Great costumer service but my nails were not done as I asked, they put a design and glitter on them when I simply wanted the plain color. Didn't dry between coatscoats e and now it will just smear off. Read Less

I got a pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve had, the lady was super sweet and gentle but still got the job done lol. Only thing is i asked for a certain design and got something else, but i still liked it and i think she thought i would’ve liked it more or something, so she was just trying to be nice, i still tipped her and everythingZ it was a great experience! My daughter went in to get a fill and Kevin said No they need to be redone. He then ripped them off and when that didn't work for all of them he soaked them. After 5 mins. when they still weren't soft he cut her nail's half way back to her cuticles. Then when he put the new nail's back on he cut 8 times on 6 fingers. One finger is now infected and another has blood under it and they all have dips and ridges. Then he over charged her too. We will NEVER go there again!! Read Less

They told me my appointment would be at 10:45, I waited over an hour and 15 minutes sitting patiently. When he painted my nails, he left gel polish on my skin in numerous spots. He did my acrylics very well and was very skilled and attentive to details and looked like he had lots and lots of practice. I’m very happy with the job he did on the acrylics. I don’t think I’ll go back again. I wouldn’t recommend either unless you plan to go in on a non busy day. Read Less

I went there tonight and they had to redo my nails 3 times and still managed to mess them up.. I got a pedicure and pedicure was good.. but not the best.. and I have cuts all over my nails and skin from Kevin doing my nails.. I confronted him and he said don’t worry they are fine.. he made me pay $95.. NOT OKAY, very hurt and upset and my nails are complete trash. Read Less

I went in to get my nails fixed. Starting to lift on a couple nails. They were rude and the man who did my nails wouldn't fill them. He grabbed his super glue and glued over my acrylics and said fill in two weeks. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I will never go there again. Read Less

I love coming here for pedicures BUT if they are really busy I would skip it.  They do a great job when they have time but when they're busy they do an awful job. I paid for the most expensive pedi (the hot stone massage) my friend got the cheapest one. They were the exact same length in time when it's suppose to be longer. He literally rubbed my leg 3 times each leg with the stone and was done... plus my pedi was chipping within a week. If they are not super busy they do great normally though. Read Less

Terrible workmanship and utter laziness!!! I have been getting my nails done professionally for over ten years and am sick and tired of the lack of quality work and professionalism. We bought a home here so I was forced to stop seeing my normal guy in Eugene. He is the best! I had my nails done in two different places here in Lebanon and two in Albany. All poor workmanship. Lifting, bubbles, terrible polish jobs, and most recently "air pockets", (they called it). This one was the size of my entire nail bed. I had noticed it just before he put polish on and he ripped my hand away as to draw attention away from it. He was in an extreme hurry the entire time. Pretty sure that's why my nail wasn't given the proper attention. BTW I had mentioned it to him just before we began. My nail felt as though it was detaching from the nail bed. I know one could get fungus under there if left untreated so I came back the next morning and had them replace it. The replacement was longer, miss shaped, and painted much worse than my other nails. At one point the nail tech, (if that's what you want to call him) arrived during my repair visit. He asked if I had broken it. Almost immediately the woman repairing it said "air pocket". Then she, my last nail tech, and the manager began speaking in their native tongue all the while laughing. There was a definate undesirable ora in the room. I forgot to mention that the manager was very offputting when I first approached him. He made me feel as though I was being unreasonable. Turns out I was right about the nail. It appeared to have a yellowish hue at the top of my nail bed. I could see that I had a serious problem developing under there. I'm sure it was like that since my last fill, (one month ago). I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I highly recomend that you avoid this place like the plague. I hope this was helpful. Read Less

Got a Shellac manicure on Friday. Less than a week later, the polish is starting to lift on the corners of my nails. My thumb has half of the polish missing now. Worst $25 I ever spent in my life for such crappy work. Came here on a recommendation, and will not be returning. I will not be recommending this place, either. Read Less

Took my 12yr old Daughter to get some acrylics. The tech was very quick and lacked attention to detail. When we left my Daughter pointed out three places where the tech scraped skin off of her finger and a good gouge on a fourth finger. I told her to speak up next time, but we will go elsewhere. I went in there about a month ago to have solar nails put on. Well I went today to the salon I usually go to and they informed me that I didn't have solar nails. Also when I was getting the nails done, the guy that did them was really rough. I had sores all over my fingers. I will never again go there and I will discourage others as well!!!! Read Less

Horrible experience. Was left in the chair without anything being said about being done or putting feet under lamp. He was in a hurry to go on to the next customer. An hour and a half later my toes we're still not dry and the nail polish smeared everywhere. I called them back and told them and they told me to come in the next day to have them redone. I came back the following day and they didn't have much time for me during the time they asked me to come in. The lady took off my nail Polish but left quite a bit of it on. I asked her if she could take the polish all the way off since a different color was going to be put on. She was extremely rude with me and I really felt like getting up and leaving at that point. Not to mention I had to find childcare just to get in for them to fix their mistake and drive 20 minutes back to their place. There was a definite language barrier, but the girl that did my pedicure did very well. I have a sore foot from a previous surgery and she gave me a lot of relief with the massage. She was very patient and smiled the whole time. Very friendly people. I decided to have my nails done too and she ended up doing my nails. That process was very rushed and it could have been because they were so busy. It wasn't the best, but the pedicure was an A+! Read Less
