Katie did my partners manicure, and she did a great job. Seemed like Amy was a favorite among the clients during my visit as well. I on the other hand (foot), got someone who took no time and just went through the motions. They did a poor job painting my toes, leaving polish all over my skin and a inconsistent look. I had to ask her to re-do them which provided a uncomfortable conversation where she made a lot of excuses and blamed my color choice. My gel polish pedicure was amazing!! It lasted so long!!! My sister my mom and I were all able to get right in and get our feet done pretty promptly with great service. I now go here regularly as my super friendly and very efficient nail care (mani pedi), waxing and eyelash extensions "local". Owned and operated by husband and wife team vinny and liz. Always hygienic (sounds obvious but others are often not so), manage their staff insightfully and in clients interest, and have a super range of products and services. It was not a good experience. After three tries trying to communicate that the filing and then the polish were uneven I had to give up since my nails just kept getting shorter and I wasn’t being understood. The man was terrible rude unfriendly rushed through the mani pedi.  Cut my cuticles but didnt remove them didnt soak my hands properly.  My nails are now infected and the polish is chipping.  I watched him add liquid to my polish to stretch it instead of getting a new bottle.  I got it on Thursday  and by Friday my cuticles  were infected.  I wish i could post a picture.   Terrible terrible  My friend tipped him before i could tell her what a rip off now i have to buy medicine for my cuticles terribleWell 16 days later my hands are still bad i am,going to the doctors.  I removed the polish and one of my nails looks like i might lose my nail I never seen such a thing scary  new pictures Read Less

Giving them 1 star is a compliment. They had me pay before doing the service and it was a horrible, horrible job!! They told me it was $33 for a full set with regular polish, when they asked me to pay before they did my nails they said it was $44. When asked why he said it was because I wanted them to do a design. All I wanted was polka dots and a Mickey head (all circles) AND IT WASN'T EVEN WHAT I WANTED. $11 for a simple design like that??? I went for a simple shellac removal and the girl just started shaping my nails half way during the removal process without asking me or informing me it would be an increased cost. As she was halfway through removing my shellac I assumed it was just part of it and didn't say anything. Later when she charged me extra I VERY politely queried why and made it known I was not informed about the extra shaping cost and it was unwarranted. The manager/owner treated me very rudely absolutely refused to charge me the original price. Deceptive pricing. I requested a $38 service and was charged $60.I was given a $38 gift card, the exact cost of a mani-pedi advertised on their pricing list. I mentioned this as the reason for my visit and that this was all that I wanted.The woman who helped me asked if I also wanted a massage or a "basic mani-pedi", I said Basic, choose the nail polish color and sat down. Then she told me that the color I wanted was out and gave me a new set of color swatches (different from the set she initially had me choose from). There was no pricing info on it and she did not mention any additional charge. I chose a simple blue that you could probably buy a bottle of for $8. Apparently the colors she had me choose from are specialty ones and cost an additional $10 for EACH service (that's $10 for the mani and another $10 for the pedi). They also charged me $2 for the disposable buffer, file and toe separator sponge thing. No mention of these additional "services" or charges at all until the very end. Read Less

Tita did a great job on my feet and hands. She was really nice and I enjoyed talking to her. I loved that they put these giant blue shower cap things into the foot tub. I always freak out a little when I get a pedicure. I feel like those circulating tubs never get clean enough... The place was clean and the tables were all neat and tidy. We made an appointment, I recommend that. We showed up early and they got us on right away, despite the walk-in line. Tita gave an amazing hand massage with my manicure. I sometimes get mangled cuticles because my skin is kind of delicate, but she did a bang up job; no blood or rough spots. Would go again. Read Less

The salon itself is nice and clean, the people who work there are all very friendly and pleasant but considering the quality of the nails I had done I wouldn't return.I had my nails done and the next day they started to seem like the paint was bubbling. When one of the 'bubbles' popped there was still wet nail polish underneath. This continued for the next 9 days, with various fingers bubbling and still being wet underneath. Then today, 10 days after I had my set done one of my nails literally fell off. The whole process was rushed, the guy barely scrubbed my feet - seriously, they're still covered in dead skin - I was given a completely half assed massage while he chatted in Vietnamese with the guy next to him the entire time. I don't know what they used for that massage but my legs broke out and have been burning all day. He asked me if I wanted regular or gel polish, I asked for regular and was given gel anyway, then charged extra for it, total of $38 for the WORST pedicure I have ever had. Went in with my sisters and mom for our birthday, and it was awful. They were 35 mins later than the appointment we made, and they were rushing through our pedicures. There were 4 of us and they put 3 of us together and my mom by herself. If they would have waited 5 minutes we could have been all together. Also my feet are rough now after the pedicures when they weren't before. They were rushing though their services and we were all four done in less than 15 minutes. I am surprised by the many low reviews as I have been to Nail La Belle several times and have been happy with their service. Each time I have gone to Nail La Belle, I have been able to get in right away which is unlike many other nail salons. Every nail technician who has done my nails has been fast and talented. My gel nails usually last 3-4 weeks before I need to get them done again. If you are looking to be pampered, this is not the nail place for you, however, if you are just wanting your nails done quickly and to last, I highly recommend Nail La Belle. Read Less

We are in Eugene on vacation and shopping at the mall. Found this place and got my daughter and I a pedicure, manicure and myself an eyebrow wax. I felt they completely rushed on our services. My heels weren't scrubbed like they are at most salons. I ended up not getting a manicure because they forgot I wanted one. They moved my daughter after her pedicure to a chair and she had to wait. She didn't receive a top coat on her toes and her nails are already peeling. While they were putting on her nail top coat, a man I'm assuming is the manager/owner took the polish from the girl doing her nails and he started putting it on sloppily. I went in for a fill, the woman said I needed a new set cause my nails were all lifting. I agreed, after removing the tips, she cut my natural nails off really short before putting new tips on. Now the new tips are all lifting and not staying down. She put the acrylic on so thick and they are all uneven. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I made a reservation here last week and unfortunately I had the worst salon experience i can remember. I was just getting a gel set removal and when I arrived they made me wait (even with the reservation) and that was fine, but when they finally sat me down the guy helping me tried to just rip the nails off! and besides the fact that it really hurt, they gave me serious attitude for asking them to please do it the right way. And instead of just helping me and taking the 5 minutes it would normally take to do it, it took a half hour because he kept switching between me and another customer. By the end, my nails looked terrible and I didn't even want to ask for more help for fear of getting more attitude. I have been there twice. The first time I went the owner... gentlemen did my nails. I asked for a specific shape but didn't know the name... but I had a picture.. he called it "coffin shape". He did my nails how I asked however I was uncertain of the shape but they were fine and I am not a big complainer considering it was what I asked for. I also got a pedicure and showed them in advanced that I had broken my big toe nail down below the skin on one side. I asked the owner I...'d he could have the tech put a tip on it to even it out so it didn't look awkward. She filed them out and did not put the tip and when I asked her a few times she did not seem to understand me. When I was done the owner asked why she didn't put it and I shrugged and said I told her but didn't complain. He discounted my pedicure and I left happy. Three weeks later I returned this time for a fill with color change only. Ivy did my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the shape and she "nailed" it (no pun intended) the shape is amazing and exactly what I wanted the first time as well. From now on no one will touch my nails but Ms "poison" Ivy she told me she was picky about the shape and she was and perfectionist to my benefit. I tried out Nail la Belle the week before on Thursday for a gel polish pedicure and a full set of acrylic & gel polish manicure. These nails usually last at minimum 2 weeks, usually more than 3. Today is Tuesday and I have already returned to Nail la belle twice for repairs, on 3 of my toes the first time and a finger nail that popped off the second. The second time is really where I had a difficult time with the customer service as well as the quality of work. Not only did two gentlemen that worked there walk away from me from two separate conversations before offering any assistance but they told me to wait around for an hour to get one nail repaired. One positive is that after realizing that I was frustrated by this whole experience, a young woman that works there named Amy fixed my nail even though she wasn't the one who did my nails in the first place. I would not ever go to this place!!! I took my daughter and a friend here to get pedicures for a dance competition the next day.  An hour after the pedicure the French polish was completely chipped off.  We went back first thing the next morning and asked them to touch up what had chipped off ( normally a French pedicure lasts at least 2 weeks) they said that it would cost $10 each to fix.  I explained that we had just pain $30 less then 12 hours ago and that we shouldn't have to pay for that.  They were very rude and after I stepped away, one of the women that worked there came up to my 11 year old daughter and her friend and said "this is your fault that your nails look like this and don't come back here again" I could not believe it!!! They were so rude to me and my daughter and her friend it was a horrible experience and a complete waste of money, and even after they fixed it it was chipped off again an hour later!!!!  DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!PS-for the record the girls that dos the pedicures were so sweet but it was the women the next day that was horrid!!! Just filed them off almost to the skin.. My nails are usually at a medium long length but I've never ever had short stubby nails.. I'm so disappointed. Brandon (the white guy) took me in right away for an acrylic nail take off and gel manicure. This was the first time my nails didn't hurt coming off! VERY VERY DIRTY!  I would give Zero stars if I could.  I recently tried this salon for the first time.  Once I was seated and the male tech started working on me, I started looking around and noticed that all of the salon was very dirty.  Even at my tech's station, the chair was dirty and I had to wipe it off before I sat.  Apparently they don't clean their stations after a client leaves.  They just throw a towel over the dirt and maybe do a quick wipe first.  On top of this, the male tech took lots of breaks.  Hey, I was just having a simple manicure.  But he left the station at least 5 times while working on me.  Who does that?  He also had a very sarcastic attitude the entire time.  Just not very good with customers.I can't think of one reason to come back to this place.  I am surprised the health department does not close them down, or whoever is in charge of making sure these places are sanitary for the public.  Don't waste your time here, it's not worth the risk of catching fungus or anything else. I personally hate switching nail salons, but when I moved to Eugene in December it was a must to find a new place to go. I met Mindy the owner at my own job and she told me to come in. I did and I've been going back since. The prices are fair and they truly spend a good amount of time on your nails to make sure they're perfect. I always get gel, my nails are naturally long and I prefer the more natural look. It cost $30 and takes 1 hour - hour and a half depending on the multiple different things. I love chatting with the ladies. It's fun to go to a place where you know the employees and can have good conversation. I recommend frequenting one nail salon to have the best experience possible there. Once they know you and you know them it quickly becomes a trip to look forward too. Read Less
