I wouldn’t come here again, although I was satisfied with the way my nails turned out. The woman who did my nails provided poor service. She had a really nasty attitude and was rushing, which later led to her having to do the design I wanted multiple times before I decided to just not go with it and to get sparkles instead. When I let her know I did not like the design because it was sloppy and rushed, she said “well, no one will look that close at your nails.” NEWS FLASH, I will. I’m paying $45 for this service I expect it to be done how I like. Two nails can’t look sloppy while the rest looks neat. I want consistency if I’m going to pay. Read Less

Tina left me sitting at a station after being the first inside the salon I waited at least a solid hour until she got around my nails it only took her about 10-15 minutes tops to do my acrylic set.. not the prettiest nails but for $35 it's not bad Read Less

My nails were not as great as they looked the first time when I just got shellac done. My fake nails with chrome looks so thick and unnatural. I hate to write a negative review, but I am definitely very disappointed with how my nails look. I even asked the lady to fix the shaping and it seemed as if she didn't understand me..unprofessional. I have seen better elsewhere. Btw chrome is an additional charge a price that didn't seem to be included on their price list of services. And just like the review below they do use a metal piece to remove any previous shellac which was new to me. Read Less

Tina is amazing! She did my nails before I went on vacation for 1 month and 6 days...swimming in pools and the ocean, pulling weeds, kayaking, playing with kids and dogs. NO chips or breaks! Just ugly grow out. From ugly to beautiful in 20 minutes today! I wish I could show pics! Read Less

I don't think anyone is licensed there. I have had my nails done for over 20 years and worse nail job ever. The surface of my nails are lumpy, none of my nails shape match. I would of had them fix it but it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Just wanted out of there, never again. Read Less

I wanted a shellac manicure. The person who did my nails was rushing and on her cell. While trying to remove my old shellac polish she did not do it correctly, and ended up using a file to aggressively take it off. I had 7 bleeding cuts when done and half the old shellac still on. She put remover directly in the cuts in another attempt to take the remaining polish off. I walked out. The technician said nothing and just picked up her cell. I went to another place (Shellac nails) that gently removed the remaining shellac but recommended treatment for badly damaged nails and no polish. So I'm left with cut up cuticles and ugly nails. It didnt even take her 15 minutes for a full set and gel polish! It was so rushed! It didnt feel like I was being pampered at all! There was no attention to detail. She never checked to see if they were the same length or have me wash my hands before the polish. I waited for over 20 minutes to be rushed out the door in 15 so she could do a regulars nails. I absolutely love this place. Me and my family go here for pedi's all the time and it is our go to place for nails. Today I got acrylics here for the first time and it was WAY better than my usual place for acrylics. She got the shape perfect and got everything done much quicker than my usual spot. Got my nails done here and left a very happy customer. This is the first time I've had a full set done and done very well. She took the time to follow the shape of my nail bed and so when she was done the acrylic set looked like my own natural nails. I will be back. Read Less

The lady who did my nails put them on uneven. The shape was uneven. She was in a rush.In the end she over charged my card 40$ and i had to convince her to give me my money that she over charged me. I will never go here again and i will never recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. just awful. I wouldn't go back if they paid me. I went in to get my acrylics off, they said okay and told me to wait so i did. She sat me down at a desk a couple minutes later and got out her tools. She then bounced back to the person she was doing before me, so i waited some more. The entire time i was there she was bouncing back and forth between me and this person. when she finally got around to actually taking my nails off, she was doing them so fast and wasn't even caring about how i felt, i told her it hurt multiple times but she just said it was okay and continued ripping off my nails. after she got them off she used the grinder for a minute to shave off the leftover acrylic but didn't get all of it and when i said somehting, she straight ignored me and bounced back to the other person. My nails still have weird bumps where the acrylic was. After, she offered to paint them so i grabbed a color and she did it super fast,which was fine with me seeing as i wasnt even paying for that part. But then, she had me hold them in front of a tiny dusty desk fan for about 10 minutes when it was already 20 degrees out. Still bouncing between me and the other guest. AND THEN, when i went to pay, i gave her the money and she reached into her purse for the change.. which was odd to me. she threw it down on the desk and said "have a good day" and left. Worst nail job ever. After 1 day my shallac has peeled off, none of my nails were straight, i have huge bumps on my nails from glue to put on a gem!! I spent $100 in this place and now after not even a week i have to pay to fix them all!!!! Bullshit!!!! Never ever go back or recommend to anyone!!! Read Less

This was a great shop now is horrible.The owner has now started a restaurant also and is more worried about that then doing a good job on nails.The owner tries to take on too many clients at a time resulting in doing a crappy job on everyone.If you set up a appointment she never gets in you in on time. I dont think she understands what a appointment means.If she would slow back down and do a good job it would be a good shop again.But it will be a long time before I go back. Read Less

Remind me to never come here again. I went because I had a good experience back in December getting a fill and shellac from the owner. Today I was with someone else who said a nail was lifting and she would need to replace it. No biggie until she pried it off by pushing a nail tip between the acrylic and my natural nail. It wasn't hurting so I didn't think about saying anything to her. Then I felt a sharp pain as she pulled the last of the tip off and looked down. My nail bed was torn to shreds, like a hole in it. She glued it together and stuck a new tip on. I got home and am now noticing it's crooked. My nail bed is also now super weak so it doesn't feel stable. The shaping is just ok. To her credit she asked if it was ok and i said fine because I basically just wanted to pay and leave, but the edges were rough and I ended up reshaping them when I got home. Never going back. I came here every 3-4wks as a ritual with my cousin until they used a metal file on their electric file to remove shellac & damaged my nail plates so badly that my nails now have permanent damage that makes them weak & look wavy. Be careful ladies! Read Less

No stars. I had a horrible experience here. The girl that did my nails clearly didn't know what she was doing.  When I asked her to fix the issues she just said "it's ok" and never fixed anything. Then had the gall to ask me to pay more than was listed on the menu. Horrible experience. Won't ever go here again. Read Less

I visited this place Monday after work, they close at 7 but my coworker called in an appointment for 6:45, they said yes so right after I got off work at 6:30 pm I drove over to this nail spot. They did a pretty good job, I asked the girl to draw a little cat on my left hand and that turned out good too, not exactly how I wanted it but she tried. She was a little rough on my hands which is why I hate getting my nails done. She finally finished around 7:51. She charged me $38 for everything. This place is awful! The people are not friendly at all.
