise your voice at them. The last straw for me was when I called to schedule a new appointment for my mom (my mom had called earlier to cancel) I was accused of lying despite my moms call log showing a conversation over 2 minutes when canceling the appointment earlier in the day. I don’t usually give such a low review in anything but I have never been so disrespected and felt such hostility from any business. You can be good at what you do but hospitality and friedliness is just as important. It hurts but I’m sad to say they lost my business along with my other 4 family members. Read Less

So happy with my sns dip powder nails! I tried a number of other nail salons before coming here. At the other salons my nails were peeling, chipping and fading right away..... I had a number of people recommend this nail salon and i'm so happy i did! Great service, everyone is so friendly and helpful at educating you on your nails. My nails are lasting so much better!! This place is a little spendier than most salons, however if you want nail techs who will be just as picky as you are about how your nails turn out....this is the place!! I made an appointment yesterday for a set of solar nails. When I came in today, the owner talked me out of it. I had tried SNS at another salon, but I didn't love them and they were not done well. The owner encouraged me to give them 1 more try to see if the proper technique would help me like them. Well she was right and I am sold. These ladies really know what they are doing. They were extremely busy today- as in accepting zero walk-ins, solidly booked. And the entire time I was there the phone rang off the hook for more people trying to get in.That being said, I had an appt at 11:30, and I am pretty sure I didn't start soaking in a bowl of nail polish remover until noon. They were so swamped and running behind. I didn't end up leaving the salon until 1:20, almost an hour later than I had planned.However, the owner was kind and courteous and considering the fact that she probably tried to rush, I left with a literally perfect SNS French manicure. They are not thick or bubbly or a single spot out of place. That is seriously impressive. Previously I had gone to Le's nails in Keizer for SNS and this place is so much better it's not even close. I now know how horrible the application was at Le's, in contrast to the perfect job today. The techs here knew almost everyone who came in by name, and they had lots of regulars. Read Less

They are wonderful. I had an appointment at a salon across the street (Forever Nails) to fix my thumbnail that had a small slit 1/8 inch across the middle of my nail bed. All I needed was gel to protect and hold the nail together. A quick fix and I recognize not much money for the salon, but they made the apt and knew what was needed but when I arrived I was told she had a pedicure and couldn't help me. I did notice the clock in the salon was fast by about 5 or 8 minutes ( I'm not sure, but phone clock showed I was a minute past my appointment time when I checked it. I mentioned that and she was not nice, not helpful, and rude. I left and went across the street to Creative Nails and showed my nail and Thank goodness Creative Nail took the 5 minutes to fix my nail when they heard what happened to me. Terrible experience I ended up leaving in the middle of my pedi my daughter had several types of nails picked out which they were not able to do ? why? I would love to know ! The lady became very impatient and rude she told my daughter loudly in front of everyone. She told her eighther pick and sit down or not to get the nails done at all!! Husband and I were in the area early saturday morning whith out our baby and decided to get a nice pedicure. Initially they said they were booked but as we were walking out the store manager walked and told us they could take us because they had a cancelation. We stayed and loved it, they did amazing we were very pleased. We will definately come back :) Read Less

Its terrible business practice to schedule appointments if you don't have time for the customers. We waited for 30 minutes passed our appointment time, and when someone finally came to tell us she was ready, she made us wait while she cleaned empty pedicure chairs. Read Less

This nail salon is by far one of the best i have been too. It's always really clean and i mean clean. The whole staff is always very friendly. The nail tech that helps me is Lena she always does a great job and is very nice and funny. When i go in i do the sns its a newer product and is natural. It helped me grow out my nails as its a miracle for me, due to my nails being to thin and would break easly before using sns. I would really recommend this place to any one wanting to try a new nail salon. its alwaya super busy so set up an appt. in advance. Read Less

Helpful, friendly staff.  Very cooperative about my request for a last-minute appointment.  Kinda pricey.   But there was a problem:  manicurist cut my skin next to nail.  Drew blood.  Didn't really apologize.  Didn't disinfect wound.  I ended up with red swollen painful nail until I had time the next day after my special events to get some Neosporin.   THAT began the healing. This is my favorite nail salon! The prices are reasonable, friendly service, easy to get appointments, clean, and high quality work. My nails are beautiful and last longer than when I visit any other salon. I get pedicures and SNS manicures every 3 weeks and they could last longer!
