So, I've been going here on and off for about a year, and I've decided to switch salons. Here's why: First of all, there are a lot of reasons to love this place. Most of the technicians are really friendly, their polish selection is divine, and they have lots of free drinks on offer. However, I've had more than a couple not-so-great experiences that lead me to leave this place. Once, I went in with a hangnail or two, and came out with two infected fingers. Another time, I made an appointment to get a manicure with my friend, who was getting married, and we had a fairly unpleasant experience. They sat us far away from each other, so we couldn't talk at all. The polish I ended up getting turned out pretty messy at best, and my friend's cuticles were actually bleeding when we left. Not great. Now, I have had lots of great visits to this place. Some of the technicians do a really amazing job, and sometimes I leave feeling really satisfied. But, sometimes, I leave this place feeling like I should write an angry review online. I don't need that negativity in my life, so I won't be going back. Read Less

My cuticals are all cut up they took two hours to put on a full set that ended up needing to be fixed by another nail tech during the same visit because the realized the man doing my nails didn’t know what he was doing. And they all stood around and laughed and spoke in their language like I didn’t know what they were saying. My nails looked like garbage I paid over 50$ for including tip I had to go somewhere else immeadiatly to have the polish changed bevause they flopped so much on there it completely changed the shape of my skinny coffin shaped nails. Now I can barley grab my phone my nails are so sore from filing and cut up it burns to wash my hands. Don’t waste your time here. They are rude and completely messed up with whatever they are trying to do. I honestly felt like they were using me as a practice doll for my nails since this guy had no clue what he was doing. I also watched about three women get in and out before I was able to. Also watched everyone getting Delux pedicures finish before I was done when I got there before everyone If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not sure who did my nails but they turned out AMAZING. I was a walk in and I walked in at 10 when they opened. I actually had no plans to get my nails done there but it was right next to the place I tan and saw they were open. I asked for a fill and they sat me down right away. Went in today hoping to find a new nail tech.  The one I've had at a different salon for the last 8 years had moved away. I tried another tech at that salon but my nails had never looked worse! Today I had a WONDERFUL nail tech, her name was Lisa. She listened to my concerns, likes and dislikes and you can tell by how AMAZING my nails turned out! This place is huge and would easily accommodate me bringing in a group of friends for a girls spa day.  They accept credit cards and cash. I've been going there for a year and a half and they provide great quality. I usually get gel manicure and Ken always makes sure my nails look nothing less than perfect. And they last long time. I've gotten pedicures a few times too with different people there and it's always been great too. I like they are very friendly and that they help each other out. Very professional and pleasant spot. They over charged and were not very polite. Went there for a bridal party and was not honored the 10% off discount that was promised over the phone during scheduling. They complained about what we were each asking....which was not complicated! Poor service. Will not return. Read Less

The worst service I've ever had in my life. And I never say things like this. First post just for this. Lady gave me attitude for taking too long to pick my color, blamed me that she didn't fully coat one nail because I took to long to pick a color. If I were basing my review on the nail tech for my nails alone, I would have gave this place a 5-star rating. I had a pedicure and full set done specifically telling the girl doing my pedicure that I wanted my nails and toes to match. The color I choose came in a polish and shellac set, so she said no problem. After getting my nails done (with design) and dropping almost $90, I realized that the colors were no where close to matching. The manager/owner(?) pretty much told me the only way to make them match would be to do shellac on my toes, which would cost an extra $10. Wait...what?! So deceiving and wrong. So needless to say, another $10 later and I won't be back, which is too bad...I loved the gal that "used" to do my nails there. Read Less

They'll get the job done for a pedi and the drink offering is a nice touch. I could see this being a fun place for bachelorette or just a fun girls day however like most salons asking for someone you are familiar with for quality is a good idea otherwise it's hit or miss. The down side was when I pointed out the soaking water was dirty and had a floating nail in it a guy at the front desk argued that he just changed the water. He gal I had in particular was very rushed and the quality of her work suffered because of it, I had to tell her three separate time that she was hurting me when filing because she kept filing my skin and then just imagine the feeling when the alcohol to clean of my nails was to follow . They are so amazing. Had an appointment for pedicures, got to chair right on time. Was offered a refreshment, a mai tai, which btw was delicious. They did a great job. And prices were spot on! Will be a repeat customer for sure. Read Less

Worst experience ever. I went here yesterday  to get a full facial waxing. I now have scabs and a missing layer of skin below my eye, chin, lips and cheeks. I told the tech thatbthe wax seemed wayyyy to hot and that she took a layer of skin off. She got defensive and said  thay if she did that it would be bleeding. NOT true!!! My face looks horrible and it hurts :( do yourself a favor and go to a real salon  to get your waxing. Read Less

I have been coming here for a couple years now. Usually I get decent service. I get gel manicures and my I like my nail shape to be between almond and stiletto shaped. The last 3 times I have gone in (with an appointment) I have been rushed and the nail techs have been novice at best. When I asked for a candy cane stripe design the lady told me no, then abandoned me and another tech had to come finish my nails. I got the same lady my next visit and she flat refused to file my nails down when I asked for them to be a little shorter, then would not put another coat of glitter polish on when I wanted it to be less sheer. The next time I went in the girl that usually works the front desk did my nails. I ended up filing them myself and by the time I got home 4 nails were bubbled up and peeled right off. $67 for a deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure done in an hour and 15 mins. My "shellac" manicure was coming off in my car which is supposed to be cured with the gel light which didnt cure. . She said it was a new bottle of polish that's why it happened. If it's new it shouldn't have any problems. Pedicure massage was pathetic and polish all over my toes. I went and asked for my money back and she only offered $20. They may not care about the reviews but maybe I can save somebody from wasting their money. rediculous!!!!! Read Less

The girls are so nice and really gentle. I walked in without an appointment and they fit me right in. They use clean sterile tools, they give you your own nail file kit, drinks are served to you, the list goes on. I was allowed to use colors I brought from home too. Had my nails re-done on last day of my holiday, excellent service, can't fault them at all, and a hand massage thrown in too, no extra charge, and my hands felt so good afterwards. Wish I had gone for the pedicure along with my manicure. Read Less
