The salon itself is one of the nicer ones in Oregon City I guess, but the staff make you feel gross and not important whatsoever.   The color selection is very minimal, the prices are alright. There is a ton of seating, but overall bad experience. I've been twice, not going back. Came in with a group of women for a deluxe pedicure and felt rushed the whole time. They don’t massage your feet hardly at all, they don’t offer hot stone and they don’t use the hot wax. Very disappointed and will not be going back. I will stick to my normal place in Wilsonville. Read Less

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. When I walked in, the tech “Jenny” didn’t even greet me. She just asked what I wanted and then sat me down without another word. Then put the color options in front of me, again without another word just watching me while I looked over my color options. I felt completely rushed and that I was inconveniencing the tech. It took her 25 minutes to do a shellac manicure and not one word besides to her coworkers. At the end she told me “$30 dollars” and that was it. Then she watched me pull my debit card from my wallet while also noticing that I had $100 bill in their also. She then said, “why don’t you pay cash?” I usually much prefer to give businesses cash over card but this time I was needing to give someone that $100 so I could not spend it. She just said “ok then” after telling her I could not give her cash. I always leave very good tips and am upset I left her anything. She was horribly unpleasant and will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was. How are people like this in the service industry? Read Less

Walked in and they said we had our appointment day wrong. There was 5 of us and we all got pedicures and shellac manicures and we're in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. I didn't feel like they took their time or valued our business. One nice thing was they let us bring champagne. Other than that, I'm sad my wedding experience was not as great as I pictured. We went here as a wedding party to get pedicures and manicures with shellac and there was 5 of us and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The girl that did mine was also very rude to me. They didn't take their time and also got our appointment wrong. Sad that I paid someone $60 for less then an hour of work and I'm very unhappy with the outcome. My nails were done well; however, I have been there three times and the staff has been rude and unpleasant. I am nice and tip well, so I don't know exactly what is going on with them. The last time I went in,, I wanted a color change and a nail fixed. I heard from staff that they were not busy. The tech angrily fixed my nail and refused to repolish my nails -- all of which I was more than prepared to pay for. Being told no she was not going to do itt in an angry way was unsettling -- especially since the last time I had tipped over 20 percent. Sometimes I wonder how these businesses make money. This is the only nail salon that I will go to now in OC. I have tried many places and my acrylics always lifted or completely broke off before I needed my first fill. Here they stay on very well. I usually get a long coffin shape and each nail is uniform. Very friendly ladies too! Read Less

They did a fine job on my shellac full set nails, but the lady seemed inconvenienced for having to do my nails. She seemed as if she was rushing through, and she didn't take much time making sure I liked the way she was shaping them. Both times that I got my nails done here, they never painted all the way down, so it already looked like they had grown out. Quality of product is severely lacking! I went in for the first time weeks ago and got a new set of solar nails on. Normally I can have a set on for several months with maintenance every two weeks but the set that they put on two ripped off and all the rest are starting too. They are also expensive. For a solar set and a design I paid $66!!!! I would save your money and time and go somewhere else!!! Only reason I gave two stars was because the initial experience of going in was awesome. I needed a quick pedi, so I stopped here to see if they could get me in. The lady in charge told me it would just be a few minutes. I waited 30 before they brought me over to the pedicure bowl, and then 20 more at the bowl... I got up to leave and they said "where are you going? Just 5 more minutes!". I was desperate so I continued to wait and when she finally did come the pedicure was fine, but if I'd known I'd be waiting an hour before my service even started, I would've left. I have always enjoyed this nailSalon, they work hard to get you seated and do what you ask. I am unusual because I don't like hot water and leg massage. They don't do it if you ask them not to.....many of the operators are bi-lingual with English not being their native language, so I would imagine that is why they might not strike up a conversation. Sadly won't be returning to Happy Nails. My last mani pedi was so rushed the massage was maybe 1 minute per leg/arm. This has happened consistently the last 3 times I've gone. My polish has chipped within a week. This last time I had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced. I showed up 5 minutes early, and wasn't in the chair until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I've been going to Happy Nails for years for pedicures, shellac and now almond shaped acrylics. I LOVE my nails and Jenny does a fantastic job. I'm incredibly indecisive when it comes to choosing a color and she's so patient. Broke a nail and popped in to see if I could get it fixed, she squeezed me in with a very short wait and it was complimentary. Went here today to get a mani for my vacation. The people were not rude, but I wouldn't call them friendly. The employees spoke to each other in Vietnamese the entire time. My fingers feel pretty sore from all the excess cuticle trimming..... But I felt that she did a great job matching the picture of the nail design I brought in. I was happy with how it turned out. My daughter came home from college and took, me to get my nails done. Last time I had them done was over 20 years ago. I didn't want to go back to the place we originally went so I chose this place because of reviews and proximity.   They were so friendly and  accommodating.  I am horrible with names and can not remember the lady that did my nails, and for that I am sorry, but I will be returning.  No matter where you live I believe this place is worth a try. One of the few places where the shellac actually lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Very clean & the staff knows how to do almost any type of nail design. By far the best pedicure I've had in a long time! I will certainly be returning. Le was the gentleman who tended to me, very kind. Right away I was offered one of their many drinks they provide & was seated quickly.  The chairs are lovely and provide a great massage. I was happy to see the salon so clean and nail clippers, ect they use, pulled out and in a clean, sanitized wrapper. The leg massage was heaven, accompanied by a hot paraffin wax dip for your feet. First time here at Happy Nail and Spa, and I will definitely be coming back!  I was surprised at how big the salon was when I walked in, as the front of the shop is pretty unassuming.  It has a very modern, comfortable vibe, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.  The place was clean and organized, and I left with a great shellac manicure from Nguyen. They are located right off Hwy 213 in the Haggan's parking lot across from Clackamas Community College. I wish I could give a negative star rating. HORRIBLE experience. I was having a hectic day, I was with my sister. We needed a fill badly and I was in a hurry that evening so I went to the nearest place which was Happy Nails. I left anything BUT happy as did my sister. 1. If you have a client, be off your phone.2. If you have a client who clearly does not or may not speak and/or understand your 1st language, don't have a continues conversation with the other employees in that language while you're with a client. It's rude and unprofessional.3. I paid full price to get a fill. (French tips, pink and white solar powder) and my sister did a fill as well (pink solar powder with color and a design on each nail).Literally each nail of mine was a different shape AND size than the others. They barely used any powder for the fill with both our fills (using less powder equals being able to have the powder in the bottle last longer which equals them spending less money on their products). My French tips, with white parts were all different sizes and looked as if a child painted them on and cricked. My sisters color was cricked and when we asked her to fix it she pretended she could not see what we were referring to and refused to fix it. My sisters designs were sloppy and cricked.4. They were rude. when they were done they put our hand under the portable lights on their stations, walked away and started doing someone else's pedicure. ZERO communication.NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER SOMEWHERE ELSE.RESULT- We paid the full price for the work and I literally was not able to use my hands properly due to the rough and cricked edges getting caught on my hair and cloths, etc. I had to then go to my normal gal MICHELLE at ANGEL NAILS off Sunnyside who is AMAZING and pay for a whole new set that evening. I was desperately looking for a nail salon so that I could get my acrylic nails filled before they started coming off (busy month!) My wonderful nail tech, Tina, at Angel V Nails in Clackamas (shameless plug) was booked solid so I took to YELP for HELP!Well, I yelped for help alright, but definetely not in a positive way :0( I wonder if all the other dissatisfied customers just haven't bothered to leave bad reviews because I KNOW I can't be the ONLY one. I called ahead and made an appointment for 5:15.  "Amy" was ready for me right on time.. She didn't smile or even say hello, but the shop looked fairly clean and the prices were good. But then I sat down... ...talk about a nightmare! I tried to make conversation and was met with a lot of grunts and Amy speaking to the other nail techs in a different language completely ignoring me for most of my service. Now please understand me, I'm mixed with hispanic and pacific island blood, but I sure as heck didn't expect to see it coming out of my fingers after my service was complete! I could have overlooked the rudeness, but use your electric nail file like a belt sander and you're gonna hurt someone!I HATE PAIN! This woman cut the sides of my fingers twice with her rogue nail file and after I "yelped" in pain, she mumbled something under her breath (not even stopping to apologize) and then sliced my thumb with the emery board. That was it! Needless to say, I won't be back. If I'd wanted to be treated rudely,  get hurt in the process and have to pay for it-- I'd have gone to Wal-mart! Read Less

VALUE QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!  I was extremely disappointed with this service.  I got a sch-lack and my 14 year old daughter got a manicure and pedicure, I walked out of there paying almost $80 and my nails looked as if they had grown out for a week, not attention to detail and they cut my daughters cuticle so deep it bled profusely.  They are just in a BIG hurry and do crappy work. I have been wanting to get my nails re-done for a while now, and so I decided to go to the closet nail place to me. I walked in and immediately was sat and the lady started working on my nails. She was very nice, but didn't talk much. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I got shellac nails this time, which I never do, and they turned out great. By the time I walked in and then out it took a little over 30 minutes. Which was amazing! It was a little pricey, but all in all it was a good experience. I'll most likely be going here again. Julie is the best! I started coming here whenever I was visiting my mom and commuting from NE Portland and now that I live closer I STILL come here! I get my acrylics done by Julie and she's amazing! I've also had my nails done by Tina and she's really good as well. They just got new pedicure chairs and they're wonderful! I can't believe this place has no reviews. There are tons of happy customers who can attest to the superior quality of their service. I got acrylics the other day and yes it cost me $45 but it was money well spent. Everyone here is very nice and know all their customers by name. The interior is very cool and relaxing with earth tones on the walls and an open floor plan. The girls who work here are really nice too. Everything is clean and sanitary and they know what they are doing. They are always busy so I would make an appointment but I think they are pretty good at getting you helped ASAP! Read Less
