The first several times I went there,I loved it. Despite reading that she had caused pain for another customer, as well as her occasional rude comment, the owner (who is the only employee) did wonderful work (so much so that I posted an extremely positive review on Yelp prior to this), but one thing that confused me is that when customers would call, she would tell one caller that she was booked up for the day and give the next caller three different times to choose from to come in. That isn't here nor there but watch out if you ask a question or make a comment about your nails while she is doing them! I noticed she had cut my nails shorter than normal, so I simply (and innocently) said "Next time, can we leave them longer?", and that was it. Her demeanor turned, well, unkind to say the least. She said "Let me do my work. If you don't like my work than there are plenty of other places you can go." She continued on from there, despite my apologies for offending her and reassuring her that I LOVED her work (enough to refer two other people to her, who drove an hour to see her). The bottom line is that she ended up burning the tops of my fingers, leaving small cuts on the sides, and making a mess of both hands. My hands are so sore today that I can't put lotion on them. I have pictures that I can send to the people that license her, but don't know if that is carrying it too far. It felt like she was retaliating because I had somehow offended her, One thing is that she has lost three good customers as a result. So sad. If I was sure this wouldn't happen again, I would go back to her because when she is good, she is GREAT, but I am afraid now. :-( Read Less
