I pulled up on Labor Day and they were closed but still let me in to do my nails. I'd tried 4 other places and was so relieved that it made my day. Tech didn't speak one word to me except "what color" and "30 dollars". Paid $30 for a gel manicure that last a whole 4 days. All my nails chipped and then by day 6 just completely peeled right off. The lady was drinking from a wine glass over at the bar while doing my pedicure. It appeared to be white wine. She talked non stop in her language. I told her to be careful with my heels as I have been cut before on the back of my heel by a technician. Low and behold, she was talking to the technician next to her and caught a chunk of my heel skin while removing rough skin on the bottom of my heel. It started bleeding and she tried to hide it. (Like I couldn't feel it). ... I asked to have my nails cut really short as they grow extremely fast. She didn't cut them short but I wasn't about to ask her to trim them more. She was very rough, didn't wear gloves and her ring and long fingernails kept scraping me. She started to paint my nails without a base coat and I asked her to put a base coat on. She was upset from the beginning because I refused to go with a more expensive pedicure as the last time I got a pedicure they didn't remove rough skin and the more expensive pedicure was a waste of money. Went an hour before closure to get pedicure. At 5:27 the Manager told the technician, in their language, she needed to be done by six. The tech couldn't even do her job because the asst and staff were hovering around rushing her with my Pedi. Services that I PAYED for was skipped and rushed through!!! At the end the asst took over so the tech could clean up and she roughly pulled the towel up from underneath my feet, swiftly wiping the paraffin wax from my legs that only s...at on my feet for 10 seconds!!! When I got in my car I had wax all over the back of my leg resulting in it being smeared on my black pants. I'm sorry, but this is Trashy service and from now on I will never downgrade again and go to a real spa. We decided on a girls day and this place because my mom has been here before. First of all they have it posted when you walk in that a manicure is $13. We thought great let's do it! The salon didn't seem very clean or inviting but I figured for the price why not. They ended up charging us 16 each and 5 extra for my daughter to have 4 blobs of nail polish that were suppose to be a flower? Total rip off and they pressured over and over for more services. Worst nail salon I've ever been to! Me and my daughter ( 4 years old) went in, I got a full acrylic set and she got her toes painted. The lady didn't even remove all my nail Polish before starting. I wanted all matte nails and they turned out looking dull. No matte to them at all. The nails themselves were dented in the middle. My daughter wanted stars on her toes and they just looked like blobs and were smugged. To top it all off they charged me more then I have ever been charged for just basic terrible nails. NEVER EVER EVER go here for waxing.  I have had some wonderful pedicures here, so decided to try them for a full leg wax.  Unfortunately, the waxing "tech" had no idea what she was doing.  She caused A LOT of pain in sensitive areas, minor pain in areas that I've never had pain with before,  and was clumsy but hey, at least apologetic. *grimace*  I even tried to instruct her how to hold the skin tight (in areas where it's not so firm) to help, but she just continued slapping on the wax and just using one hand to rip the strips off my skin. Eventually I just started holding the skin tight myself, but I really shouldn't have had to. I suffered afterwards as well, from rashes and ingrown hairs (never experienced in the 10+ years I've had waxing done), AND found areas that were virtually untouched (like the outsides of my knees...seriously? They couldn't see that??)  Just 2 weeks later I am having to go somewhere else to clean up the forest they left on my legs.Additionally, the "room" they use for waxing is NOT private.  It is behind a door that leads to the employee break/back area so the door is constantly being opened. The area is like a wide hallway, hung with a half-shod drape that I eventually had to pull around myself, and the table used is awkwardly angled, very cheap and unsteady.All in all, I wouldn't trust them to touch my skin for waxing ever again. DO NOT GO HERE!!I went here on Friday to get a pedicure and manicure. I thought, this is the new place close to my home I'll give it a try. Pedicure was great. Then I had the shellac done. This is where the nightmare started. The guy finished my nails and I looked at them and they were already chipping and not to mention they looked like a 2 year old did then. There was shellac and glitter everywhere!! I told him about it and he redid them. I leave and on Saturday they are al...ready chipping again. I go back in today simply wanting a refund. I was told we can redo your nails but we will not give you a refund. Now why in the heck would I want you to redo my nails after you've screwed then up twice. Ain't nobody got time for that!
