Great customer service. I was greeted with a smile right when I walked in. She even offered me a beverage! Carina did my nails, and she was very gentle and kind. I originally was going to do a dark brown color on my nails but Carina encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. Appauling. Booked in for my wedding nails. Showed the lady what I wanted when I booked and was told it wasn't a problem. Arrived for my appointment to be told they couldn't do them like the picture I had showed. After an hour and a half they went to paint my nails with the heavy glitter I selected to be told they had ran out. No apologies just gave me a fine glitter polish. Which Looks terrible. Had my nails done today off a girl who was just training and had no idea when I said I wanted 'coffin' shape nails, she had to get me to explain it to her. Then she filed 8 of my nails and left the rest, I said sorry but you haven't done all of my nails 'oh sorry I forgot'... brilliant! My nails were all different lengths and different shapes. One girl also cut me using a really sharp file and said 'keep hand still' not 'oh I'm so sorry' wasn't exactly a small cut either there was blood all over. New favorite nail place for sure! I've now gone here twice...once for a shellac mani/pedi and once for a shellac mani. I believe I had Bihn the first time and Carina the second (though I'm not positive). I almost never get manicures because I'm a huge perfectionist and am almost always disappointed with how they look. Not here. These two ladies did an amazing job! They've definitely earned a repeat customer! They do great massages and their prices are pretty good. Can't wait to go back again! I go here for a monthly mani/pedi date with a girlfriend. We always go to the same girls - Carina and Linda and they do an amazing job! I don't usually let anyone do a manicure, but Carina is meticulous and always picks the most amazing colors to match my skin. I always leave happy and feeling pampered. This last time, Carina created a color by putting white underneath and I've been complimented daily. I think it looks like passion fruit; it's such a vibrant color. I have been going to Bihn for my lashes for about a year now. My fills usually last 4-5 weeks because she does such an amazing job and has such great attention to detail. The salon is always cheerful and welcoming and very easy to find in NW Portland. I've never had any issues finding a place to park. Bihn exceeds my expectations every time and her prices can't be beat. Plus, she's an absolute sweetheart and you can tell that she truly values her clients. Being in the cosmetics and spa industry myself, I have had many nail services. I love the environment here!! It is always very calming to me to look out of the floor to ceiling windows (there's a second level) while listening to spa appropriate music. The whole team is wonderfully pleasant and cheery - including mgmt! Parking has not ever been too bad for me. Could be the times I tend to book (11-1:30 or 3ish on sat). I have had the pleasure of receiving a professional gel mani and spa pedi from both Carina and Theresa. Both ladies are super friendly, but not overkill, and their finished product is always beautiful!! Both Carina and Theresa are professional and accommodating to my schedule, which is typically weekends. I have always been offered a beverage and welcomed upon each visit. I have been a total of 5 or 6 times now I think. My husband has had services as well and has always left very satisfied (he's in the industry as well - massage). I'm pretty low maintenance with my beauty products and lash extensions made my life even easier. I don't need mascara or liner. I had the a fun and  relaxing appointment with Corina. They squeezed me in at the end of the day for shellac. I was thankful as my nails were falling apart. I had simple nail art ideas and Corina helped me bring my nails back to life again. The whole atmosphere was calming with music, sounds of water everywhere, and the best hand massage. I've been going here over the years on occasion. Normally not my go to salon, but since it was much closer to my house than my preferred salon I'd swing by here for a quick mani or pedi. It's a clean place with friendly staff. Most of the girls are good, but the one I had recently was a bit disappointing. Not the best pedicure I had, still a lot of rough callouses on parts of my heels and under my big toe. So this time the pedicure was meh, but the location, space and friendly staff have earned it 3 stars. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The walls are painted the most beautiful shade of green, and usually I'm not a fan of that color. The employees are sweet and don't make you feel out of place like some other nails shops I've been to do. If you can, request Carina. Oasis is the only place to go for a mani/pedi. I am continually dissapointed in this service everywhere I go except for Oasis. Nobody is more professional than they are. The salon is clean, usually quiet, they play Jazz, and also offer water or wine. Bihn gives the BEST massage ever! Their pedi's and mani's last forever too! I don't know who the last reviewer was speaking of but, if it was an employee I hope she won't be loud when I have an appointment. I admit I am a frequent pedi indulger. I can appreciate the ""Asian chop shops"" for the value and understand that the quality of service is at times dependent on the amount of money spent. Oasis foot spa is the perfect balance of quality and value. My girlfriend introduced me to this place and Binh and Fan are incredible! They totally take their time with the buffing, cleaning but also spend quality time with the massage. I was just at the Barefoot Sage this past weekend, and my massages at the Oasis were SO much better than at the Sage. Oasis' prices are very reasonable, I never feel rushed or feel like I've been squeezed in. I've also had pedicures at Dosha, and once again, the Oasis is so far superior! Read Less

A friend and I went for our first pedicure this past weekend at the urging of another friend who's a long standing client of Oasis. We both LOVED it! Neither one of us are newbies to pedicures, and are fairly picky about service and results, we were throughly pleased with both. That said, the reflexology massage can be very intense for some, but all you have to ask is for them to take it down a notch if you're sensitive. If you like deep tissue massage or really good reflexology treatments - then you are in for an unexpected treat! The atmosphere is in keeping with this quieter corner of the Pearl. I was a walk-in to this spa, so maybe I should have made an appointment to see the manicurist to get a better treatment. But the way I figure, I paid a lot of money to be satisfied, and I was not. First off, the soaking treatment and scrub were not what I have seen from the past. My heels were not buffed enough and were rough after the treatment. In addition to that, when the pedicurist buffed the sides of my feet, her pumice stone buffed my pinkie toe bone and cut my skin there. When I winced, she asked me if I was ticklish. I didn't want to be mean so I said yes. The manicure was alright but the paint chipped in 3-4 days and wasn't what I had expected. I won't be returning. Read Less
