They fit us all in for both hair and makeup and had us out in more than enough time to get everything else accomplished for the wedding. Camille is absolutely wonderful! She has been doing my hair for years and I can proudly say I will not go to anyone else. I have very thick, curly hair with a mind of it's own and she knows how to get it just right every time. We have gone from one extreme color and hairstyle the next and my hair has been continuously healthy. First time customer. Went to get my eyebrows done by tess and I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted. Looked in the mirror when she was done and my jaw dropped. I almost cried from how terrible she did my eyebrows. They looked NOTHING like I showed her. they are just hideous. its pretty obvious by the way she did them that she had no idea what she was doing. Myranda has been doing my hair for quite a while now and every single time she AMAZES me! She really listens to what you are wanting, is very knowledgable in coloring and makes sure I am 100% happy with my hair before I leave! Decided to try this place to get a gel manicure done due to it being closer to my home and within two days it was all chipping off. I went back in and they polished over the chipped spots with the same color. As I was having mine repaired a woman next to me was having her nails repaired for the second time in a week . Ironically, we had the same exact color done by the same woman. So I explained if this didn't correct it that I'd be back to remove the color as it may be defe...ctive. I was willing to try rather then have it all removed that day. The next day it was all chipping off again so I called and the owner told me she "doesn't guarantee gel nails" ,yet they tell you it will last for at least two weeks. My nails didn't last two days and now in less than a 7 days I'm having to get them completely redone elsewhere of course. Horrible customer service especially if the product was defective or maybe it was the manicurist since the woman and I both went to the same one. I have been getting gel manicures for over a year now and they never chipped in two days. I could go almost 3 weeks from being to busy to get to salon without chipping. I decided to try Amy at Elements who was half the price. BEST. OMBRÉ. EVER! It turned out 10 times better than what I was getting with my previous stylist!Since then, I have been back to see Amy several times and the results exceed my expectations every time. I went here a couple of months ago with my pictures of how I wanted my heart all ready. I had the pleasure of seeing Beverly McGhee, per a friend'a (very strong) recommendation. Oh my gosh I was so impressed!! I have never been to any one who was able to make my hair EXACLY what I asked for and showed her! my hair is super difficult to manage and cut because it is so coarse and wavy... And it stretches when it's wet. So I was super thank full she dried it so we could see any tweaks that needed to be made...  I love love love my hair! Today I went back ( I only cut it a few times a year). I am so in love with my hair! I have never had such a wonderful hair cut that works EXACLY with my curls that are so unforgiving.  I honestly cannot say enough good about this experience. And one of the best parts? Please save your time and money and go to a reputable hair removal business. After 6 months and absolutely no results I gave up. I had laser hair removal done else where and had great results. This was so dissapointing and a huge waste of money.  It's unfortunate that she continues to sell laser treatments when she has a poor quality laser that does not work. Read Less

I arrived to work with Jen Lyons for a shellac manicure/ spa pedicure. She was 45 minutes late in starting my service, which put me in a bad mood. She did not even come out to greet me or tell me she was running behind. After waiting for 40 minutes some nice lady with short blond hair came over and offered me water or a glass of wine, which I gladly accepted.When my service finally started, we began with a shellac manicure. I was disappointed to find out that there were very  few choices of colors to pick from. Not only that but a lot of the choices were inexpensive brands of nail polish. She started by filing off my previous shellac color. I am used to soaking my nails in acetone to remove the shellac, so I thought this was kind of weird but just went with it. I chose a bright pink color and had her apply nail art polka dots. My nails when finished were stunning and beautiful. We went to do the pedicure next. I was again disappointed by the selection of nail polishes. This time there are more choices for colors but several very poor quality brands of nail polish... Including wet n' wild. After the pedicure was over I sat and let my nails dry.  They were looking pretty good.  I had decided at that moment that I was not going to write a review. But two days later my shellac manicure chipped and it's the first time a shellac manicure has ever chipped in such a short amount of time. I will never return to this salon again. I bought a groupon with Lisa Meredith for 6 laser sessions. I have had laser done on my face before and I was thrilled with the results, but in 3 years there had been some regrowth and I wanted to do the bikini area. So, I have realistic expectations. Lisa was very nice and pleasant and the spa is gorgeous, but that laser machine she has does not work. After 6 sessions, I would estimate there was a maximum of 20% hair reduction. I brought up my concerns at the last 2 sessions with Lisa and she just kind of shrugged. No offer of repeating sessions or any change. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and money. Read Less
