I came here yesterday and worst service ever. Old lady with tattoo on her left hand mess up my acrylic nails. She cut me twice. And shape was BAD! I told her to fix it and all she said “IM NOT FINISH” like cmon. Once she finished she left right away. Like I get you were in a hurry to go home but if she supposedly worked doing nails for 20 years she should now how to be patient or at least not do my nails at all....... My sister and I go here all the time and love it! The organic pedicures are so amazing and they do a great job with solar nails and waxing, too. The only time I've been disappointed is when the older man did my nails. I think he is new and the shape was uneven and the polish was sloppy. Boyfriend and I went in for a pedicure, the menu is good but the execution was very poor. They used a grater to do the calluses on our feet but they cut both of our feet with them, and continued with the pedicure! They put some blue stuff on it to stop the bleeding but it still hurt with all the lotion and massaging. And I had to pay to be cut! Not thinking that I'll be back! Read Less

Nail techs don't listen or maybe don't understand what you want done. Had a set done and they were thick and so square it looked like I had blocks on the end of my fingers but I decided to give them another chance. I went in for a fill and the tech I got this time reshaped and thinned out my nails and I chose a OPI gel polish. It has been four days since I had my fill and the polish is chipping off my nails! I think I found my new regular spot! Omg this place is AWESOME! The only bad thing I can say is it did smell a little strong as we walked in but other than that I have nothing bad to say! It super clean and they have liners that go in the pedicure bowls which I've never seen and love that! I got the #3 pedicure and this is the absolute BEST pedicure I've had ever in my life! I was a regular at paradise but this definitely beats their pedicures!!! Why? Well for the same price you get basically an hour massage, a lot more treatments, a neck heater , hot stone massage on top of all the multiple massages she did! The people here are absolutely fantastic! My sister and I got our nails done here last Sunday, and Brenna got the Shellac nails. They said if it chipped in the next two weeks to come back and they would fix it for free. Her thumb nail had come off in one piece so we can to get it fixed, and they not only redid that nail, but all of her nails and even offered a different color! I appreciated that Orchid Nails could take me in on short notice.  The friendly voice on the phone did not carry over to the service.  The first person was glum, while the person who eventually did my nails was on the phone, walking around the salon.  She took over, still on the phone!  Then she quickly, efficiently gave a basic manicure.  She took 2 more phone calls.  She was short on lotion and another spray.I won't be back. I would give this place one star but the lady that did my manicure was very sweet and took her time to really clean my cuticles and made good conversation. Overall my manicure took about 40 minutes.. When I had acrylics I could get a fill with shellac in that amount of time. It was my friends birthday and I was told that they had time to give me a foot massage for a dollar a minute while I waited for them to finish her pedicure, I sat there for over 20 minutes and nobody came over.. it wasn't until we were paying that the lady apologized for not having time for the foot massage (pretty sure they forgot) but whatever. Soooo I wake up this morning and notice that the nail polish on one of my fingers has chipped off .  Nothing like paying for a manicure and having to redo it yourself the very next day. Read Less

I got a lash lift also known as an eyelash perm. It cost $55, and their website says it's only $40. The results were great but it was not a relaxing experience. The solution burned my skin and opening my eyes burned like fire. Don't know if I'll be trying this again. Glad I'm not blind. Read Less

I discovered this place recently and was so happy to find it. Incredibly clean, which is the most important thing for me. Staff is very professional --not a lot of chattiness, and very careful work. The pedi chairs are new and comfortable, the decor is nice. The gel manicure is the best I have ever gotten. I wish it was closer to my home --I am willing to drive the 45 minutes it takes me to get here, though, because my gel manicure lasts so much longer than the place I normally go. Read Less

This is a beautiful and clean salon. Fully remodeled with great pedicure chairs and serene environment. My nail tech recently moved to this location and I will follow her wherever she goes because she is so good! Lily takes great pride in her work and my nails look beautiful every time.
