I have been going here over a year now and have never had a bad experience. I get my mani and pedi done nearly every 2 weeks. My daughter goes here too and same for her. I went to this shop about a month ago and got an organic pedicure. The staff was very attentive and did a great job. 🤗 I tried to go in today, but they are closed on Sunday. I went to another salon and the experience was subpar in comparison to this nail salon. I appreciate the hard work the ladies put in at this shop. I've been a regular customer for over a year. The ladies are always super friendly and customer service is great. Unfortunately,  I visited on 2/20 and developed a staph infection when my cuticles were cut and pushed back. I've been visiting the doctor all week and am on 2 antibiotics besides being injected with antibiotics. Contacted nail tech and she stated to come in so she could "see it" and "didn't know how this could happen." Just warning anyone who gets her nails done to make sure all tools are sanitized!! Got a full set done here exactly a WEEK ago and there already starting to lift and chip!!!! I spent the extra money on shellac too , big no-no never coming here again!! I came in here the other night for a pedicure and it was amazing! So relaxing between the paraffin wax, hot stones and the almost hour long leg and foot massage. It's also a very clean nail salon. Cards do get charged $.50 so make sure to bring cash! Read Less

After another nail place that ruined my natural nails by taking off the dip by sanding it down made my nails all thin and broke off in a week! With my save the date pictures being taken on weekend Vogue fixed my hands up and I did a pedi and I'm pleased they used brand new sanitized tools on every Costner. Great service! Read Less

I came in today because I was in need of a fill/color change. I'm not from the area so I checked on yelp beforehand to try and find the salon w the best reviews. Needless to say VIP nails had the best ratings /reviews out of every other salon. Mike was taking care of me today, and I have to say after going to COUNTLESS nail salons, he gave me the best customer service ever. Very friendly, infact all the employees were. 1st time patrons and they took great care of us!  Wonderful staff and fantastic service!  They really spent time scrubbing our feet clean after a summer of trashing and dirtying them.  The massage went on for what felt like hours.  The place was clean, no pressure to upgrade services although it was suggested and the attention to detail was fantastic!  We are definitely coming back! This place is wonderful! Clean, well-organized, and awesome service. They offer more pedicure options than many places, from basic to high-end organic spa treatments, all reasonably priced. They answered all my questions about the different menu options, without pressuring me into one option or another. After getting my nails butcherd at luxury nails in canyon west shopping center . . I came to these guys hoping to get my nails fixed with a fill and replacement of a nail. My girl who made a miracle happen with my nails was Angie. I was SUPER pleased and she saved my nails for Easter wknd! She didnt charge extra for the gel polish or a replacement of nail! Super friendly staff, inviting enviorment, clean and sterile and gentle work on hands. If I ever need my nails done for a special occasion I now know where to go. Came in to treat myself to a pedicure. I was not disappointed! The salon is nice and clean and the ladies are extremely friendly! My pedicure was amazing! I received a Dead Sea salt mineral paste, amazing mask with hot towels. The massage was dreamy!! Lavender massage with actual slices of orange. Hot stones to top it off. I'm sure the service is usually great, however, my husband and I came here today at 2pm for an appointment to get manicures and pedicures for my birthday and they didn't start until 2:50pm. About 25 min into waiting with our feet in the water, one of the women informed us that someone had called in sick. While I appreciate the challenge that being short staffed presents, they probably shouldn't have scheduled our appointment if there weren't enough people working that day. Since our son was with a baby sitter, I didn't end up having enough time to get the manicure, which was very disappointing. Spending almost an hour waiting was not how I wanted to spend my birthday.On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and served us complimentary drinks (great mimosas!).**When we left, Pam gave us a $10 off certificate for a future visit. I got my nails done here about a month and a half ago and I really like Vanna so I thought I'm come back today.... But apparently that just isn't going to work. The card Vanna gave me said they open at 11am on Sundays. Their message on their phone says they open at 11am on Sundays. Their yelp says they open at 11am on Sundays. Well.... It's 1130. Their door is locked and the sign on the door says they open at 1pm. It's not worth it to me to hang out down here and wait until 1pm. Had I known they opened so late I would have rearranged things and gotten down here later in the day. Vanna is good, but she's not a 2 hour wait good. Read Less

I love this place!  With a nail salon practically on every corner, what makes this stand out is their customer service.   If you're looking purely for upscale, fancy ambiance, this may not be the place for you.  It is newer, nice and clean, with simple decor.  But if what is most important to you is a wide range of services and ladies who really care about their customers, this is the place for you!  They truly are happy to see you and love taking care of you. In search of a different nail salon to regularly make appointments at, I drove by VIP Natural Nails and decided to walk in. They were more than willing to take me. My first impression was that it wasn't very busy, it was clean, and their color selection was great. They do an excellent job here. Easily the best manicure I have ever gotten. Close attention to detail, they take their time to do their trade well, and they were genuinely kind. I got a shellac mani and she gave me FOUR coats of the gel color as well as the base and top coat. That made my nails look rich and healthy. After taking off a horrible acrylics nail job I got elsewhere, as well as giving me such a great nail treatment, I was only charged $25. I can now say I've found my new favorite nail bar! Read Less

This shop is clean and the staff is friendly, professional and do a great job.  I especially enjoy their comfortable pedi chairs and the packages they offer with massage, hot stones, wax, scrub, etc.  Until recently, I'd never been a "nail girl", and I still keep it very simple with  only clear polish or french style on my natural nails.  These ladies make it worth stopping in on occasion if only to enjoy a basic pampering. Long massage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, salt scrub, hot oil and moisturizer.Their polish selection is okay, but not great.I got a french tip for the first time in a long time and it was probably one of the best I've had.I'm ditching my old place and coming here instead.
