The older lady that did my nails was super nice, but didn't do a good job on my nails. I asked for acrylic French tip and got shellac French tip n was charged $32 when my mother in law and daughter got full shellac for $25. The daughter or whoever Ashley is was rude to begin with and dressed unprofessionally. She slammed my stamp card down when we asked for one. Never again! Asked for a fill, got one. It looked like they were building a mountain on my nails soo thick and bulky. I asked for thin natural looking nails that's it. I came in without an appointment and they started immediately. The deluxe pedicure was only $40. I’ve never seen one that cheap. They treated me so well, even giving me a towel to cover my thighs since I was wearing a dress. They have a huge selection of colors and are very professional. They’re prices are quite high for the service they give. I understand wanting to talk with your co-workers but when it impedes with the quality of the work you charged $51 for then it’s a little upsetting. Some nails are either a little crooked or have some polish missing(something you don’t notice when they’re rushing you out to pay.) There’s other less expensive places that provide better service than this place. They close later than other places so if you really need your nails done then it’s a decent last resort. Read Less

Didn't sit my friend and I together. Pushed and pushed me to get gel nails despite me saying no it destroys my nails. Didn't apply a base coat or a top coat. Polish was messed up before I even left the salon and messed up so much more after I left. So not worth your time and money. Read Less

When I got my full set done here it was wonderful and I really enjoyed it. I went back two weeks later. The same woman did not do my nails. I asked her if changing the color of acrylic used would be more and she said it wouldn't. Throughout the process she severally burned me with the drill. Nails looked fine and lasted a decent amount of time but customer service was awful and I was waaay overcharged. She originally said it was going to be $30 because I work at this little pretzel place in the mall & she knows my manger but when I pulled out a $15 off gift card the price instantly went up to $50 lol. I went back & asked how that could even be if I had a gift card & she said it was $55 for the ombré I got done which still didn't make sense for how much I paid but I just walk away since she's done that once before. I only went to this shop because my regular nail shop was closed. There were good reviews on this shop so I decided to try it out.Honestly the worst nail shop I've ever been to. Overpriced for crap quality. I was so unhappy about my nails and they charged me $40 for a fill. My nails are streaky and uneven, the shape each nail are different. The nail technician was rough and in a hurry. I even asked her why I was charged so much for a fill and she completely ignored me. I too...k my friend here with me as well and she was extremely unhappy about her nails as well. They were thick and chunky, as well as she asked for gel nails not the Polish but the actual gel instead they gave her solar. They charged her $50 for hers, I could understand if you provide amazing nails at the end for the price that I'm paying but the quality was horrible. Not very pleased with the outcome, uneven nails, wanted colored tips but literally picked 5 different ones and was told they were already used so I couldn't do them even tho they were in the display case, ended up getting gels and am not very happy with them. Read Less

Was charged $70 for an acrylic fill on my hands and simple polish change on my toes... PLEASE tell me how that's possible?? They don't have prices posted anywhere, and they did solar acrylic even when I said I didn't want it and gel polish without discussing the additional costs of those services (I assumed it was the typical $5-10 upcharge, apparently it was $22!!). Literally, the worst place I've been to. I had a man aggressively do my nails, he was so rude, messed them up, left them lopsided and badly painted, not only that but he also cut me deeply and I'm now dealing with an infected pinky. As if that wasn't enough, when I asked to have them fixed he yelled at me to go to him even after I said not him, so Tawny took over. She was awful. My daughter and I had our nails done at Foxy's in Clackamas Town Center for a wedding we were in the following day. It was a terrible experience to say the least. The girl who did our nails must have been very inexperienced or in a really bad mood. I believe both. She kept having to peel her fingers lose from mine from the glue and my nails were done so sloppy I couldn't believe I had to pay $45 each for this ""chop job""; especially when I was quoted $35 for each before we had been seated. My daughter bled while she continued to work on her, spreading blood. She kept yanking my hand, giving me a dirty look and would tell me to relax. (How can you relax while being injured?) She would carry on conversations in her native tongue with others and would laugh. So rude. Plus, she would talk on her cell phone dropping it on the floor from her shoulder. The next day my daughter and I were so sore we could hardly handle ANYTHING! Mistakes I understand but that was too much. My nails ended up being really rough, not smooth and shiny like it's supposed to be. The nail technician wasn't very gentle with my nails. I now have rough spots all over my nails and it just looks bad. I'm in desperate need of a nail repair right now.
