I have had the worst experiences since I’ve been travelling in the PNW with salons and stylists and finally a true Artist . If you’ve tried the rest give yourself a gift and try the best

My daughter and I have made a 120+ mile trip every other month for the last 3 years to Belmont Beauty Bar and will continue to do so just because Marsha is such a gifted stylist.

I live in L.A. and have family in Portland and everytime I visit I MUST make an appointment with Marsha. She does amazing color and my hair always feels so healthy afterwards. Highly recommended!

Marsha, the owner and hair stylist, was the straight up realest person I've met in living here for five years now. Not only did I get my first haircut free she turned my medium dark brown hair into this amazing bright blonde asymmetrical cut. She's fun, talented and affordable. I haven't laughed that hard at a hair appointment ever!

Ashley has been my hairdresser for 2 years now. I was there with her at 2 Much Beauty and now at Belmont Beauty Bar. I am very picky about who touches my hair and it takes a lot for a stylist to earn my trust. They have to be knowledgeable, understanding, patient, excellent with a pair of scissors and a flat/curling iron. Ashely fits all of these categories to the tea! I know I can walk into her salon, sit down, and walk out wanting to look at my reflection in every window. She knows her stuff, has amazing skill, and always answers my questions even when I don't have an appointment with her. A major concern of mine is hair growth. Ashley got my hair to grow from a short bob above the eyebrows to right past my shoulders in two years. I trust her with dying my hair, putting weaves in it, and such. She knows what I like, and how I want it. She also knows what looks good on me and what doesn't. I appreciate her honesty. She is a rare hairdresser to come by who actually takes the time to care about her clientele and make them feel welcomed in her salon. I have had never had any trouble at her salon. It is a welcoming environment for everybody. Marsha and her make a great team. They are a great duo! I definitely recommend Belmont Beauty Bar to everyone. You're missing out if you don't go there!

The owner/operators are phenomenal! Marsha is the BEST! I trust her with my family's hair care. She is well acquainted with African American, Euro-American, and all other ethnicity's of hair and beauty. Although she is completely professional, she makes her customers feel free and at home. Whenever my daughter comes to town, she finds a way to fit her into her busy schedule, which is a blessing because she will not get her hair 'did' anywhere else. Too Much Beauty may be gone, but Belmont Beauty Bar with Marsha is here for us.
