I've tried to be a regular customer but they are always overcrowded. The nails they do are not bad. Regular simple designs. A perfect place to go to if need your nails done if you don't want to drive far. Staff there are friendly. Nails here are simple . Since I've been there I have not once seen any great designs. My experience was awesome. The place was packed with people and the staff were still absolutely wonderful. I have only one issue. I have ingrown toenails and the reason I get pedicures is because I need them to get them out. Even though I pointed it out to her she didn't fix my issue. Every time I call for an appointment I still have to wait. One time is was 20 mins. They apologized with was noted. I've given them so many chances after lots of random mishaps. I had gone to candy time and lady who wasn't even servicing me particularly asked in front of everyone if I was gonna eat the bag in one day? The people were nice but, I went in for a pedicure and the cuitcal trimmer wasn't in the normal sanitizing solution. Then while she was working on my toes she dropped the clippers and it appeared like she may have poked herself with them cause she kept rubbing her leg after. She then picked up the trimmers picked out some dirt from them and put them back on the counter. Again, not in any cleaning solution. A few minutes later, she used them on me again! And she never changed her gloves after touching her leg with them on. I'm a bit peeved cause now I have an infected toe! I also didn't see them clean the foot tubs between pedicure customers. Extremely rude. Made my mom wait 45 minutes past our appointment we made prior even though there were 2 ladies who clearly worked there sitting around on their phones. The place itself is nice, but the lady I had (Lina I believe) did a rushed terrible job on my nails. I wanted acrylic almond shaped nails, but she did a horrible round thick nail. They're uneven, jagged and SO THICK. She also did not ask me if I wanted gel, but put it on my nails anyway. She put so much gel polish on my nails that they look bumpy. They still charged me $45 for nails I was NOT happy with. Would not recommend getting acrylics at this place or coming here at all. Read Less

This salon was not one that I believe I'll visit again. They told me it would be 25 for a full set on the phone them said 28 in person which wasn't too big a deal. They sat me right down and got going but my tech didn't speak to me unless necessary and just carried on the loud conversation with the other employees. The price wasn't too much and the quality was okay but she asked me "You want square tip right?" after she had already started cutting and when I said no that I prefer the oval shape she told md that was even more of a charge for some reason. They were extremely rude to my friend and me. We tried to get acrylics as walk-ins, they told us to come back in a half hour so we did, and then another woman asked what we wanted, and when we told her acrylics, she rolled her eyes at us and walked away, when she came back she said it would be another twenty minutes. So first the person filling my pedicure bowl gets distracted and walks off...and my water overflows all over the floor and my socks and shoes. Then the other lady actually doing the pedicure stops in the middle of cutting my cuticles to go to the other side of the salon and I'm watching her on her phone for five minutes - I clocked it. She finally comes back and rushes through the rest of my pedi until it comes time to wrap my legs in hot towels - and tell me how my sister who started before me and whose person didn't leave on the middle of the treatment is still not there yet? Either way, they both leave us for 20 minutes (again, I clocked it), and waving at other people, trying to get anyone else's attention doesn't work. Finally we are able to get them to come back and that was possibly the shittiest hot stone massage I've ever received. This is to say nothing of the nail polish application - the one that got messed up and instead of cleaning off she just covered over. We are sitting at the dryer and she comes up and asks how we are paying. The posted price for a deluxe pedicure is $35 and they wanted to up charge us $2 after horrible service for product we didn't agree to pay for, that was never posted. I went in and got serviced immediately. I just moved from Hawaii, so I needed to have a full gel set placed. I asked the gentlemen if he could do ballerina tips and it seemed like he understood; however, he ended up shaping my nail to a complete square. I nicely asked if he was done shaping because this is not what I wanted...he still didn't get it so I asked for him to round the edges to get the square rounded tip. Thankfully, the gal in charge (so it seemed) fixed my nail shape, even though it's not what I originally wanted. My mother and I went there for pedicures. We were the first two people in the door when they opened, and we requested 2 DELUXE pedicures. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait because they had some appointments coming in. Fine, we wandered around the mall for 25 minutes or so. Even though we came back early, they took more people before us. We waited another 30+ minutes before being seated. When we reminded them we wanted deluxe pedicures, they told us no- that they said they had more appointments after us and didn't have time. I didn't realize I would have to pay $2 extra for a nail kit, and I would have brought mine from home if I had known. My friend and I went on a Sunday as walk-ins and they were very accommodating. We were able to get in chairs within 15 minutes. I asked for a pedicure ($25) and my friend wanted a pedicure and acrylics ($33). It was one of the most uncomfortable pedicures I've ever had. The water basin looked moldy - it had a clear plastic covering in between my feet and the mold, but it was still very disconcerting to see it when I looked down. I have one toenail that grows differently than the rest of them, and usually I ask the nail tech to leave it alone because they don't know how to manage it like I do. The last few times I've been to have a pedicure at various places, the nail techs have been super gentle so I've put more faith in nail techs as a whole. My nail tech at Beauty Nails, however, scraped and cut around the nail to the point where I was visibly cringing. I'm usually pretty good when it comes to pain, but this was ridiculous. She asked if it hurt and I said "Yes, please stop." But she didn't until I started bleeding. I had been reading a magazine, and when I looked down I realized that actually a majority of my toes were bleeding. Ouch.In addition to that, my toe nails are rounded, so now I'll have to keep an eye out for in-grown nails for the next couple weeks. My other complaint is they didn't offer me any disposable flip-flops to walk across floor with my bare feet to the drying station, which caused dirt to stick all over my damp feet. In summary, I liked that we were able to get in so quickly, but didn't appreciated the way my poor toes were treated. Read Less

This was my last chance for them. Been here several times, should have stayed away. The guy was so rough with my toes, and after saying ouch 4-5 times, he glared at me and got very angry. I went home without polish. Pedi chair massage screen was broken and all the back rollers did was go up and down. That's it. Chair started moving without pushing buttons 3 times. Drain filter started floating in the tub water. They cleaned out the tub next to me with a dry rag after the person sitting next to me was done. Nothing was even sprayed in there when she left. So gross!!  Hope I don't get an infection. I'm pretty easy to get along with and never complain, but this is the last time I will ever come here. Ever. Read Less

Don't Go! They're dishonest and shifty, the quality of their work is sub-par, and the management is rude. They charge extra for nail files. I asked them about this and the manager argued with me. First he tried to tell me All Salons had this practice. (they don't). Then he tried to tell me it was Oregon Law (misinterpreted that everyone gets a new clean one) - and that's cool, but the price should be reflected in their signage rather than an additional charge once you hit the chair. Then he just said I was wrong, something not in English, then he turned and walked away from me. It is incredibly rude to walk away from a customer who's asking a valid question in a polite manner.  Bait and switch, poor business practice, and rude. then the quality. I had to direct the tec to take ALL of the previous nail polish off before re-painting. Then instead of directing me to the drying lamps the tec just stared at me and expected me to find them on my own. also their massage chairs are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the magazines that are available are falling apart.
