Absolutely horrible service. Rude employees who argue in front of customers very loudly, they sass the customers when requests are made that they cannot accommodate and they do not offer other solutions. They recently got new owners and I love it there! Ive been coming here for years, and the change was hard, but I absolutely adore Brandon and Linda. They've given me the best pedicures and gel polish nails I've ever received! I love the changes and updates they've already made and cannot wait to see more! They dont put their customers first, they care more about the money. Also they rush and pretty much throw you out if you they have another customer because they just want money. I would highly recommend not going there. 👎 Read Less

Their sign says they accept walk-ins, but I arrived an hour and a half before closing and they treated me like I was stupid for thinking that I could possibly get a pedicure done despite the fact that they had one customer and two employees working, I can't abide rude people. I honestly don't know why this salon has two stars. My personal experience was awesome. I've worked in the beauty industry for years, and have lived in big cities where I bounce between nail salons all the time. This was the first time I found all of my favorite salons in one, especially moving to such a small town, it was the last I expected. They were helpful, and sweet. My service was done with skill and not rushed at all. They helped me find a technique for my nails that I haven't heard from anywhere else. I was paranoid to try this place based off the reviews, but had no time to go into town. It was the best decision, and now they are my regular salon! I thought they deserved a 5 star review after seeing this salon only have two. I would give it a try, everyone's service can be different. They also would refuse to take my tip, I had to just leave it on the counter! They were sweet, and extremely busy! Love it! I have always been treated great there.  I have been using this nail salon for years and they have always done quality nails.  I have even had my nail polished changed right after getting them done...because I didn't like the color.  I had an elderly Mother I took to get her nails done too.  She was always treated with the utmost respect, and was pampered with hand drawn flowers on her toes (No extra charge)  This shop is busy so often but they will always work you in. The second time I went to this US Nails will be the last. I had wanted a basic manicure for a job interview. Once I picked out my color and the manicure had begun all was going well until she started to apply the polish. Unknowingly, the nail polish I had picked out was very old. Naturally, old nail polish is difficult to work with because it becomes very sticky... And won't last long. I politely suggested to pick out another color (it would have been similar) because I felt my manicurist was having a hard time applying the color to my nails. After asking, she rudely snapped at me that there wasn't enough time. I just sat there the rest of the time in silence. Not only should this salon discontinue use of any old nail polish, but customer service and satisfaction needs to be worked on as well. It's my money and I expect nothing less than to leave feeling satisfied, not disrespected. Needless to say I didn't leave her any tip.
