My experience was horrible! This is the first time I have ever posted a bad review for anyone. She kept me soaking my feet for an hour and then she assisted other customers before me! I shouldn't have mentioned the FB ad that if mentioned, I'd get a discount. That cost me an additional $5. How? No clue. Polite customer service, but not the best. Pretty standard, lack attention to detail. $38 is by far the most I have ever paid for a pedi and it was not any better than the ones I have had for cheaper. The H2O was cold, not even warm when the technician put my feet in. Somehow the charge$ of stuff kept going up. +5 because of the nail color I chose, +3 for the state mandatory pedi kit customers must purchase and bring with them on their visits, +5 for tips. Went in a little before 6 and even though they seemed pretty busy, I was seated right away. Mimi, my nail tech, broke down the cost for me before we got started which was very nice. $40 for acrylics and gel polish, $5 for oval shape, and $3 off because I'm a student at OSU. She made sure my nails were even at each step in the process. The entire process took about an hour. One of my thumbs is lumpy and my pinky nails are a bit thick, which is why this review is 4 stars. Worst experience ever. I came in this evening to get my acrylic set taken off. The guy just starts ripping my nails off with a nail tip. I asked to please have them soaked off since it was a newer set (and that's how you're supposed to do it) and because it was hurting so bad, but he insisted that he keeps ripping them off! So now with bleeding, ripped nails and still with some acrylic pieces left on there....he tries to charge me $10! Never ever going back. Way over over priced for the quality of the manicure and pedicure. They advertise a student discount and then only took 2 dollars off my $66 dollar total for only getting a relax pedicure and basic manicure. I went in with two other girls. One of them was cut 3 times and started bleeding. They messed up on the acrylic shape and then tried to charge her an extra $5 for the shape and didn't give her the student discount in exchange for not paying the $5 fee. Mimi was friendly and welcoming, even staying past closing time to give me a quality shellac manicure while a team member did the pedicure. I did pay for a midlevel package instead of the premium at Mimi's suggestion, which I appreciated instead of her inflating the bill. Definitely over priced for the quality of work they do. First time i went in, the person doing my acrylic fill took almost 3 hours. He had made a total mess of my nails; he then had to remove all of the acrylic and start all over again. Also, I felt very uncomfortable while getting my pedicure, too rough. Honestly, rating this salon with even one star was difficult for me because of my shocking experience. I never really take time to write reviews on yelp, but I left the nail salon that afternoon so incredibly offended and upset, that I needed to write a review on yelp so that other customers are aware. When my sister was waiting for her toenails to dry, one of the male employees put his hand on my sisters purse while it was on her lap. I immediately heard my sister react with anger and say that he was not allowed to touch her purse. In that moment, I was taken off guard because I was not looking her direction when it first happened. However, shortly after when we were at the register to make our payments, he put his hand in her purse in front of me! I immediately yelled at the male employee and made it clear that treating her like that was completely unacceptable. He then put his hand on her purse a THIRD time right in front of me and when I defended my sister again, all he did was give a devilish smirk as if he enjoyed making my sister feel uncomfortable. Why in the world would an employee feel that it is acceptable to touch a customer's purse, especially in such a teasing and twisted way? It was unbelievably unprofessional. From my experience, this nail salon was not only lacking professionalism, but I definitely question the character of some of these employees because of how my sisters and I were particularly treated on that afternoon. They were pushy when we first entered the salon and the fact that this employee put his hand on my sister's purse three times against her will is why they deserve to receive a lengthy and harsh review. I wish I read through the other yelp reviews prior to making my decision on where I was going to get my nails done that day in Corvallis, because clearly I am not the only customer that left and felt passionate enough to share their negative experiences publicly. I was directed here by a local hairstylist and was greatly pleased. The salon didn't smell too strongly of chemical which was a huge bonus. I struggle with migraine headaches and like my nails done,  I'm sure you see the conflict.  Staff were so sweet and patient with all my questions. I will definitely be back. Read Less

Really bad service. I came in for a mani/pedi. I walked in and was one of the only customers. There were at least 6 employees sitting around and not one of them greeted me. The massage chair didn't even work and I barely got a massage. The employees made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went in for a simple french tip, it was supposed to be $15 plus $5 for anything fancy I wanted them to do. So I had them put a band of glitter underneath. The whole experience wasn't good. The lady made one of my cuticles bleed and had to hold antiseptic on it for a while to get it to stop. Then she did the french tip unevenly. All this should have cost me a total of $20-25. They charged me $33, plus tip to $37! The lady followed me up to the counter to make sure I tipped her and then wouldn't take my student discount coupon saying it was already discounted. Nails always look perfect. Waxing is done fast. They are friendly and cheerful.  They wants know if you are satisfied before you leave and will fix whatever needs to be fixed. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

Seriously not freaking happy with the service or the job they did my nails are the white pedicure posted on the photos. The lady let me leave like that! And complained about the color i chose. And they were yelling over the customers with their own conversation and there was only 2 customer in the store me and my friend and my 4 year old who could have painted my nails better then her. also you could tell they are not kid friendly my son wanted to get his toe nails painted with us and the judged him for being a boy getting his toes painted they let him talk about the water for an hour until i finally TOLD her to turn it on! I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT RIGHT THEN THEY DESERVE NO BUSINESS AND DEFFINETLY WILL TELL PEOPLE WHAT SHITTY SERVICE THEY HAVE!!! I am now home painting my toe nails over again because the owner who SPECIALIZED in this isnt even capable of staying on my toes!!!! This was my first time getting shellac and it was a big disappointment. No one greeted me when I entered, instead I was directed by a woman from the back of the room to sit and wait at a station until someone was able to help me.I was late to my appointment because I couldn't find their location, so I was prepared to wait. I was not prepared to sit in the visible nail dust of past clients on their black leather chairs. My time there was so, so. I received a manicure and shellac. There wasn't too much conversation between us, which was fine with me. I went to nail now with my girl friend and got a pedicure and manicure with her I will tell you i did not wont to go but it was fun and the girl that had to work on my big feet she was lots of fun .
