I went to Crystal Nails for a full pedicure and it was AMAZING. The staff was extremely friendly and sweet, the place itself is upgraded and clean, and the results were stunning! This is a fantastic salon! I have tried three other salons in Corvallis, and this one is far and away the best.  I have read other reviews which commended Crystal for her work; I have never had her--the first time I walked in I just went with the first person who was free.  I always ask for her now!  I almost always get a French tip gel manicure and she is so good with the white--it is always perfect, and I frequently get compliments.  I have also had wonderful pedicures here too.  I will say that it is a bit pricey--especially since I tip 20%, but it is my indulgence.  The only thing I don't like about the place is the weird music videos they show constantly.  Lots of pretty women throwing their hair around in slow motion--yuck. I went here with my friend to get my birthday nails done. I had called them to schedule an appt after hours. They waited for us 20 minutes after they closed to do our nails!! Like what- who does that anymore???Long story short I am very pleased with the way Crystal and her staff treated me here and I loved my holograph nails! We moved to Albany from Beaverton and were searching for a new nail salon. We found Crystal Nails on Google and decided to try after reading reviews. I received a fill and shellac and my mom received same plus pedicure. We loved it! The staff is professional and meticulous with detail. Everyone was friendly and the salon is clean with many selections of color to choose from. Pricing is competitive with many services to choose from. If you would have asked me two days ago what I would rate this place I would have said five stars!  However, within 24 hours of leaving, three of my shellac pedicure/manicure nails have chipped away. I called them on their next business day and asked for a refund or partial refund because I do not live near Corvallis.  We were in town visiting friends. They said they'd be happy to fix if I would drive the 1.5 hours back to them. I kept saying that was not an option. They said that was the only resolution. After paying $80 for this shellac mani/pedi I was sure hoping they'd last longer than 24 hours. Very disappointed. Read Less

I am leaving a one star because I came in a few weeks ago with a friend and they did such a terrible job. She got a French tip and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and most of it has already chipped off. NOT ONLY THAT, they were BAD MOUTHING her in Vietnamese. Little did they know that we were Viet. Complete disgrace and completely unprofessional. Please do NOT GO HERE. So happy with my experience, Crystal is an amazing nail tech! I came in with a shellac emergency experience from a different salon so I came here to get them fixed. The salon is very nice, it has a clean and modern setup. I went once, and won't be returning due to the actual nail work. The nail polish bubbled, my hands were left crusty for 2 days from sloppy acrylic, and I was cut twice; which has been painful for the last two days. I won't be going back. Read Less

I just finished getting a manicure/pedicure and it was wonderful. I was in the spa salon industry up in Portland for a long time and I haven't found good quality services having moved to the small town of corvallis. But this place totally suprised me, excellent service really great job. Great location, bright room and of course great chairs.
