Amazing Customer service! I was treated to such a refreshing and relaxing morning! All staff were kind and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. I enjoyed conversations with staff throughout my appointment. When it came to coloring my hair, staff took time to make sure I got what I wanted and listened. I felt so at ease and very trusting towards them on my haircut and it came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. They have so many nail colors choices as well. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a day to unwind and relax, be treated with such caring and friendly staff. Will be coming here again from now on for my beauty regimen. Decent enough to get your nails done as long as you're not someone who's had them down their entire life they don't quite seem to grasp people that have real nails that like to have them capped and they always know more very nice average price and usually always can get it on a walk in. Read Less

Called to make an apppiontmet for 2 fills and 1 full set. Was very specific when I asked of they had enough staff to do all 3 at the same time. Was told yes no problem...got there and only 2 people were doing nails. Needless to say I did not get my fill completed. I scheduled to come back the next morning. However, when we left my daughters friend who had the full set done proceeded to tell me how mean the lady was to her, that she refused to do her nails the way she requested, became irritated that she changed her mind on what color she wanted and then when she showed me her nails they were horrible! They were thick and lumpy and totally unshaped. The girl was afraid to say anything more to the nail tech because she was so mean. Wish I had known all this before we left. Needless to say I called to cancel my fill but nobody answered and no message machine. My daughters nails were ok but after looking at them we realized they do not so any fine clean up or detail to ensure nice edges and they glue under the nails leaving them goopy and rough. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder why there were so few clients coming in. Read Less

It was no good whatsoever. I went in to get a new acrylic set and the woman ripped off my previous set which hurt and ruined my nail bed. Then I asked for an almond shape nail. The nails are uneven and very bumpy on the shape.  They also cut me on the filling of my actual nail cuticle Read Less

I hated my gel manicure from XO Beauty Bar. She applied a few decent coats of polish, but when it came to the top cost, she either used a terrible product or applied it very poorly. The to cost was uneven, had bubbles, and cured with bare spots. I asked the nail tech to fix it, and she just kept applying more crappy coats on top. After 3 coats of clear top coat, my nails we're so thick and looked terrible. I gave up and left. I won't be returning here for another manicure Read Less

Simply the best pedicure I've gotten in a LONG time. It was clean. Lisa (my nail tech) was fantastic and hilarious. I typically don't review a place until I've been there a couple times - but the service today warrants special attention. I had a free hour (rare) and went in right when they opened at 10am. I didn't have an appointment but Lisa got me in right away. Very comfy chairs. Parrafin wax AND hot stone massage AND hot towel on the regular pedicure. WOW WOW WOW. This place consistently scores 10/10 for me. My mom and I always make the drive out of our way to come here when we get our nails done, and yesterday I came with a friend and yet again, was not disappointed. I've had different nail techs each time and they have always done a superb job. The only service I've had performed has been shellac manicures, so that's all I can really vouch for, but my mom has had a pedicure and said it was excellent as well. Read Less

The first several times I came here for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax it was amazing.  5 stars for sure so I started bringing friends with me, the last 6 months or so it's gotten worse every time I'm here.  The service just wasn't as good as it was the first few times.  They overbook themselves so sometimes they are jumping from customer to customer while using the same gloves.  What about bacteria?  Today was the last time I will come here.  It's a shame because they have amazing prices. Just want to grab too many customers at sametime. I am done with just pedicure and i was asked to wait for manicure, because another customer with no appointment is waiting & she is getting her manicure done right now. Its easy to keep me locked in as customer with my feet hanging. Came for eyebrows as well and was asked to wait. 2 customers came after me and got hair color and hair cut done.
