This nail place was rushing to do my nails. I had my appointment at 5:30 and my nails were started at 7:00. They put my nails on a week ago and they already came off. I do not recommend this place. Go invest your money on other places. Get your moneys worth. Read Less

Came in for a pedicure after a friend recommended the place. I was promptly greeted and set up with Heidi. From the very beginning she was very helpful. She made sure the water was the right temperature for me, and also commented on ways to make the sheer polish I chose stand out better. What made this experience over the top was the massage. I told her I had pain in my shins and asked her if she could give me a firm massage. I went all out for the hot rocks. At first I was worried because the hot rocks didn't really feel that good, but after the hot wax she started the extended regular massage. OMG. She found knots in my legs that I didn't even realize were there. My friend completed her acrylic fill and came to sit by me as she was just starting to paint my toes. All you need to know is ask for Heidi and let her know you need a firm massage! I'd skip the hot rocks but pay for the extended pedi any day. Seriously wow. Gelatinous legs and beautiful toes. I stopped in here about a week ago, based off of other yelpers saying this place was the best....  Well... Let's just say I'm definitely not planning a return trip. I called to make an appointment, and they booked me in within the hour. I got there, and they were running behind, okay, I get it, no biggie. Then the girl is complaining about my nails,  my gel from my last mani had started chipping, so I peeled it off to start fresh. She's complaining how bad my nails are, and how she can't do anything. Actually,  theyre pretty healthy! Then she's rushing through the application. The gel ran EVERYWHERE! a week later,  it's still in my cuticles. She wasn't allowing it time to cure,  therefore I have bubbles,  and it's uneven. She blamed the gel...  Yeah,  I've never had this poor of a manicure in my life! I sat through the probably 15 coats of gel she applied, trying to undo her mistakes, when finally she said she wasn't going to charge me, because she had done such a poor job. I have faithfully been going to Nails Forever for over a year now! I can not stop raving about my favorite Nail lady TINA! I Love her! she is a NAIL GOD!! I converted my Mom, Sister's and Best friend and this is they Only place we go to. The ladies are all so nice! they have complimentary drinks. In the past, I tried this salon several times with mediocre results.  I found a much better salon, but recently I needed to get my nails done last minute and couldn't get in anywhere else, so I gave them another try.  Nearly every step of the process of my pedi and shellac manicure was problematic.  The leg message was painful as the technician kept rubbing the same spot repeatedly, and when she filed my toenails, she was very rough to the point of it being painful -- something I have not experienced before during a pedicure. When she roughed up my fingernails to start the process of removing my previous shellac, I was shocked at how rough she was and how much filing she did. Way more than happens at my current salon and very damaging. She was extremely rough throughout my visit, grabbing my hands when needed and pushing them away when she didn't, almost as if she was angry. Polish was applied quickly and without the kind of care and attention to detail usually provided at other salons. She indicated that I was done and could pay and go while one hand was still in the nail dryer, much to my confusion. She did not wipe down the nails.  My nails ended up with a very bumpy, bubbly texture and the shellac started lifting within two days.  There were numerous smudges where the polish overlapped onto the skin around my nails.  I will never return to this salon. I have stopped in twice for a pedi when my schedule with my normal salon has gotten out of sync.  The color selections are plenty and the chairs are good.  The quality of the first pedi was about average and massage during my second pedi was great.  I also had a mani the second time I stopped in and that's where the scale tipped to a 3.  They were fast at the expense of doing a really poor job on my cuticles and in the end it was one of those things I wish I had skipped because it wasn't worth the expense and I do a better job myself.I would say this is a solid option for a walk-in pedi but not a place I would use as my primary salon. Love this place!  Come here whenever I visit Oregon.  Brought my mom and daughter for a little pampering time.  Staff is very friendly, we laughed and joked the whole time.  The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.  The place is very clean and the pedicures are wonderful!!  I got the classic pedi/mani.  I never felt rushed and she took her time with the massage. I was fairly happy with nails forever. I called to make an appointment and they had one available same day. I had a gel manicure and regular pedi which totaled $50. I was the last appointment of the day so they rushed a bit and did my mani and pedi at the same time. Pedicure was perfect- lots of leg massaging and lotion. My manicure was alright and has lasted a week so far with one small chip. I for see it lasting fairly long!The staff was kind as I debated my colors back and forth. Went to get a pedicure with a friend and it was a great experience! There was no other customers when we went so we got seated right away and was being offered free beverages! (If I wasn't driving I'd definitely would have had some wine!) The ladies were very professional and offered some suggestions on some great places to eat around the area. Both our feet felt amazing!The only thing I had an issue with was the pricing. So when I called they told me a pedicure was $27. It's a little more than what I would usually pay but it was for my friend's birthday gift so I decided to make an appointment anyways. But when we sat down and they showed us the list, it said $25 for a pedicure. Needless to say, I was a little confused. But it turns out, that they charge you and extra $2 for a nail kit (file, toe fillers, clipper, buffer) apparently you have to use your own or buy theirs. I wish I had known ahead of time so I could have brought my own and not have to pay $2 for it. Read Less

Worst manicure ever. I took my mom here for mothers day weekend and we each got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but they kept taking walk-ins during our scheduled appointment and breaking to assist/set them up. Of course we have all come accustom to the scheme where they tell us we need something like a scrub or paraffin wax and they just do it failing to mention the additional charge until after they are done. I get that this had become the norm, but I still hate it, and like to point it out as AWFUL customer service. But all in all it was a pretty standard experience for a place like this. Then came the manicure... My mom got a french shellac manicure which was lopsided and had bubbles in it. They did not even put lotion on her hands. When she pointed out the imperfections, they tried turning her hand around and telling her it looked fine from their angle. They finally fixed two, and told her the rest were okay. The women then walked away and started working on someone else before my mom could object. For mine, the girl was so rushed trying to get to a walk-in pedicure that she actually missed one of my nails and forgot the topcoat before she put on the lotion. The worst part was that she used the drill to file down my nails and she actually cut me! Cut me to the point where I was bleeding. Not to mention that after she was done my nails were so thin they just folded like paper. My finders are still recovering. They didn't apologize, AND they had the audacity to ask how much of a tip we would like to leave. Both of our manicures were so bad we left and immediately went to another establishment to have them fixed. So disappointing. Read Less

The facility is always clean, everyone is always nice and never make you feel uncomfortable, and to top it off they have competitive pricing! I'll be honest and say I'm also quite picky with my nails and they never have made me feel like my requests are too much. Update 10/16 - Sadly, all good things must come to an end. After having my eyebrows burned twice, I've stopped going here. After the first burn, and every time I had my brows waxed by Tina, I was very clear that my skin will blister if the wax is too hot. She usually blows on the wax to cool it down a bit and it's been fine. On my last visit, she cooled it down for the first brow. However, the second one was hot enough that I felt the burn immediately and knew it would blister. It did. And, when I told her she had burned me, she said that my skin was too sensitive and if she blew on the wax it would not work. I know this to be false - because when she blew on the wax to cool it off in the past, I did not blister and my brows turned out fine. So, after being burned and having it blamed on my sensitive skin, I had to go to a business conference with blisters above my eyes. She wasn't even apologetic. I think she knew I was dissatisfied when I left, but no effort was made to resolve the situation. In fact she insisted more than once that it was just my skin. I'm having my brows waxed elsewhere with no problems now. Super bummed because I was a long time customer. I really liked having my nails done here. They do a great job, but this incident ruined it for me. _________________________________________ Previous review: I had my first visit here yesterday and I'm glad I found this shop. The shop is impeccably clean, so tastefully decorated, and I've never sat in a more comfy chair while having my nails done. Dan is awesome - he is very experienced and a master of special designs. This time I just got some peace signs on my toes, but I'm looking forward to bringing him cool nail art designs to try in the future. You know how some salons just aren't relaxing (they have the news on TV or its just overall not zen)? This place immediately makes you feel relaxed when you walk in. Dan is super easy to communicate with, and they really care about the clients - you can tell. Love the big wall-mounted TV with a soothing underwater video - it's like watching an aquarium while you have a pedicure - very nice. And the fountain, and the warm colors. The employees take the time to talk to people and get to know them, which makes the experience that much better. I've been to this salon twice since the beginning of June.  I've only been twice... Because I've only needed to go twice in two months-- my nails have lasted *that* long!  Seriously, I have never had a gel manicure last this long.  The first time I visited the salon, I got a gel manicure for $25.  A great deal for the high quality job.  The salon is clean and doesn't stink of toxic polish and chemicals like some nail places.  The receptionist was friendly and inviting, I was able to get an appointment in right away without a reservation.  They have a wide variety of gel colors to choose from.  The woman who did my manicure was pleasant and chatty, but also did my nails quickly without compromising quality for speed.  She did a great hand massage too. My gel nails lasted over a month with ZERO chipping, peeling, or cracking.  I went back three weeks ago to get a new gel manicure since my nails were growing out.  Once again, a consistent positive experience.  Will definitely go back...when I need to in a month! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I asked for an appointment with Dan, and was scheduled at 2pm. I had a bit of a wait as he was finishing a mani/pedi with another client, but that was fine. He and all his staff were courteous and welcoming. When I sat down with him, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he quickly set to doing it, while making pleasant conversation with me! Other nail techs have had stifled and awkward conversations with me, but he put me at ease. He tried two polishes on me to try to match the photo I showed him. I picked one, and quickly he was done! The polish application is pretty good, and the nail shape and application is perfect! I am very picky and he nailed it! Blown away by the pink/white solar nails Dan did for me. No tips, all done by hand. The service was fast, very little filing, he even trimmed up the cuticle area at the end which is a small detail that is usually missed. On a whim, I tried stiletto nails for the first time. Hot pinky orange, glow-under-a-black-light stilettos. After some good-natured joking with the owner, I proceeded to get the best false nails I've ever had. Meticulous and talented, he kicked butt. These nails lasted nearly a month! I wish Yelp would allow us to give negative stars as well as positives. I typically try to find good in every situation, but when you're discriminated on because of your physical appearance there is no other option but to feel a certain type of way. I scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance, thoroughly explained my situation to them more than once, to more than one person. When I arrived (5 minutes early) they immediately started talking. Lie after lie came out of their mouths: we don't have anyone to do your nails right now (even though there were a few employees coming and going), we can't do a pedicure, we can't do a manicure, you don't have an appointment etcThey ruined the beginning of my day and after they told me I should try another nail salon I politely smiled and walked out (because I'm a better person today than I was 5 years ago)! I can't make you guys feel how I felt in that very moment but NOBODY deserves to be mistreated or discriminated against!!!!!Since someone that isn't my friend on yelp decided to write me saying I was fabricating with my experience here because I didn't have enough I thought I'd go ahead and embellish!!I walked in 5 minutes before they opened in hopes of not having to explain my situation in front of a crowd of people! They sat an older white lady and 4 employees kept coming from the front to the back talking in their native language, pointing and glaring at me and my boyfriend. She said they couldn't use a different chair for me even though their were four other chairs that I spotted that I could have used. I sat for 10 minutes staring at them while they stared back and eventually after I went through what I previously wrote I decided to leave!!!Hope that's a little better of an explanation! I have always liked coming here for a pedicure but today makes me think I need to look for a different place. The girl acted like she didn't like her job and wasn't friendly from the beginning. She did allot of shortcuts and seem to be more into catty talk about her co-workers. I feel that's very unprofessional. Then she left me for 20 minutes to let my toes dry while moving onto another customer. She never even checked on me. Thankfully a co-worker finish me up.
