Wendy does a great job, I love the hot stone massage pedi! I also like that she doesn't try to engage in a lot of awkward convo, I honestly hate it when I go somewhere to relax and I have to sit and think things to say to the person taking care of me. I used a Groupon credit to get a deluxe hot stone pedicure.  Wendy was running late, but called to let me know. I wasn't in a rush luckily, so I was ok waiting.  She was really sweet and had a routine down for sure. I had a difficult time getting relaxed though, for it all went kind of fast. I am pretty ticklish when people massage me to fast, but she was attentive and listening to what was comfortable for me.  It was ok, but too much lotion for me. I was worried that it wasn't going to be wiped off at first, but was happy when the hot towels came out to clean it off. She was very good at the clean up.   I prefer minimal lotion so the massage can be deeper and more attentive, not just routine. I felt like the massage here was a little rushed and "routine".   I don't get many pedicures, to be fair, and the few that I've gotten made you buy your own little kit for cleanliness reasons. It hadn't occurred to me until after that that didn't happen here, so I do hope that the stone and tools being used were cleaned and/or sterilized well.  Wendy overall has a wonderful disposition and is very friendly and a really nice person. I just am not sure this kind of pedicure was for me. I like a little bit of a slower pace where it takes close to an hour for the pedicure.  So, overall it was ok for the price and experience. I got a Groupon for neo Pinot spa and it was for a deluxe hot stone pedicure. I was really excited to go and relax and be pampered but it fell short of my hopes. It only lasted about 30 minutes for everything and felt a little rushed. The massage was Nice but the hot stones were only lukewarm. I was a bit disappointed for the overall experience. I'm not too sure what happened with the guy with the groupon, but I have been taking my wife here for over a year and it's fantastic. The owner Wendy is always so friendly and inviting. She goes to great lengths to make her customers feel welcome and relaxed. I really love this business and highly recommend it! Read Less

This place is really unprofessional. I bought a Groupon for my wife and I and every time I called to make an appointment nobody answered and it was just some generic voicemail that wasn't even setup. I don't even know if this place really exists. The Groupon expired before I could ever get a hold of them and schedule anything. Needless to say I'm not impressed nor happy at all. I was really impressed with the service and quality here. I came in for the pedicure at 9 months pregnant which included clay mask, callus removal, polish, herbal towel treatment, hot stone massage, etc. The foot massage was amazing and the technician did a great job with the pedi. Also, parking was convenient on the street (important for a waddling pregnant lady in flip flops). I will definitely be returning here! Read Less

Called and got appointment today - very prompt response. It said "closed" on Yelp but it is indeed open on Monday's. My feet was aching from long walk and getting calloused so I decided to try it out. I was worried about outfit as I had skinny jeans and boots, but I was even given a white skirt-towel to wear so it was comfortable. It is nice option to have liquor while getting pampered, but I don't drink alcohol so it was nice to just have glass of water. Appointment lasted about 45 minutes, first 20 spent on applying sugar scrub and mint clay cream wrapped in warm towel, which gave my feet a tingling sensation for an hour. Even had my about-to-be-hang-nail taken out, which was difficult to reach on my own, or I always cut too deeply to get at it. Nail polish had no air bubble or missing parts. Remainder was hot stone massage and listening to classical music. Very relaxing indeed. Read Less
