I have been going to Nail Spa for several years.  My gel application is always perfect and lasts over 3 weeks. They also give a very nice pedi.  Nail Spa is nicely located. I can go early and get breakfast next door or just stop by the coffee shop across the street on my way in. This was the worst experience I've had getting a pedicure. Not only was it a bad experience but you cannot tell I got my toes polished professionally and I paid extra for shellac. I paid $45 for a super fast shellac when I could have had a pedicure with a stone massage for $35. I was so shocked when I went to pay and she didn't flinch but grabbed a business card with her prices on it. Maybe do that in the beginning when you're prices don't match the work? But she rudely wisked me in and out without even communicating with me. Most importantly, this was the most painful pedicure I've had. She knew she was hurting me and she'd just say "sorry" and keep going as fast and hard. She seemed to be angrily working on my toes. I had been looking forward to relaxing. I wish I had the lady's name to share with you because the other women there were taking their time and their clients seemed to be enjoying themselves. As for me, I won't be back. It's been 24 hours. Went to this salon because it's the only one open on a Sunday! The customer service sucks. The owner filed my pinky toe down so far that it bled. The water was cold. They do not offer any beverages... and she rushed me out of the seat immediately. Even though nobody was going to use it... I will not be going there again. The gal that did my nails, an acrylic fill with get polish and two repairs, was very nice. She did an acceptable job and was very friendly. HOWEVER for my nails and a pedicure for my boyfriend, their cheapest one, I paid $90. with a 15% tip. This place is outrageously priced for a generic Vietnamese salon. There was nothing "fancy" or "extravagant" about this place that warrants prices like this. I'd be willing to pay that much again if I were to be receiving exceptional attention and customer service, but I had made an appointment for 3:15 and did not get seated at a station until 3:40. We got the royal treatment when they allowed 5 of us to come in at one time for my birthday. Not only did the gals do a very nice job, but the leg and foot massage was fantastic! The gals were very nice about taking some group photos of us and letting us bring in our own beverages, which were in theme with the "Masquerade" party I was throwing. For $24, this was a great deal. If you forget to bring your own baggy of files and buffer, it's just a dollar charge extra. Every one of us walked out of there with fancy-schmancy little piggy's and were extremely happy about our visit. Lastly, the salon is incredibly clean, spacious and has a lot of stations for nails and feet. Perfect for mother-daughter says or birthday parties. Pre-plan and make a reservation though. While walk-in's are welcome, my group took all the pedi-chairs so people coming in off the street had to wait 45 minutes or return later. Read Less

I had never been to this place before but went with my friend who is a regular. People were friendly but the lady who did my pedi was terrible. She skipped over the leg massage and stabbed my toe with the clippers and today I have a huge scab. When I pulled back she said she didn't touch me. Beautiful toe art! I arrived 1 minute before my Pedi appt time and was asked to grab my color and was seated straight away. The pedi chairs have a wonderful flex massage that are pretty new and felt great. The foot bath wasnt as hot as I liked so I mentioned it. OH! The reason she explained is because it is so hot outside people have been requesting cool water for feet. I still like HOT water and presto! hot water added. NICE!! Toes were clipped and filed and special care taken with the one toe nail I had broken. All looked straight and I loved the leg and foot rub with the mango oil followed by hot towels wrap. For $5 more Trish was able to take a look at a design I found on-line and made an amazing flower design with little silver jewel looking dots just like I wanted. During the time I was there the phone was ringing and being answered. I never felt rushed in any way and the pedi was a great spot in my day.Parking is meter street parking only so give yourself time to find a spot and pay to park. Choice of nail polish was a whole wall selection and polish was in new and good condition. I paid with credit card and was happy to add gratuity for a wonderful professional job. Read Less

I had gotten my nails done here before by a lady who didn't talk to me at all, today I went in and a lady talked to me and the other client while doing an excellent job on my nails. Although my nails were pretty bad (from previous nail place) she did manage to fix them up and I'm very happy with them now!! I will continue to go here Read Less

This place is pretty much exactly three stars. The staff were kind of stand offish, and I had my 9 year old sister with me and they didn't really know how to interact with her and seemed impatient. The pedicure themselves weren't bad, but thats about all they had going for them. OH! and BRING YOUR OWN NAIL FILE, they're like a dollar fifty otherwise and they are not afraid to have you share with whomever you came in with. Read Less

I've been to this nail spa several times and always have mediocre service. Nails usually turn out ok but not worth the lack of overall service. I started making appointments thinking this would help me get in and avoid so much waiting. Nope. Even with an appointment I usually wait 30 minutes before someone starts my pedi. It's usually 15 minutes on the couch then 15 minutes in the pedi chair before my pedi starts. I would be fine with the extra time in the pedi chair if my feet weren't in cold water after 5 minutes. I went to get my hair and nails done on Main st. this morning. Parked in the little lot behind Nail Spa. Parked in the slot for customers of the nail salon, as I would be going there after my hair appt. It is clearly marked for customers. Came out after getting a great cut, saw a mini van parked directly behind me. Oh well, I was going to the nail salon so I figured it would be gone by the time I was done. Had a good experience at the salon, paid and left with pretty nails. And found my car still blocked! Over an hour later. So go into the bar first, they say no, not them. Went to the salon, yup, them. I asked and was told that I was parked in the wrong spot. It is a spot for customers. I said I was just in there. Was told that since I went to the hair salon first, I should have told the nail salon what I was doing.Besides, it is an employee spot, tho not marked that way because the landlord screwed up. I repeatedly asked her to move. She said no. She was busy. I admit, I was heated at this point, so asked if I needed to get code enforcement involved or have her towed. Was told as it is a private lot, CE wouldn't do anything, go ahead and have me towed. I walked out. Had to track down the CE guy, who said yes, she's correct. But that I could talk to her landlord, Ryan, who is usually at the Verdict, as he owns that as well. Unfortunately he is out of town. Went to that bar and then finally called non emergency, which is so freaking stupid, it pissed me off more. As I was on the phone with them, she finally moves her car, to a Modele customer parking spot! I will never go back to Nail Spa, since they treat their customers that way. Penalize me, because you have an issue with your landlords mistake? No. While I had a great experience with the gentleman who did my nails, I did not with that lady. Read Less

Really irritated that I got a gift certificate for here right after I had my baby. I forgot about it and remembered a few days after it expired. I went in and the owner told me they don't except expired certificates. I've been going here for years, even before Wendy bought it. It's really sad when they are willing to lose a long time customer over a gift certificate that was a few days expired.I used to go here because i thought they cared about their customers, guess I was wrong! The technician did a good job on my nails, but the facility was dirty, messy and unorganized. Two male technicians were lazing around, one laying on the guest sofas, the other texting on his phone. VERY unlrofessional! Once my nails were done, I was put under a nail drier that was up at head level, so had to reach up from aow chair.......VERY uncomfortable. Next to me on the windowsill was a drink left; who knows when, fermenting! Constant noise with their small children, and talking loud in their language. This is the best pedicure I've had in a long time. I didn't even want to wait for it to be over to rave about it in fear I would forget. A gentleman named Vincent paid so much attention to detail in every step of my pedicure, friendly, and gave a really nice, really long foot/leg massage. I see some of these reviews and I'm honestly shocked. I've been going to the Nail Spa in Oregon City for 8 years now. I usually go to the same person (Wendy), but when she is not available I do get someone that is just as equally good at what they do. I don't feel they are any more expensive than the next place and I at least feel like I get my moneys worth every visit.. Whenever I go somewhere else a friend drags me along to, I regret it; I always feel cheated. It costs me the same, but I don't get the same quality for my manicures and no one comes close to their pedicures. I've taken my entire wedding party here and was able to bring in champagne and wine; even when it's just me and a girlfriend and we are doing some pamper time we bring in a bottle from time to time. This is the best place and if they moved or I moved and it was no longer convenient for me to go here, I would still travel the distance for the Nail Spa's wonderful service! Read Less

I'm used to affordable nail salons not exactly being a "spa" environment but this place is just downright dirty. Dirty and horribly cluttered. I understand not everyone's definition of "clean" is going to be the same, but my skin was crawling just sitting there.On top of that, one of the things I look forward to the most when getting a manicure, the massage, just didn't even happen. The technician just smiled, muttered a thank you and walked off, whereupon the man who initially greeted me sat down and finished my shellac with the usual cotton ball and alcohol thing. While this was going on I found myself actually hoping that he wasn't going to do the massage, as his hands were cut up and really dirty. Yes I missed my massage but I wouldn't have wanted one from him with those hands, ugh. For the final nail in the coffin, the prices were higher than what was stated on the website. I believe a nail salon should have a relaxing atmosphere. The Nail Spa does not. They play some kinda pop music. The salon smells heavily of acrylic. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE EXPERINCE AND THEY OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING.My mother and I were getting Mani & Pedi's before we headed off to Vegas and decided to come here because it was close to my mother's house. The pedicures we got were so mediocre and when I got my foot massage it was SO painful, the guy like dug his nails in my foot and I had to twitch to get him to STOP. The water they soaked my feet in was just a warm temp, not comforting at all. Then when he was done painting my toes, he insisted on putting my flip flops on RIGHT AFTER he was done. He messed up FOUR of the freshly painted toes and only touched them up and it wasn't even fixed.Next, the manicure. The NIGHTMARE of the whole experience.Lady was rushed because she had scheduled an appointment RIGHT after mine, to where the gal after me was waiting about 20 minutes before it was her turn. So my gal was rushed to get my French tip done. She CHARGED me an xtra $5 for a little more length onto my nails. I've gotten French tip acrylics numerous about of times and I have never been charged for the length that I requested by her, which wasn't much at all. Once it was all done, there was crap left all over my nails and the sides of my nails were not filed down. It looked like a sloppy job and I totally regret tipping them so large. (THEY MAKE YOU PAY BEFORE THE MANICURE. SO BRING CASH TO TIP AT THE END OF THE SESSION, LEARN BY MY MISTAKE) I would have tipped 4% once everything was said and done, and i'm a VERY generous tipper. I can't say enough good things about this nail salon. I began going to Nail Spa on Main Street in Oregon City about 2 years ago for pedicures. They offer the best pedicures ever. You can get Parafin wrap, Hot Stone, Massage, Exfoliating.. you name it! It all comes with the deluxe pedicure at a great price. Now I get my fingernails done there too. French tip Solar Nails that last and look beautiful for weeks. They have a great location with metered parking right in front of the doors. Read Less
