Apparently these people have no work ethic. They say they are open til 7 but people show up between 3:30-5:30 and get turned away. Not to mention they did a bad job on my girlfriend's nails last time. Plenty of other places around that actually do good work. We won't be back here. Walked in, made eye contact with all the nail techs waiting for someone to speak or acknowledge me, nothing.  Figured they were busy.  I sat down and continued to wait.  3 people walked in after me and they rushed them walking through the door.  Then the owner finished with her client and made sure no one else needed anything.....still waiting and I said hello, nothing!  So I left.  Will not be back EVER. they did an okay job on my nails. i walked in and they definitely made it clear that i wasn't a priority. 3 or 4 different people walked in for eyebrow waxes and i was passed around between 3 different nail techs. the nails are bearable but ill definitely be going somewhere else to get them filled. New owners have remodeled and everything is new--that's a huge bonus, on its own!The staff is very friendly, attentive and precise. Made an appointment for five people (3 ladies and we dragged two big men with us). They were able to get all of us in chairs for pedicures at the same time so we could enjoy the experience together.I usually get my nails/toes done in PDX but now I have a reason to stay close to home and keep my business in Molalla. I came in to get a fill. They were able to take me right away. Then she was able to fix my messed up acrylic set that I had done at an different salon. She took the time to make my nails what I wanted. this is the best nail salon experience I have ever had. Would highly recommend this nail salon. I agree, the new management has made significant changes. I was reluctant to try this place for a pedi, but so glad I did! She was very welcoming and did an awesome job for a reasonable price.. $35 includes a sea salt rub and paraffin wax.  The spa has been remodeled and is very clean.  I will definitely be back!! Great experience manicure lasts more then two weeks and never chips. They are so polite and they defiantly make sure I get to wash my hands in between. They have a cute discount as well in pedicures just twenty on Mondays, Tuesday's and Wednesdays. Good friendly customer service. They're nice enough but a simple manicure with French tips lasted less than 24hrs before peeling off. Cheap polish? Didn't have me wash hands between manicure and polish? I don't know why but when I asked to have them redo the two nails that peeled, they were too busy to do it. Seems like it wasn't important to satisfy a customer. Won't go back. Read Less

I went in for a basic pedicure. Sat down at 1:02 in the chair and put my feet in. At 1:20 she had already polished one foot. The worst and quickest pedicure I have ever had. I am also in the beauty industry and know my rights as a consumer. After a lengthy argument, I did not pay for my pedicure. Worse place in Molalla to get your nails done. Bad customer service. Absolutely awful. I got my nails done for my trip to Vegas. I am appalled. The lady was friendly but seemed to be very rushed. My nails are not even completely painted, the flower is nothing how I had imagined and they look very sloppy. I asked her to fix them where there was no paint on the side of my nails. She had me stand and quickly painted them and part of my finger. They now look even worse if that's possible. I am so incredibly disappointed with this salon and feel that my money has gone to waste. Not only that but she was VERY rough with the nail file and filed some of mine and my cousins skin. I will probably have to pay to get them re-done. Very displeased. Read Less

Feeling ripped off... Nana took my girls to get pedi's (a rare treat) and they were more interested in waxing walk ins than completing the pedicures. They may be children, but we still paid for the service!  I would never recommend this place.  You can do your own nails better than they can. Read Less

Don't go here. My best friend and I went here to get our nails done for her wedding. We got gel French manicures. The lines weren't straight, they got gel all over my fingers, the edges weren't sealed well so now they are all dirty looking and they didn't put enough white on so it looked like white/clear ombré nails. It was awful. Luckily the brides looked better than mine. Another girl with us got white tips put on and the lady so aggressively filed her finger nails that her fingertips bruised.
