Worst most ridiculous experience I've ever had save your money! My mother and I went in to get a set of acrylics, we called to ask if they do walk-ins and the lady told me she's the owner and the only one there who does fake nails but that the shop is so busy and to come now. I was confused upon arrival cause there was no one in there, we were very polite and the lady seemed to make inappropriate conversation. Asking us where we were from and then laughing saying we would probably get killed if we went back to our country which we informed her isn't true. We ignored her ignorant comment, every place we have gone to cuts our nails and trims off dead cuticle skin before applying the fake nails and she did not. My mom kindly told her that one of her nails wasn't on and needed glue (it wasn't glued on her nail at all from the corner) she ignored her and it seems she was very forgetful while she was talking to her coworker she painted one of her hands with 3 coats and the other with 2. When my mom finished and the lady started on mine one of my moms hands was extremely noticeable that it was a light pink and the other hand was a dark pink from missing a coat. We asked her if it would be okay when she finished mine to put another coat on my moms nails and she seemed irritated. My mom held up her hands to show her and she stared at them and said she sees the mistake but that it'll be hard for her to put another coat on. Which upset me because we are paying $50 each and did not walk in to have one hand a light pink and the other dark?? When she did my nails I chose a light purple that definitely needed 3 coats she only put two and the bottle she was using was empty with bristles that looked destroyed. She went and got a new bottle put it next to her and didn't open it while continuing to use the empty bottle that she took forever trying to get what was left of it. Because of this the gel polish wasn't applying correctly when I put it in the gel light and took them out the polish had separated. She then got angry and used the tool that scraps off gel and cut two of my fingers while aggressively holding my fingers. I just wanted a square shape and I noticed two of my fingers were very noticeable that they were rounded on one corner and a sharp square on the other corner while also being very wide. Once again I informed her if she could please make them the same shape as the others and she told me she wasn't done yet while not fixing them and moving onto polish. She seemed mad and stopped speaking to us then a customer came in and very loudly in front of them started up a conversation asking if I was in college. Saying no she put me down for it and then asked if I have a boyfriend and if he goes to college which I found so inappropriate and none of her business. I said no and she went off saying I don't know what I'm doing in life and since I'm not successful and a girl I need to marry someone rich. I told her I wasn't comfortable with the conversation and that she has no idea how much he makes or what we both are doing that makes us successful. She ignores me and looks over to my mother saying kids don't understand while spewing judgments saying "you probably did bad in highschool because you're pretty" I was so offended and shocked I didn't know what to say. The customer who was in there looked at me and we both exchanged looks about what was said. I am a 20 year old young woman and didn't appreciate the disrespect she gave me. I wish I would have gotten up asked her to take off my nails and left but was so taken back in the moment. She then talks about how much her boyfriend makes a year and works at intel and how her 14 year old daughter is smart and doesn't worry about boys or looks. At this point I was over the conversation and stayed quite. While speaking to her co worker she forgot which nails of mine had top coat and which ones didn't and while I tried to tell she missed a few she just talked over me to her co worker. When I finished my nails were an absolute mess misshaped with some fingers looking light and some dark and when put up to the light you could see through my fake nails. I have never had such a terrible job done. Lastly when fixing my moms hand she put so many coats on one finger and not the same amount on the other and continued forgetting what she had done while skipping top coat on a few. When the nightmare service was over my moms nails were lumpy and thick with streaks and obviously not all the same shape. To top off wasting our money on shitty nails I had said before we started that we both are getting fake nails with gel and asked how much a fill is and she said $20. When we got up to put our coats on she said oh yeah a fill is $35, keep in mind this is the owner. Save your money so you don't get awful nails with disrespect thrown in. I've never written a review before but I felt inclined to today. I hadn't been to this nail salon before and was excited about it since it's close to my house. According to their website, walk-ins are welcome. I came in with my baby in a carrier and wanted to see if I could get a pedicure. I arrived over an hour before closing. The lady said "could you come back tomorrow? I want to watch my show that starts soon. Usually I stay late but Mondays my show is on and I don't want to miss it." I was very surprised and disappointed with her response. I'm sure she would've done a fantastic job. However, I was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service I received. Won't be going to this nail salon in the future. Please change your hours and/or do not advertise that you accept walk-ins on your website to avoid this happening to another customer in the future.
