I walked in with no appointment to get a fill on my acrylic nails. Everyone was friendly and helpful right away. I waited no more than 10 minutes, until one of the employees escorted me to my chair. Jamie was the young lady who helped me. She did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I got an almond shape to my nails instead of oval like I had before. Her shaping and paint job was flawless. My mom and I went in to get manicures. I go to school for cosmetology and I didn't know if he meant gel forms or gel polish and when I asked the man looked at me like I was stupid. Then he did my full set and no one talked to my mom. She waited on the couch for an hour and 20 min and she ended up not even getting her manicure. Very bad customer service. I have severely arthritic hands and I could tell you horror stories... but in all the many years I've been getting my nails done I have never ever been treated so well and had such wonderful end results! I've been here a handful of times and never been disappointed! Their organic nails are so great and they are always so friendly! I usually go in with my friend who brings her daughter and the staff is always engaging and positive about it. I don't know who gets a mani/pedi and doesn't expect them to cut their nails (you asked for a service that grooms your nails, isn't that permission enough to cut/trim?) but whenever they have done anything, they are understanding of what I want and ask questions when needed in regards to style. This nail salon is the best Jason does organic nails. I stopped wearing nails cause of all the salons I went to did a horrible job and made my fingers hurt. But this organic nails he does is great doesn't make my fingers itch or hurt at all. Plus it's all my nail except for the organic-powder. I have never had such strong nails as I do now. Yesterday my friend and I went here to get manicures, we both got white colored nail polish. Salon was empty besides one lady getting a pedicure. Not even 24 hours later, both our nails were creating cracks and chipping, without doing anything that would cause that. I will not be back as I wasn't pleased with results. Read Less

My friend made an appointment for her and I to receive pedicures. When we arrived, a technician started my pedicure but my friend had to wait with her feet in the tub for 30 minutes until another technician was available.  While my technician was attempting to sand away a callous, he drew blood and I screamed! If I get an infection, they will have to deal with me!! There were also no licenses posted anywhere in the shop. I believe by law, they are supposed to be in public view. I love everyone at Angel nails. They give you wonderful attention and are very nice. The very best pedi i have ever had and now I come back every 2 to 3 weeks. Wonderful spa like treatments. Will Not come back to this place ever: The young girl who did my pedicure cut my nails without my permission and did not cut my cuticles. I had a lot of dead skin that was not removed even after i told her to do so. Even my husband noticed the bad quality. Waist of money. If u want quality dont come here. AMAZING! This is THE PLACE TO GO. I'm incredibly OCD about my pedicures- Foremost-  I want to go to a very clean facility. For the pedicure- ALL the dead skin needs to come off, cuticles and skin trimmed to perfection, an awesome massage (not just a little rub) and a relaxing atmosphere, plus a big screen with a show to watch in the background is always nice (the travel channel was on at this salon and that is one of my favorites!) This place has it all. Plus, the price you can't beat, especially for what you get.My sister and I got the delux pedicure here- it was one of the best (if not, THE BEST) pedicure I've ever received. I have been to pretty much every kind of salon imaginable for pedicures -in several different parts of the country. I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was. They put 100% effort into what they were doing, they didn't get sidetracked, they were super nice but not overly talkative, and I left with probably the best looking feet and toes I can remember having. I've had my nails done for years now, It's a known thing, to see me is to see long nails, ha,ha…I don't think of myself as too picky, but I'm spending the money and I know how I like them…Its been too long of searching around trying to be completely happy with who does them…The search is over!! this place is the best…Kathy is who did my nails today and she was awesome!! She did the best job and exactly the way I wanted them…Curved, square and wide :) she also was very friendly and we were able to have a nice conversation, instead of her having one with all the other staff..The place was so clean and new, loved it!…I also have to add that she asked me several times if she was doing them the way I liked, loved that..She also used powder and not the dang colored tips!! I was very happy with this NEW business in the Canby Shopping mall near Safeway. I've been to every nail shop in the Canby / Oregon City area over the last 20 years and NOTHING compares to this place. A+++++++++++++++++ It's the best. The manicurists take their time with you. The customer is given their 100% attention to- and someone NOT answering the phone and cutting your nails at the same time. This place will never double book or make you wait for your scheduled appointment. THIS SHOP TREATS YOU LIKE PROFESSIONALS. In addition, the ladies that work here are extremely Classy with wonderful manners.....If they say something to a co- worker in another language- (not in English) they will tell you what they are talking about.... VERY kind. Employees are very courteous and accommodating to make you have a relaxing and easy appointment. During your first visit you will be set up with a personal Nail box that has your nail files, toe cushions and scrub stones in it. (This is Mandatory for the It's LAW ~ Nail supplies such as files and cushions cannot be used for multiple clients). Also the HD big screen TV and massage chair was an extra perk. This is THE BEST nail salon I have been to around Canby/Wilsonville and Oregon City! The pedi chairs are new and they have a nice big TV to watch if you want to. The nail techs are very nice and polite and treat you like a person, not like cattle. They also are not chatting between each other the whole time I am sitting there.
